Chapter 8 Eve of an Encounter part 2

"I cannot believe what I'm seeing here" Avrora whom just finished running, witnessed a bizarre event on the Tenom Complex's field. The man she stumbled upon was entering a mysterious hole appeared mid air after the mystery man did a strange behavior to make the mysterious hole appear.

She then resume her peeping activities until the stranger entered the hole and disappear like nothing ever happen there. She then slapped her own cheek to confirm that she wasn't daydreaming. It was real! She even remembered the sound the mysterious hole made. Oh gosh is this another UFO phenomenon?

Avrora who just witnessed a strange event decided to keep her mouth shut. Even if she told that event to people, anyone will accuse her for being a liar. Avrora who taken care by her relatives had always been casted away from the other children. Many believed that her father left her mother because she gave birth a cursed baby. Soon after Avrora's birth, her mother committed suicide. The name Avrora was given by her uncle. Even though the rumored about Avrora being a cursed child, he decided to raise her as his own child after his wife and daughter's death.

Its very fortunate for Avrora that her uncle dare to endure the rumor surrounding her and love her as his own child.

Enough with it, Avrora ride her bicycles back to her uncle rented house at Taman Setia before the sun sets. She also didn't want to make her uncle worry about her. She paddled the bicycle as fast as lightning. She carefully not to hit anything on the road with that speed.

5 minutes later, she arrived in front of the house with his uncle pushing his waist with a smirk on his face. Oh snap! She forgot to cook the rice before leaving the house. Now she have to face her uncle's complain.

"What did I say before leaving the house this evening?" Avrora with indifferent face, forced herself to give her uncle a smile. "Uh... I forgot" Obviously his uncle knew that Avrora was lying. He released a deep sigh. Well, it can't be help. He knew that Avrora wanted to entertain herself since she didn't have any friends at school.

"Ah, just forget it. Go pick up the dried clothes and after that go take a bath. You smell reek." said her uncle with a bit sarcasm there.

"Oh you..." She then enters the house with a wide smile. Hehe, my smile always made uncle give up.

She took off her jacket and grab her towels from her bedroom. For her it was a comfortable room with her dolls and teddy bears on her bed to reduce her loneliness. She may seem childish, but she do enjoys children toys especially Barbie. She love how beautiful Barbie was with her beautiful gown she wore in each movie she watched.

Her favorite Barbie movie was Barbie as The Swan Lake. For her, that movie defined how fantasy world looks like. P.S. the author love that movie very much.

She took a deep soak in the bathroom. It was really relaxing after running at Tenom Sport Complex for an hour. But still, the stranger with a fair and handsome face seemed to be glued on her brain. His eyes was blue like the ocean. How come there were Sabahan people with blue eyes? Maybe one of his parents was a foreigner.

Its a shame that someone like her wouldn't be able to have someone like that even more so she was known to be the cursed child. Ever since she was a child, children whom tried to hit her will be mysteriously be hit by some unknown force. And thanks to that, many people start to believe that she is truly a cursed child.

So she had no other choice but to accept her life as a cursed person. She even hated her own self because of her, her uncle have to face many sarcasm for adopting her. She knew that her life never going to be normal.

As soon as her took her clothes off from her body, she realize that her name tag wasn't in her pants pocket. This reminds her of the incident in the evening garden. "OH SHOOT!" Its already late evening and her uncle would scold her if she dares to go out this kind of time.

"Aish, I have to go to the park tomorrow or else homeroom teacher will give me a word about it... Gosh damn it.!" That entire night she was disturbed by her lost name tag. How idiotic she think she was about losing her own name tag far worse she bring it for no purpose. Gah! You're so stupid Avrora!
