Chapter 4 The rumor of the so-called Child of Light

"Now let us begin the royal meeting." Said the King of the fairy land to his son and the ministers. "Lord Haine, Minister of the Elves Military. Have you already finished the business regarding to the bandit raid by the goblins on Shroun Village?" Lord Haine whom was born as an elf stood up. "Yes, Sire. We captured all of the goblins whom suspected to be the one responsible to the raid" The King gave him a smirk and complement his achievement. "You've done a great service to our people, Lord Haine." King Koleron had a high hope on his long lasting friend. He knew that that elf can do his work perfectly more than others.

Kayen tried to cover his yawn when the meeting's getting a bit boring for him. "Gosh, when will it over?" His small murmur was heard by his father. "Kayen, you've just arrive and you start to feel bored?" Kayen shut his yawning mouth quickly when his father heard his whisper. Damn this old man has a sharp hearing. Gotta be more careful. F*ck you author. Okay back to the story, Kayen tried to open his eyes wider to focus. But everything that they were discussing won't caught his attention. His mind was busy remembering the name tag he took with him. He also remembered the awkward girl behavior. Why was she in rush? Darn it Kayen. Don't meddled in any random human's affair. "I think that's all that can be discussed today. Any question in your mind, please speak now. I'll be very busy after this." The king looked at each of the minister. None of them seems to have a question."No question, oka-" Then Minister of Magic, Lord Junga cut his majesty word with a shocking stand up. Everyone was startled by that even the sleep crown prince.

"I'm sorry mi lord, but I just remembered about something." Everyone seemed to be interested with the thing that Lord Junga will mention. Kayen whom didn't give a damn about it just looked away. He set his eye on the open wide window.

"Do you remembered the thing that we discussed yesterday?" Lord Junga asked his majesty. King Koleron rubbed his chin and started to think hard. Hmm... what is he thinking... even the narrator cannot guess. Like a light bulb, his majesty suddenly remembered the matter that Lord Junga was talking about.

"Oh yeah, I'm sorry. Its about the birth of Child of Light right." Whispers started to raise in the meeting room. What's Child of Light? Who are they? What's the purpose of them to be born? That's the question start popping out from the rest of the ministers' head. Kayen was startled with the name Child of Light. What the hell is that. Is he or she whom was born from the gods or is he or she a messenger of the gods. Oi author!

"Umm, My lord what is this Child of Light actually?" Asked the Minister of Ancient Beast, Lord Aqen to his majesty. His majesty knew very well about the purpose of Child of Light. "Sit down both of you Lord Aqen and Lord Junga. I'll tell the rest of you about it. Kayen, make sure you hear it well." Said his father to him. Yeah,yeah. Kayen opened his mind to hear about this being called Child of Light
