Chapter 13 Kayen's heart

Should I wait for her another hour. I mean I've been waiting for her since 3 p.m. and she hasn't show herself already. Aish...

Kayen who's been waiting for Avrora's arrival had been grumbling about it for a while. And its early in the morning right now at the fairy land and Shuja will flipped if he's gone missing again. So, he decided to wait for another hour if she still didn't show up. He will return to the fairy land.

An hour passed like the author's fart and there's still no sign of Avrora appearance that evening. Kayen have no other choice but to leave and try again tomorrow. To be honest he didn't know why he was doing this. All he can tell that he have this urge to meet this girl again. He somehow could feel soft and comfortable side of the girl named Avrora. He slapped his face a several times to brushes of that thought from his mind and wait for Avrora's arrival.

Damn she sure is late. If I don't return before noon, the king would absolutely smell something fishy about his prince disappearance early in the morning and the portal to Dunia would be exposed to the fairy land. If the portal did exposed to the king and the ministries, they would invaded Dunia to find the Child of Light for military purpose perhaps.

I mean, Dajyun didn't care a bit about the humans anymore. All they wanted was to find the new Child of Light and seal Hades Realm forever.

As for Kayen it would be a shame if the portal was revealed to them and he wouldn't be able to gain access to Dunia anymore. Having Shuja knew his activities getting in and out from Dunia was a pain in the ass, what more with all of them.

Suddenly he heard a kid screaming at a girl who was hiding behind the bushes of roses. The girl was Avrora! Does that mean, she's been there for an hour right now? Its really funny how she tried to clear every misunderstanding with a 5 year old kid. Luckily the mother quickly shuts the kid's mouth a apologized for her son's misbehave action.

Just before Avrora's view turned towards Kayen, Kayen's quickly teleport to Avrora's back. As for Avrora, she was dumbfounded when Kayen suddenly gone from the bench he was sitting for hours. Kayen could feel that Avrora's was terrified when Kayen revealed himself to Avrora's. He knew that Avrora's would be scared for a stranger like him suddenly went and stood behind her. She turned around facing Kayen.

Oh no... did I scare her?

Kayen's heart keep thumping when he sees Avrora's scared face. He couldn't take it. She was cute with her big and round eyes keep looking down adding more cuteness into her face. Kayen who was in guilt quickly tried to clear very thing that caused her discomfort when being around him.

He also offered Avrora to walk her home. But she refused by telling him that it would cause more trouble to him. But, Kayen who didn't want to give up keep telling her that he won't cause any harm towards her by raising his hand and followed her instruction by walking ahead of her.

Actually, he caused himself trouble. He'll be dead late if he accompany Avrora to go home. But, his feeling to protect her are higher than his worries being absent too long form the castle. He will manage something to cover his absence to the king.

After sending her home, he decided to return to the fairy land as quickly as he can but just before he leave the residence, Avrora caught his sleeve and asked him his name. Without thinking straight after looking at Avrora's face, he give his real name instead giving her a false name.

What did I just do? At that time he could something soft and peace just by looking at Avrora's face.
