*MAYBE THIS WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA*

Slipping the paper back into his pocket, he let his aura out a little more, directing it at Ezekiel who remained silent on the chair.

"Where is she Ezekiel?" Lucas asked without turning back. Lisa was taken by a reaper and for a leader to not know what his minions were up to was almost impossible.

"That is a wild accusation you have there Lucas." Ezekiel mused and popped a single grape fruit in his mouth.

"Tell me where she is while I'm still been nice." Lucas warned and Ezekiel chuckled darkly.

"Okay, you got me. I know where she is but, unfortunately I won't be telling y-" Ezekiel couldn't complete his sentence as Lucas appeared in front of him and held his neck tightly.

"It seems like the message wasn't clear." The windows in the room cracked as Lucas's aura was spiralling out of control. A crazy smile cracked on his lips as he stared at Ezekiel who remained unfazed at his outburst.

"Where have your pet taken her to Kiel." Lucas only used that name when he wanted Ezekiel to know that he wasn't joking.

"I'm not sure you will be able to handle the truth Lucas." Ezekiel answered, despite knowing that Lucas was higher than him in terms of powers but he would never admit or show his weakness to anyone.

"Where is she!" Lucas glared at Ezekiel angry as the smile on his face disappeared. Each passing second that he wasn't with her was doing more damage to himself than he expected.

"She is.." Ezekiel drawled, increasing Lucas's anger.

"She is in the forest of no return. Rumoured to be the forest of Unknown." Ezekiel finally answered and a loud sound echoed around the room as Lucas landed a powerful punch on Ezekiel's face, breaking his nose in the process.

"Lucas!" Celestial gasped at the blood that splattered on the floor.

"If anything happens to Lisa, I'll burn this fucking castle down!." Not saying any other thing, he stormed out of the room.

Ezekiel stood from the floor and gave Celestial a glance who stared at him angrily.

"Why did you have to do this Ezekiel, you're going to hurt both yourself and him."

"He is getting unnecessarily close to her and should remain at a distance." Ezekiel picked up a napkin and started wiping the blood on his face.

Celestial at first was quiet as she calmly digested the weight of his words. He was right. If the guardian council were to get even a single doubt of Lucas and Lisa, then things could take a tragic turn.

"Think of it celestial, if the guardians find out that Lucas has other ideas than protecting her, then Lisa would be killed and Lucas would be stripped of his duties and would be heartbroken again."

Theodore who stood in the room understood what Ezekiel was saying. There was a high probability of Lucas losing it if anything were to happen to her. He really hoped lady Lisa was alright because so far, he had heard that no body except the devil had returned from the very same forest that she was taken to. If something happened to her, he knew that Lucas would make it more than horrific here in hell.

Theodore not having anything else to do there walked out of the room and strolled over to a certain someone's room which was no longer located in the servants quarters.

After Lucas had promoted her, her room was changed and she was now residing in the guest room.

Not bothering to knock, he pushed the door open and walked in. He noted that her room was basically the way it was before she moved in as everything was neatly arranged.

Taking a deep breath, he enjoyed her beautiful scent that danced in the air. Just like her.

Ever since he met her, he didn't know why but he just wanted to find every opportunity to annoy her or to make her scream angrily at him. She was his own personal amusement.

Walking to the bed, he layed down and listened to the water that was running in the bathroom. He already guessed that she was taking a shower. He tuned in and enjoyed the sound of her heartbeat that spiked up everytime the water made contact with her skin.

A cheeky smile formed on his lips as he imagined what her reaction would be if he were to barge into the bathroom right now. He was sure that she would definitely kill him with her beautiful delicate hands.

Those very same hands that she would wrap around him very soon. He grinned widely at the thought.

There was one stark difference between him and Lucas. Lucas was the kind of man that easily attracted women with his quiet behaviour and short conversations, but he was the type that had a peaceful face on the outside and easily lured different women he wanted to his bed and dumped them when they got too clingy.

This feisty maid was the only woman that had resisted his charms for this long. But not for any longer, very soon she would beg him for a night. Very soon indeed.

The water from the bathroom stopped and after a few minutes Carmillia emerged from the bathroom with a small towel wrapped tightly around her body.

Theodore who turned to look at the door gulped and immediately cursed in his mind.
