38 Is he going to kiss her?

"Can't you wait talking after dressing first? Such an eyesore.." she mumbled the last part.

Xi Jian's lips twitched when he heard her clearly. How dare she insulted his extraordinary body, especially now that he is her boss. "Your mouth really needs to be taught a lesson."

'Lesson? Her mouth? Is he going to kiss her?'

Ling Yue's eyes stared at the man's lips which looked kissable. Uhh Ling Yue's mind went everywhere due to mostly reading novels and romantic comics.

"Wh-what?" Ling Yue lowered her gaze from Xi Jian's lips and her gaze fell on Xi Jian's chest. Okay. That was a mistake. Ling Yue passed through the sixpack abdomen and stopped at the navel right above the towel. That towel, hiding something from her memory. Another mistake.

"Your brother always says you're a smart one. Looks like you're just squandering money to send your body to school but not your brain." Xi Jian stepped forward and lowered his head, staring at Ling Yue who was like a cornered rat.

Ling Yue glared and stepped back, ready in defense mode. "You always call me stupid. Do you think I believe in nonsense about the company's image?" Ling Yue chuckled. "So why this Mr. Smart force his way to get me here?"

Xi Jian took another step. "Never hear a say, 'Keep your friends close and your enemy closer'?"

"I don't know about friends, but I also never knew that we were enemies."

"Stupidity is universe enemy. You should push your brain to think harder." Xi Jian clicked his tongue.

"You! Don't you dare take a step forward!" Ling Yue couldn't retort back when her mind not intact properly. His half naked body still bothering dan distract her.

Xi Jian was even more determined if he was banned. He felt his frustration went up to a different level. He just wanted to frighten her with his dominating aura but who knows what this woman was thinking that she was ready on her fist.

"I'm warning you!" Ling Yue said firmly.

Xi Jian smirked. "What if I do?" he asked scornfully.

'If he takes one step forward, I'll pull that damn towel!'

Ling Yue swore in her heart without voicing it out. Xi Jian stepped forward and without hesitation Ling Yue sprinted past him, opened the door and closed it with a loud 'bang!'. Of course she not forget to pull the gray towel from the folds on Xi Jian's hips.

Xi Jian needed to digest the split second that happened to him when he saw her disappear behind the door. He felt a cold, caressing his butt and his front precious area.

"That stupid woman!"

Outside the door, Ling Yue looked at her evil hands. After pulling Xi Jian's towel, she did not look back one bit.

"Ha! Serve you right!"

Satisfied with the desire that had bothered her from earlier, Ling Yue walked back to her room. As she passed by the two secretaries, she tried to hold back laughter imagining Xi Jian's reaction. He won't dare chasing her now, right?

"I'll talk to him later," she said casually. No one asking actually.

The two secretaries looked up with strange expressions when they saw her running to her room. In the room, her smile, turned into a smirk and grew wider until her laughter broke.

"Ptttt ahahahhaa." Ling Yue finally laughed out loud.

She was holding her stomach which was aching because she laughed a lot, water also came out of her eyes. Ling Yue dragged herself and sat on the yellow sofa, stretched out her legs. She inhaled and exhaled slowly until her body stopped shaking from laughing.

"Aahh I'd better wait a little before meeting him again." and then Ling Yue took out her cellphone, browse some knowledge about how to deal with a man's body.

Meanwhile, Xi Jian picked up his towel which successfully landed on his feet. He again wrapped it around his waist before going back into the secret room to dress. He thought of a thousand ways to repay Ling Yue's actions.

Just wait! She really dared to harass him like that.

Xi Jian sat and tapped his fingers, his mind was busy arranging and scheming things that would satisfy him.
