He rubbed his face around Ling Yue's neck and took a deep breath.

"I'm sure you'll leave but you didn't. I'm so glad you're still here."

Ling Yue wrapped her arms around Xi Jian's upper back. "I'm not going anywhere without telling you."

There was a muffled laughter from him. "Who knows." Xi Jian didn't know why he always feels insecure if Ling Yue was far out of his sight. He loosen his arms around her body. "How was your day?" Xi Jian gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Not bad."

"That means it's not good either. Did Zou Ci do something?"

"No ... that's uhm ... does he always watching you?"  

"Well ... sometimes. He is the most trusted person for me like Bai Xu, so I asked him to take care of you. He is a bit talkative. Don't mind his jokes if he did." Xi Jian caught her eyes. "What happened? Why are we suddenly talking about him?"
