2 Ch 2- Another Alpha

"Tell me everything" I breathed. Jason looked down nervously. "Mom and Dad are humans, just like you are, but i'm a werewolf, and so is Eric" He explained. Ok that makes no sense. "How is it that you're both werewolves while everyone else in our family is human?" I asked. Kaden was off doing Alpha business in his office, while Nesrin and Amara were on patrol with their mates. "I did some research on our family tree, apparently our Grandfather was a werewolf and married Grandma, who was a human" Jason said before folding his hands on his lap. "The werewolf genes skipped Dad's generation and me and Eric was born with the werewolf genes while you were born with the human genes." I nodded and gestured for him to continue. "Alpha Kaden agreed for me and Eric to officially join the pack when I graduate, I didn't know that you would be Kadens mate" He said with a small smile. "Does Mom and Dad know?" I asked. Jason shook his head no, "I think they both assumed that we both got the human genes." Before I could say anything else, Nesrin and Amara walked into the kitchen where me and Jason were talking. "Sup guys" Amara smiled. I smiled back as Lukas and Jack followed their mates into the kitchen. "Our territory is clear" Lukas said to someone behind me. I turned to see Kaden coming down the stairs from his office. "Good. We should send out another patrol around 7 tonight" Kaden said before putting his hands on my shoulders. Kadens face visibly softened when his eyes met mine. "Did Jason tell you everything?" He asked. I nodded before turning to Jason. "If Eric is a werewolf then where is he?" I asked. Right on que, Eric came walking in. "Alpha Kaden! You found your ma- Oh hi Asena." Eric stopped in his tracks and nervously looked at me "What're you doing here..?" I glared at him "Oh nothing. Just finding out the secrets of our family." Eric paled and looked at Jason for confirmation. "She's also my mate" Kaden said. I could feel him standing behind me. For some reason I felt comforted by that. "You mean my little sister is going to be Luna!!" Eric grinned. I didn't anwser. I didn't want to be Luna. How was I suppossed to lead a pack of werewolves when I was a human. When Jason realized that I wasn't going to anwser, He awkwardly spoke, "Yeah it seems like it." An uncomfortable silence settled in the room. "Well I gotta go do some.. werewolf stuff.." Nesrin fake smiled. Everyone quickly agreed and before I knew it, me and Kaden were alone. "Come on" Kaden said. He walked past me towards the front door. I followed right behind him. He led me down a large trail into the forest. It was really peaceful. "You don't want to be Luna do you?" Kaden finally spoke. My head snapped up to look at him. He was smiling sadly at me. "Kinda" I mumbled. Kaden laughed and wrapped an arm around my waist as we walked "I figured." I sighed as we kept on walking. "You're my mate, you won't go through this alone" Kaden said softly, "I know you'll make a wonderful Luna because you were made for me. You wouldn't be my mate if you weren't eqiupped to be a Luna." He kissed my forehead gently. Maybe being his mate won't be that bad, I thought as I blushed. "I don't know anything about you though" I laughed. Kaden frowned slightly "Ok. how about I ask a question and you ask a question?" I nodded before we both started asking each other questions. By the end of the walk, I found out that Kaden is 18 years old and loves sea food and running. I told him that i'm 16 years old and I love Mexican food and reading. I also told Kaden stories of my childhood growing up with Eric and Jason. Kaden is an only child and his parents were killed in a rouge attack 4 years ago. The sun started to go down by the time we finished talking. Our voices were hoarse and our feet hurt from walking for so long. "Lets get you to bed. You're about to fall over from exhaustion" Kaden chuckled while holding my hand. The pack house came into view. That was when I heard dozens of paws running through the forest behind us. Kaden growled before pulling me behind him. "Stay back." His eyes were fixed on the forest. Large wolves streamed out the forest, all of them seemed to be pretty calm. The largest of the wolves quickly shifted into a human. I turned my gaze away quickly, not wanting to see it. The shifting looks gruesome to me. "Ah Alpha Dorian, I forgot you were coming" Kaden said, breathing out a sigh of relief. Then I heard a low growl. "My mate is here, I can smell her." Dorians voice was husky and I found myself stiffening. "That can't be right, me and my mate are the only people here right now" Kaden said in confusion. That was when I peeked around Kaden to see Dorian standing there. He has brown hair and green eyes with a muscular build similar to Kaden's. His eyes met mine as he growled out "Mate." I gasped and clutched onto Kaden. How can I be his mate?! Kaden is my mate! "What? this is my mate Asena" Kaden growled. The two stared each other down, looking murderous. "How can I have two mates? Is that even possible?" I whispered, but I knew they could hear me. Kaden turned to look down at me, as I clutched his waist. "It is possible love, but it's never been that a human has two mates" He said with a frown. Dorian slowly stepped forward, he looked a little more calm, "I don't care if its supposedly impossible, Asena is my mate." Kaden growled in response, "I found her first." Dorian snarled and his green eyes flashed with anger. "It doesn't matter who found her first, we should fight. Who ever wins gets Asena as their mate." Before Kaden could anwser, I ripped myself away from Kaden and backed away from my mates. "How dare you" I whispered "How dare you guys treat me like an object to be won." Tears pricked the corners of my eyes. "I don't want either of you to be my mates if that's the only solution you guys can come up with." Both of their faces softened as they stopped growling at each other to look at me. Not wanting to deal with them anymore, I sprinted towards the other side of the pack house into the forest. For a human, I actually was a pretty fast sprinter. I whipped past trees and manuvered myself quickly around the trees. My mates may be faster, but I was smaller so I could easily weave through the trees. But that didn't last long. Before I knew it, I tripped over a tree root and tumbled down a hill covered in dirt and fallen leaves. My body ached as I hit tree routes and rocks on the way down. I yelped and tried to get back up quickly, but I was suddenly pushed down by a large wolf. It was Kaden. He pressed me firmly but gently to the ground. Another wolf came into view behind him. It must be Dorian. Dorians wolf has grey fur and red eyes. I struggled against Kaden, but he wouldn't budge. Dorian quickly shifted back and Kaden shifted right after him. "Asena! are you ok?" Kaden asked with worry. Dorian knelt down beside me and wiped dirt and leaves from my face. "I'm fine" I rasped "Now get off of me." Kaden frowned but slowly got off of me and sat next to me instead. Dorian and Kaden hovered over me as I dusted myself off. "Asena i'm so sorry" Dorian softly whispered. "Me too" Kaden murmured "We never should've suggested that we fight over you." I sniffled and wiped my tears away. "What're we going to do" I whispered. Kaden sighed and looked to Dorian. They both stared at each other, as if they were having a conversation that I couldn't hear. They must be mind linking. I remember Jason telling me about mind linking. I guess werewolves can talk to each other telepathically. They both nodded before turning back to me. "I never thought that I would have to share you" Kaden admitted "But, me and Dorian are willing to try for your sake." Dorian nodded in agreement, "Since we're both Alphas, we'll have to join our packs since you'll become Luna of both of our packs." That hit me hard. I already was nervous about being Luna of one pack, but of two packs?! "Hey I know what you're thinking, you are the perfect Luna" Kaden said sternly. I smiled a little at his words. Then Dorian scooted closer to me before hugging me tightly. He dug is face in the crook of my neck and breathed me in. Kaden stiffled a small growl. "Hey you already got to be with her I assume" Dorian mumbled. Kaden rolled his eyes. I pulled away from Dorian and gave Kaden a hug too. "How old are you?" I asked Dorian. "20" He said. I gaped at him "Are you serious?!" Dorian nodded, not really knowing why I was acting this way. "Great you're two years older than me" Kaden huffed. Dorian laughed. "You know i'm only 16 right?" I said while bringing my knees to my chest. Dorian shrugged "So?" I rolled my eyes "Nevermind, lets go back to the pack house." I stiffly got to my feet before gasping in pain. Immediately, two pairs of arms wrapped around me. "Something's sprained" Kaden growled. My ankle throbbed in pain. "My ankle" I mumbled. Dorian worriedly looked down to my ankle before lifting me up onto his back. I wrapped my arms around his neck as he held me up. I must've fallen asleep, because I woke up to them placing me in the bed I slept in last night. My ankle was bandaged and I was wearing clean pajamas. "Who changed me?" I ground out. "We both did" Kaden said matter-a-factly. "You're our mate, we would neve take advantage of you" Dorian said "All we did was change your clothes. Your old clothes were covered in dirt and leaves." I glared at them before pulling up the blankets to my chin. They gently go into the bed on either side of me. Kaden put his arm underneath my head and laid down right behind me while Dorian wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me to him. I quickly fell asleep in their arms. Kaden and Dorian shared a look. "So far so good" Kaden said. "We'll see how long it lasts" Dorian said with a low growl.
