35 Dragon & Phoenix

Zeus trembled as he read the book out loud to himself "If you are reading this I am dead. My name was Valentina Cloridious, my husband was hunted down by the government for his research and ended up splitting apart from me. He left me with half of his research and put me on this island, hidden away from the world to keep me safe. To be honest with you, I couldn't bear it. I curse the government for what they did to my husband and me! Inside the bag is two devil fruits, one my husband synthesized and the other he found by chance. He never mentioned what the second fruit was, he only said 'Fate will guide those who are worthy'. To this day I still can't understand what he meant."

Zeus trembled and thought to himself 'Could it really be fate?' He kept reading and sure enough, there was more "Perhaps you have found this and know what his words meant. I don't care, all I want is to reunite with my husband. Good bye -Valentina"

Zeus was saddened and sighed before closing the book. He dug a hole and gently placed Valentina's body inside, before burning the book and filling the hole back in. He held his hands together and said "I hope you find peace with your husband in the afterlife." He picked up the bag and left the cave, collapsing it before he left.

Zeus walked back to the top of the mountain and saw Bonney smiling warmly towards him. Zeus felt weird and said "How was it?" Bonney nodded and said "I had a nice talk with Mother-in-law." Zeus tilted his head and said "Mother-in-law?" he trembled and his eyes widened as he said quickly "You saw her?! What did she say!?"

Bonney smiled and said "She said she has been watching you and told me everything that happened." then she glared at him angrily and said "A lot of women eh?" Zeus turned green and said "Sold out by my own mother no less.." Bonney burst out laughing and Zeus smiled towards the gravestone.

Zeus turned his head back and listened to Bonney's silver bell-like laughter, intoxicated, he sighed to himself. She was absolutely stunning, he felt his heartbeat increase as he looked at her, he abruptly pulled her to him by her waist and kissed her tender lips, silencing her.

She arms automatically circled his neck and she engrossed herself in the kiss.

After a while

Zeus separated from her and said "What would I do without you?" as he moved her pink hair behind her ear. Bonney snorted and said "Probably sit and fool around with that noble!" Zeus snickered and said "I have something for you." Bonney pointed at herself and Zeus nodded before releasing her and holding up the bag.

Bonney grabbed the bag and said "Not very fashionable.." Zeus slapped his forehead and opened the bag before pulling out two devil fruits. Bonney was confused and Zeus said "Do you trust me?" Bonney looked at Zeus and stared into his eyes before saying "Of course." Zeus felt warm inside and smiled before saying "Take a bite of both at the same time."

Bonney grabbed the fruits and bit both of them at the same time before swallowing. Zeus was stunned and said "No hesitation at all?" Bonney smiled and said "I trust you with my life" Zeus trembled and stared at her in a daze, Bonney kissed him before backing off abruptly and trembling.

Zeus was anxious and watched as Bonney let out a bestial cry before changing into something completely different. She burst into pink flames and her arms turned into giant flaming wings, her slender body grew flaming feathers, her legs turned to talons, her head turned into a bird head, her neck elongated and she grew an extremely long, flaming pink tail.

Zeus was stunned and said "A phoenix?!" before thinking to himself. This phoenix was different from Marco's, it was pink AND it looked more real. Marco was basically a bunch of flames, whereas Bonney looked like a real flesh and blood phoenix.

Zeus walked up and caressed Bonney's head as he said "Are you okay?" Bonney nodded and said "I'm a phoenix now! What did you give me?" Zeus chuckled and said "I only had a thunder Logia before and I ate the same thing you just did, but mine was a dragon. So I became a thunder dragon, one of the fruits was made by a scientist to merge the devil souls inside each fruit into one, becoming a new one. Try and manipulate your age."

Bonney nodded and became a baby phoenix, Zeus squatted and said "AWWW! You're so cute!" Bonney snorted and reverted to her normal form. Zeus rubbed his chin and said "Let's call it Phoenix of Life!" Bonney rolled her eyes and pecked Zeus in the head saying "Phoenix of Life, my ass! Who cares! Fly with me!"

She flapped her wings and flew into the air. Zeus smiled slightly and turned around saying "Thank you mom." before full transforming and flying in the air with Bonney.

Dragon watched at the port, he looked at the giant dragon and the pink Phoenix flying around each other in the air and smiled slightly. He didn't know how Zeus did it, but he knew that he only had one fruit before and now he had two, so he assumed the same thing must've happened to Bonney.

The giant dragon and phoenix landed in front of Dragon and reverted as they fell, revealing Zeus and Bonney. Dragon waved and said "Let's go!" before grabbing them both and disappearing.

They reappeared on another Island in a second.

Zeus was stunned, he didn't even know what fruit that was. He was going to ask Dragon when he saw the island and gasped. Half the island was Thunder and lightning and the other half was fire and volcanoes. He thought he was on Punk Hazard but then the thunder would be ice instead.

Dragon waved and said "This is Thunder Fire Island, accidentally created by an excessive use of Dance Powder. The Island originally had only volcanoes and fire on it but someone used so much Dance powder that it permanently changed the weather on only half of the island. This is where we're going to be staying for the next 2 years."

Zeus looked at Dragon, who nodded and said "That kid thinks he's very secretive but how could I not know what he meant?" he shook his head and chuckled before adding "Fortunately for the both of you there are still animals on the island, most of them have adapted to the extreme climates and are extremely strong. Some of them can even use Haki."

Zeus was interested and Dragon said "You learned from Garp right?" Zeus shuddered and nodded, Dragon laughed and grabbed his collar before throwing him into the thunder part of the island. Zesu flew through the air and pointed at Dragon in shock as he screamed "I'M HAVING PTSD!!!" Bonney and Dragon watched as Zeus disappeared into the island jungle.

Dragon turned to Bonney and said "For you my dear daughter-in-law, I'm going to train you myself. Tell me what you know." Bonney held a book in her hands and said "I know basics of all the 6 powers a little bit of armament and a little bit of observation. I have the phoenix fruit I just got along with the age fruit that can change anybody's age that I touch."

Dragon nodded and said "Follow me." before walking into the fire side of the island with Bonney following him.

A month later

Zeus was sitting down eating from a bonfire he made when he felt something coming from the bushes. He looked over and smiled when he saw Bonney, she tackled him and whimpered "Your dad is insane!" Zeus smiled wryly and patted her back as he said "Yeah, he didn't beat you up did he?"

Bonney shook her head and said "He threw me into the wild to fight!" Zeus chuckled and said "Gramps threw me into the wild when I was 7 years old.." Bonney flailed "I'm not you! I'm a delicate lady! Who treats their daughter-in-law like this?!" Zeus scratched her nose and said "Leaning into that title pretty nicely eh?"

Bonney blushed and buried her face in Zeus' chest as she said "Shut up pervert!" Zeus hugged her and laughed happily. It had been one month since they got to this island, which means its been 5 months total since the crew separated. Only 19 more to go.

Bonney detailed her training as such: Six powers and Haki in the morning, use her own means to hunt for lunch, then the same thing in the morning until sleep. She repeated this everyday. Zeus shared his own experience and told her some tips and tricks to the six powers and haki. He was currently training his armament haki and observation, while also using his lightning powers. Basically what Zeus would do, is blindfold himself, blacken his fingers individually and channel lightning around the tips of his fingers, making make-shift claws as he fought against the beasts all day long.

Zeus whistled and called down his cloud, he snapped his fingers and a giant bag fell down and landed in front of Bonney. Zeus looked at her and said "I made you food. I don't know if that dad of mine can cook but they're all in boxes and still fresh..." actually he lied, he cooked food for her everyday just in case, but he ended up eating it himself when she didn't show up.

Bonney looked at Zeus in a daze before pouncing on him and kissing his lips fiercely. Zeus fell back into the grass and moved his hands down to squeeze her ass. Bonney groaned and separated her lips from Zeus' before looking into his eyes and saying softly "I want you to.." Zeus got excited and waved his arm, a thunder dome appeared around them and Zeus flipped Bonney to her back.

Bonney looked at Zeus shyly and Zeus slowly took off her shirt, her big white rabbits bounced out and her little pink cherries were hard and pointing out. He got unusually nervous and grabbed her rabbits softly before squeezing lightly, making Bonney moan.

Her soft moan was like music to Zeus' ears and he kneaded one of them before gently nibbling on her pink cherry and undoing the buttons on her pants. He slid off the suspenders and took her shorts off, then her boots until all that was left was her hat.

Zeus slowly took off his clothes while admiring her perfect body. He kissed her lips while rubbing her pink pearl with his thumb and inserting his fingers inside her honey cave, Bonney responded with seductive moans that drove Zeus crazy. He danced his tongue with hers before pulling away and looking into Bonney's crystal clear eyes.

Removed his hands from her body and aimed his tool to her slit before slowly pushing inside and grabbing her hands. He intertwined his fingers with hers and pushed his tool all the way inside her, Bonney's eyes widened and she moaned loudly as she said "B-big.." Zeus pulled out and saw the blood, he was startled and looked at her face to see her biting her lips with a painful expression.

He slowly thrusted again and kissed her, distracting her from the pain before moving faster. Bonney's painful expression smoothed out to a pleasurable one and her moans became louder and louder. She body twitched and Zeus felt her caves squeezing him tightly, almost sucking himself inside as she came. He ignored it and pistoned his waist faster.

Bonney's small hands dug into Zeus' back and she moaned in his ear, stimulating Zeus even further. He put his hands on her hips and pulled as he slammed his hips against hers and unloaded inside of her, her body trembled and her eyes widened as she came again.

Zeus was breathing heavy as he looked at Bonney, who had a beautiful red blush across her face. He bent down and kissed her gently before whispering in her ear "Ready for round two?" Bonney paled and said "More?!" Zeus chuckled and gave her a sneaky look as he said "Time for my revenge! Shishishi"

Bonney almost cried, revenge for what? Regardless of what she thought Zeus started moving again and another round of loud moans echoed in the jungle.

2 months later

Zeus received a call on his Tartarus snail. He picked up an array of snails, there were 4 smaller snails and one big snail. The 4 snails were a Tiger one, a boar one, a sand with a scar, and a gold one, the big one was white with red streaks. Zeus connected all the wires together and picked up the mic saying "Yeah."

The Crocodile snail spoke "Ship wright responded that the ship was finished." Zeus was surprised and said "Already? It's only been 2 and a half months." That's right! The shipwrights agreed to make the destroyer ship with excitement after seeing the plans, they even disassembled the marine battleship that was used as a base before and built the cannons into it!

Crocodile chuckled and said "They were a little excited.." Persephone's voice came over and said "A little? They were drooling at the plans and demanded to be the only ones to ever make our ships in the future!"

Zeus chuckled and said "What about the price? We agreed on 5 billion and we supply the metal and dials." Lucci spoke and said "Yeah.. They finished the ship and said that it took an extra 5 billion to do but in exchange for being our exclusive ship builders they waved the 5 billion."

Zeus was stunned and said "You agreed?" Persephone said "I did." Zeus nodded and said "Good. I had some friends on Water 7... but Lucci has a bad experience with them." Zeus chuckled and Lucci choked on the other side of the phone.

Zeus waved and said "So you got the ship, what do you think?" Crocodile said seriously "That's why I called you. This isn't a ship. It's a moving fortress! You and the shipwrights definitely went overboard here."

Zeus chuckled and said "Good, were going to use that ship until it breaks which could be dozens if not hundreds of years!" The 4 were silent and Zeus cough and said "Anyway. I want you guys to buy up all the Adam Wood that appears on the market and store it before making new ships. There will be only one destroyer but the other ships will be my designs too. Tell the shipwrights that I'll share more blueprints with them is they cut us a deal"

Crocodile confirmed and Zeus said "Tesoro how is Pinky?" Tesoro groaned and said "That bastard has been watching me like a hawk ever since you started selling the Fallen Angel powder on the Gran Tesoro." Zeus was silent for a moment before saying "If you have to, cut the selling and tell them to go to a certain location for more. Crocodile if it comes to that choose a spot to sell also while you're on the seas look for an island to set up a base."

Zeus paused before saying seriously "If you see an Island with a giant skull shaped rock sticking out, I want you to steer as far away from that island as possible. Do you understand?" Crocodile was startled and said "Why?" Zeus grit his teeth and said venomously "Blackbeard's base is there. The organization is not strong enough to butcher him yet. I will personally use his spine as a spear and place his head at the foot of my brother's grave!"

The 4 snails trembled and Zeus took a deep breath before saying "Other than that, how have things been progressing?" Crocodile coughed and said "Great. Without being blocked we are self sufficient. You don't have to go around hunting for devil fruits anymore."

Zeus chuckled and said "Good, and the Zodiacs?" Lucci said "4 Missions so far, 100% success rate." Zeus nodded and said "Try and let the others go sometimes too Lucci. They won't grow if there's no danger, they can't depend on you for the rest of their lives." Lucci was silent before saying "Understood."

Zeus smiled and nodded before saying "Sis, how are the recruits?" Persephone perked up and said "Great actually! Olive is doing well and Carina and Stella are excellent!" Tesoro snickered proudly and said "Of course they are! They came into contact with me, everything I touch turns to gold!"

Zeus felt that Tesoro was funny, his codename was Midas after all. He chuckled and said "Good. I still need to find two more however. I have good candidates but I'm not sure if they will bite.." Persephone sighed and said "Is it more girls? Why is my team full of girls?!"

Zeus coughed and said "Coincidence." Persephone raised her voice and said "Coincidence or are you trying to make me a lonely woman!" Zeus choked on his saliva before saying weakly "It really is a coincidence..." Persephone scoffed and said "Well you better stop sending me women or I'll throw myself at Crocodile."

Zeus and Crocodile choked on their saliva at the same time and said in unison "What?!" Persephone humph'd and said "Yeah." Zeus growled "Croc I swear to god-" Crocodile snapped "I'm fucking innocent! I didn't touch her at all!"

Persephone's bell like laughter sounded over the snails as Zeus and Crocodile argued. Lucci and Tesoro just sighed off to the side.

3 months later

A total of 10 months had passed since the crew separated.

Zeus was lying down on the grass smoking a cigarette with Bonney snuggling into his arms. They were both naked and under a cloud blanket. Bonney's pink hair was scattered on the grass and over her face as she twitch occasionally in her sleep with a big smile on her face.

Zeus was staring at the stars and smoking a cigarette. He received a call just now that forced him to go back to the destroyer. He didn't tell Bonney yet and he said that he would leave to get there tomorrow over the snail.

Bonney's strength had improved significantly over the 6 months she's been training. After the first three months, Zeus started sparring with her lightly and pushing her to her limits. Dragon trained Bonney everyday and she had mastered all the leg techniques of the 6 powers, she was reluctant to learn Tekkai and Shigan but she had already learned Kami-e. Her Haki has reached invisible armor and she was working on getting it blackened, her observation was in the same progress situation as her armament. All she needed was a period of sparring to sharpen her own skills and haki.

Zeus, however, was in a rough state. He gained a lot more minute control with his armament and lightning powers but there was something blocking his armament from moving forward. He had tried to do the internal destruction haki for a while now but nothing worked.

He asked Dragon, who told him that everyone is different. What worked for him might not necessarily work for Zeus, but Zeus tried it anyway and sure enough made zero progress. He felt like he was just there just there was a paper thin barrier blocking him.

He focused on his observation and Lightning powers instead. His range had increased tremendously, coupled with the fact that as his control over his own lightning power gets better so does his observation haki. He could now see 3 seconds into the future! The difference from 2 to 3 might seem small but it was actually a tremendous step.

Finally his lightning control became extremely fine. He felt that he was extremely close to something new, something bigger! He didn't know what he had to do for example but he knew that he was close.

With these thoughts passing his mind, he drifted off to sleep.

The next morning

Bonney woke up to Zeus in his jumpsuit and hat, making her breakfast. She got up and stumbled a bit, Zeus looked over and licked his lips at her naked figure before saying proudly "Have a good sleep, my cute little wife?" Bonney glared at him but inside her heart was covered in honey hearing him call her his wife.

She got dressed and sat down next to him before digging into the only food in the world that made her full. Zeus had been experimenting with his cooking trying his hardest to make her clothes explode but alas, it never happened, much to Zeus' disappointment.

Suddenly

Zeus spoke "I have to go back for a while." Bonney froze and said "How long?" Zeus sighed and said "Depends on where they are. A month max." Bonney was silent before nodding gently and saying "Be careful." Zeus turned to her to meet her concerned eyes.

Zeus kissed her and smiled as he said "I'll go as fast as possible." Bonney smiled and nodded. They finished their breakfast and went to go find Dragon.

They appeared in front of him and he looked troubled, Zeus was confused and said "What happened?" Dragon waved and said "Some new underworld power is taking over the market. I don't know where they stand."

Zeus and Bonney looked at each other and Zeus turned back to Dragon saying "You do underworld business?" Dragon said "Sometimes. More so for intelligence on slave deals." Zeus nodded and said "You want to know if they do slave trades?"

Dragon nodded and sighed as he said "But I can't contact them at all." Zeus said "What's it called?" Dragon waved and said "Tartarus." Zeus chuckled and pointed at himself before saying "Nice to meet you, I'm the boss behind Tartarus."

Dragon looked at Zeus, stunned. What a coincidence! Before getting angry and grabbing his ear "What the fuck are you doing underworld business for eh?!" Zeus paled and said "Fuck! Dad! Not in front of Bonney!"

Bonney giggled on the side and muttered "Not so tough now eh?" Dragon looked at Bonney and said to Zeus "And you're bullying my daughter-in-law?!!?" Zeus turned completely white and shook his head frantically, Bonney burst out laughing as Dragon kicked Zeus right in the ass.

Zeus got up and rubbed his ass saying "You damn old man! I'll fight it out with you!" before charging at Dragon and swinging his blackened dragon arm covered in lightning at Dragon, who chuckled and flashed behind Zeus before punching him in the head and saying "Take the fist of love!"

Zeus shivered at the words and stared at Dragon in horror, Dragon froze before saying "Eh? You know that's actually pretty fun!" Zeus backed away and muttered "Another gramps!" Dragon lowered his hand and said "So you're Kronos?"

Zeus stood up and patted his hat before putting it back on his head as he said "Yup! Built it from the ground up! 10 assassins, and entertainment side, as well as a big chunk of the underworld market! Well there's supposed to be 12 assassins but I'm missing a Dragon and a Monkey."

Dragon nodded and said "What are you doing with it." Zeus waved and said "Weapons, metals, illegal goods, devil fruits, and drugs. BUT the drugs are only for the rich clients! I came up with it myself, it's 1 million per gram and regular customers usually buy upwards of 10 grams per purchase. It's completely unavailable to the poorer population."

Zeus rubbed his chin and said "I need to call the synthesizers for our next product, if it can work then it will be famous! I call it the Devil's grass! Completely harmless, but does give a feeling of weightlessness and causes the consumer to mellow out and feel like everything is funny. This is for all people. It's not addictive at all, well it's as addictive as cigarettes and who's addicted to those?"

Zeus shook his head and lit a cigarette for himself. Bonney covered her mouth and giggled, Dragon felt his eye twitch and he said "No slaves?" Zeus exhaled and said seriously "No slaves. I will not tolerate it at all. I already destroyed several slave ships and marine ships transporting slaves." Zeus sneered and added "I'll kill every one I see."

Dragon nodded and Zeus said "Oh yeah! I almost forgot! I have to go back to take care of something. I'll be back... Max a month!" Dragon said "What is it?"

Zeus' eyes flashed a vicious light and he said "Some rats want to crawl around in MY organization. I'm going to exterminate them." Dragon was dubious and said "Just be careful." Zeus nodded and whistled before jumping on the cloud and saying "Train Bonney hard! Also I left food back where we sleep!" before disappearing in the distance, his speed got considerably faster too!

Dragon and Bonney watched him go and Bonney looked sadly at where he left. Dragon said "Do you want to follow him?" Bonney nodded and Dragon said "You'd just be a burden. You know that right?"

Bonney clenched her fists and said "I know. But I still want to go with him." Dragon nodded and said "Come with me. We're doubling your training. If you want to stand next to him, you have to have the strength to do so." Bonney nodded and followed Dragon with her fists still clenched. She was going to do everything she could to get stronger just so that she wasn't a burden.

Boom! Good chap, a lil break then another one? who knows. ALSO I was thinking of re-writing Saiyan in Marvel but I don't want to be a Saiyan anymore.. Too much effort. I want to follow the same story line AKA the movies but have Kidd's fruit. Lmk what you think about that. Obviously not now but when I finish this maybe, who knows. Just lmk what you think of the idea and if I should delete Saiyan in marvel or not.
