24 Crushed

Zeus flew through the air and landed at the doors of the auction house in Grove 1. He draped his jacket over his shoulders and walked inside. He immediately saw Luffy punch the Celestial Dragon and laughed, everybody turned to him and were bewildered. Law and Kidd looked at each other before saying "A marine?!"

A celestial dragon looked at Zeus and said "You! Marine! Kill these lower beings!" Zeus tilted his head and said "What was that? Sorry, I'm deaf in one ear." the man said "Kill these lower beings!" Zoro shrugged and said "Hais, sorry I don't understand what your saying. Maybe you should take off your fishbowl and speak like a normal civilian!"

The celestial dragon pointed a trembling finger at Zeus and said "Y-You!" Zeus sneered and ignored him, he looked at Law and said "Hello cow-hat, where did you get that hat? I'm in need of a hat you see." he slowly walked towards Law with a smile.

Law was backing up and Zeus flashed in front of him and patted his back saying "Jeez, Am I that scary? You're just a normal civilian no?" he winked at Law and Law chuckled nervously and said "Right! That's funny officer!"

Zeus blinked and burst out laughing before flashing back to the door and lighting a cigarette saying "Alright, how long are you going to watch old man?" everyone was confused and an invisible wave spread out from the stage, knocking out the celestial dragons and normal people, leaving only the crew, Law, Kidd, Zeus, and Camie awake.

The invisible wave passed Zeus and blew out his cigarette, Zeus frowned and complained "Hey! Come on! That's just plain rude!" he snapped his fingers and created a current before lighting his cigarette again and blowing a cloud of smoke.

The wall of the stage exploded and a man with white hair and a beard walked out of the hole before walking over to Camie and ripping the collar off her and throwing it in the air, blowing it up.

Zeus held the cigarette in between his fingers and whistled, he was pretty sure that was internal destruction armament Haki. Zeus couldn't do it himself, he could only harden, in this aspect Luffy was indeed better than him. It took Zeus a long time to reach where he was but Luffy was a genius at combat and learning Haki, though to be fair, Zeus' Observation Haki was at the point of future prediction for 2 seconds. Debatably because of the Goro-Goro no mi, but he also noticed that his armament was getting stronger, he assumed it was because of the Ryu-Ryu no mi.

Zeus took another drag and his jacket fluttered behind him as he looked at Rayleigh. Law and Kidd said incredulously "Dark King Rayleigh?!" Rayleigh laughed and said "That's me!" he looked at Luffy and said "Monkey D. Luffy! I've been waiting to meet you!"

Luffy smiled and waved, Rayleigh looked at Zeus with interest and said "A marine captain eh? Some courage you have standing against me." Zeus grinned and flicked his cigarette in the air, vaporizing it as it traveled before saying "I'm not too sure you still got it old man! Shishishishi" Law and Kidd sucked a breath of cold air and gave Zeus a thumbs up, even Admirals wouldn't talk to the Dark King like that!

Rayleigh was startled before bursting out laughing and said "Good! Good! Good! It's great to be young!" he looked at Zeus and a sharp glint passed his eyes as he said "Wanna have a test run?" Zeus crackled his knuckles and said "With pleasure!" his arms turned to dragon arms and then pitch black as black lightning crackled around them.

Zeus shot forward and threw a hard right handed punch at Rayleigh, who smiled and lifted his hand leisurely, catching Zeus' punch without taking a single step back. Zeus sighed and reverted before walking away mumbling "Damn old monsters..." Rayleigh was stunned and said "Just like that?"

Zeus waved over his shoulder and said "I lost, you destroyed me with a single punch." Rayleigh was surprised and said "Future?" Zeus replied "2 seconds." Rayleigh chuckled and shook his hand, he looked at it and saw it was all red and smoking slightly. He sighed and deemed himself to be 'getting old'.

Zeus stood in front of Luffy and looked down at him saying "Where do you get off hitting a Celestial Dragon and creating more trouble for me eh?" Luffy snickered and said "He shot Hatchi!" Zeus sighed and said "Marines are piled up outside, at least a hundred. We'll be fighting today.." he licked his lips and cracked his fingers, sweeping his gaze over all of the crew before adding "I'm looking forward to it! Shishishishi" he disappeared directly and Nami slumped down and mumbled "We're fucked!" Luffy chuckled and said "It'll be fun!"

Rayleigh shook his head and chuckled before walking up to Luffy and inviting them to his bar.

Zeus reappeared outside and walked through the town towards Grove 12, along the way he saw Bonney surrounded by Marines. He threw a lightning ball and blew it up, scattering the marines and allowing Bonney to escape, she looked towards the alley and saw Zeus waving over his shoulder at her and smiled before running away.

Zeus came to Grove 12 and laid down on the ground, lazily. He propped his head up with his hand and lit another cigarette before mumbling "These damn things are addicting.. Fucking Smokey.." despite what he said he still smoked. Eventually falling asleep.

A while later

Zeus woke up from a kick in the back. He rolled on the ground and stood up before turning around and saying angrily "Which fucking bastard thinks it's funny to kick someone in their sleep!?" he saw a fat man with a giant axe and sneered "So it's the transgender fatty. What happened? Vegapunk took you out for a walk?" Sentomaru grit his teeth and Zeus pointed to his right and said "Can't you see the sign? All dogs must be on a leash!"

Sentomaru snapped "Shut up!" and smashed his axe on Zeus' head. Zeus stepped out of the way and chuckled "Did I hit a soft spot? Oh wait, your whole body is soft! Bwahahhahaha" Sentomaru smashed his axe down again and Zeus kept avoiding him easily while laughing.

Zeus flashed behind Sentomaru and kicked his ass saying "Alright, you trigger happy bastard. Get serious, we're on duty." Sentomaru grit his teeth and said "You provoked me first!" Zeus waved and said "Potato, Tomato. Point is I just don't care! Where are the pacifistas?"

Sentomaru got up and said "Chasing down every pirate on the island. PX-1 through 4 are fighting the Straw Hats" Zeus looked over and indeed, that was the situation. He flashed over and said "I'll take care of them. I promised a fight!"

He reappeared in front of a Pacisfista and stopped the punch before saying "Retreat, relay my orders to the rest. You're not needed here." The Pacifista nodded mechanically and left, so did the other ones.

Zeus turned around and cracked his neck before saying "Let's get this show started yeah?" the crew gulped and Zeus chuckled evilly before saying "Who's first!?" He looked around and flashed in front of Brook.

Zeus grinned and said "I'd punch you in the gut.. But you're all bones!" Brook gasped and pointed at Zeus before laughing. Zeus laughed and slapped Brook away, while also putting a tag on him. Brook flew and smashed into a tree, extremely hard. Zeus didn't hold back but he also didn't use haki or his powers either.

He flashed behind Nami and chopped at her neck, knocking her out before throwing her to Brook. He did the same for Robin and then flashed in front of Sanji and kicked at him.

Sanji held up his leg and said "Not so slick now eh?" Zeus chuckled and said in a deep voice "Omae wa mo shinderu" Sanji said "Nani?!" and flew out extremely fast into the same tree Brook smashed into. Zeus chuckled and touched his nose before flashing in front of Chopper, who looked up at him and made a pitiful look.

Zeus felt uncomfortable and covered his eyes with his hand before kicking him into the same tree. He flashed behind Franky and grabbed his waist before suplexing him into the ground and grabbing his legs, he spun around and threw Franky into the, now dented, tree to add onto the pile.

He flashed in front of Zoro and Luffy and said "Both?" Zoro didn't say anything and slashed at Zeus, his sword flashed black for a brief moment and Zeus fell backwards, dodging the blade. He pressed his hands on the ground and kicked up his feet, nailing Zoro in the chin and sending him up into the air.

Zeus pushed off the ground and stomped his feet into Zoro's stomach before flashing behind him and kicking his side in mid-air, sending Zoro flying towards, you guessed it, the dented tree. Zeus touched the ground and tilted his head, dodging a punch from Luffy.

Zeus looked at Luffy and kept dodging all his moves easily. He even closed his eyes and stepped forward while twisting and turning his body to avoid the Gum-Gum Gattling. Luffy noticed it wasn't working and stopped, he instead punched the ground and steam came off him.

Zeus opened his eyes with interest and Luffy shot towards him. Zeus blocked Luffy's punches and kicks without retaliating as he analyzed Luffy's weak points. After he finished, his hands turned black and he attacked the weak points he saw, hitting Luffy in the face, ribs, and shoulders. Luffy realized what Zeus was doing and adapted mid battle.

Zeus grinned under the mask and started kicking sometimes as well. Luffy jumped over a kick and stretched out his legs to kick Zeus, who jumped but also spun in mid-air, dodging the punch. Luffy jumped back and said "How did you know!?" Zeus chuckled and said "I can see the future!" beofre shooting towards Luffy and punching him in the stomach.

Luffy went up in the air and Zeus jumped up to punch him in the chest, but Luffy puffed up like a balloon and Zeus' attack bounced off him. Luffy twisted in mid-air and let loose a barrage of wild punches and kicks, to be honest, this was actually difficult for Zeus to avoid, there were so many things to keep track of and Luffy was in second gear state so the attacks were extremely fast.

Zeus twisted his body and jumped away, Luffy returned to normal and was about to resume the fight when he noticed Kuma appear in front of the crew. He shouted "Get away from them!" and charged at Kuma, Zeus got out of his combat state and sighed as he watched Luffy frantically try and stop Kuma to no avail.

Zeus noticed Luffy's hands were black, he would have bet that Luffy didn't even know it himself. Which was true, Luffy didn't even notice his hands were completely black as he attacked Kuma. Kuma blasted him away with a palm before slapping the crew away one by one, honestly, Zeus would've thought that they got slapped out of existence if he didn't know what was going on.

Luffy collapsed in despair as he watched his crew disappear one by one, thinking that they were dead. Zeus felt his heart getting stabbed with a knife watching Luffy's destroyed state, he wanted to go up and tell him that everything was going to be okay, but he held back in the end. He sighed and looked away when he saw the last crew member disappear, he heard Luffy charge at Kuma in fury and closed his eyes hearing the slap and thud.

Kuma chased after Luffy but Zeus flashed behind Luffy and slapped the back of his head, knocking him out before saying to Kuma "That's enough no?" Kuma looked at Zeus and kept silent before touching Luffy and making him disappear, he looked at Zeus and was surprised to see no reaction in his eyes.

Kuma said cautiously "You know?" Zeus nodded and said "Your secret's safe with me." before coughing and saying "Anyway, wanna do me a favor and send me to Marineford?" Kuma nodded and slapped Zeus away before walking towards Rayleigh.

A while later

Zeus smashed into Marineford and rubbed his head "That fucking bastard! Can't he work on gentle landings?! Fuck me!" Zeus looked around and noticed that he was in the female showers, he looked up and saw the hole before saying "Mother fucker!" immediately after there was a series of high pitched screams along with 'Pervert!'s ringing out in Marineford.

Later

Zeus was sitting in Sengoku's office, the three admirals were there, along with Garp and Sengoku. Garp was holding his mouth and shaking, Aokiji was biting his lips and had a slight smile, Kizaru was straight up laughing, Akainu had a straight face as usual, and Sengoku was rubbing his eyes in frustration.

Sengoku put his glasses back on and said "Tell me again. What happened?" Zeus had bumps all over his head again and bruises all over his body especially on his hands. Those damn bitches were ruthless! Haki coated kicks to his crotch! Zeus took a deep breath and said "I was at Sabaody and beat down all the Straw Hats, Kuma came and sent them all away, then I asked him for a lift back to Marineford, when I landed I was in the girls showers."

Garp and Aokiji finally couldn't hold it anymore and burst out laughing, Kizaru laughed even harder and Sengoku slapped his forehead in exasperation before sighing and saying "I can't take this anymore! You realize that Milly's father wants you executed right?" Zeus sneered "Can he catch me? That old man should be thankful he found a son-in-law! Let me tell you, she is so kinky! Especially when I-"

Sengoku cut him off quickly and said "Enough! Enough! My heart can't handle it!" Garp almost fell over laughing and Aokiji elbowed Zeus before saying "When you what?" Zeus grinned and whispered in Aokiji's ear. Aokiji's mouth made a 'O' shape and he said "Whaaaaaat?"

Zeus nodded excitedly and gave him a thumbs up. Sengoku watched Zeus' shenanigans before saying "Listen, we have something big in a week. Don't make any trouble for the time being! Also you're not allowed to leave!" before shoo'ing Zeus out of the office.

Zeus frowned and left the main building, going to the residential area. He didn't like what Sengoku said back there, what did he mean by 'something big'. His eyes widened and he got nervous as he said "It couldn't be!" he rushed home and checked the news. There was nothing, but that didn't settle his doubts. He decided to push the old man to tell him what it was when he got home.

Time passed extremely slowly

Zeus was pacing in the house, when the door opened. Zeus looked over and saw Garp enter, he went up to him and said "Tell me straight old man! Did they capture Ace?!" Garp was startled and immediately denied it "No, of course not!" Zeus looked at Garp's eyes before considering the measures he already took and sighed in relief. He smiled and heart his heart with one hand and the table with the other and said "That's good! I was really worried for a second! Ace told me he was going after Blackbeard and I told him to get help first. Good thing he listened to me! Shishishi Next time I see him he owes me a drink!"

Zeus walked up the stairs to his room in a good mood, humming a song. Unfortunately he didn't look back at Garp's extremely ugly and distressed expression. Garp sighed to himself and muttered "Don't make me do something I'm gonna regret kid.."
