Bounty

Zeus returned to the rest and flipped his head back before putting his hat on. He grinned at the rest and saw them looking at him silently, he clicked his tongue and said "What? You've never seen someone so handsome before?" the rest smiled and tackled Zeus while cheering.

Luffy watched with a big smile and said "Let's party!"

Zeus was under several bodies and chuckled before saying "Oi! Which one of you grabbed my ass!" everyone burst into laughter and Zeus got out of the pile and whistled, his cloud flew down and dropped several boxes on the deck before flying away.

Zoro looked at the boxes and sniffed, before saying "This!" Zeus laughed and ripped one of the boxes open saying "Being an underworld boss has it's perks!" he revealed the alcohol; wine, whiskey, Sake, etc.

Zeus patted the box and said "All of these are only available through the underground market. The most expensive alcohol in the world! Even a single box like this is around 800 million Beli!"

Zoro was salivating and quickly opened a Sake bottle before drinking straight from the bottle. Zeus smirked and said "Oh right I forgot to tell you.." Zoro's face flushed red and he stumbled a bit and Zeus finished "This is also the strongest alcohol in the world! Bwahaahahhaha!"

Zeus stopped himself and turned pale, he looked at Luffy and said "Quickly hit me! I'm turning into gramps!" Luffy paled and said "Oh no!" and punched Zeus right in the face. Zeus caught his fist and said angrily "Not in the face! You want a fist of love?!" Zeus let go and trembled "HIT ME!"

Persephone watched Luffy beat the shit out of Zeus in fear and Zeus just take it. She smiled to herself, hopefully he was back.

A few minutes later

Zeus gave Luffy a thumbs up and said "Thanks! Almost lost it for a minute there." he looked over and laughed before grabbing Momonosuke by the collar and saying "You like oogling my wife brat?! I'll send you to an orphanage, do you believe it?!"

Persephone paled and stared at Zeus, frozen completely.

Zeus chuckled evilly and Momonosuke turned white. Zeus grabbed a bottle of Sake and said "Real samurai can hold their liquor!" he opened Momonosuke's mouth and poured some Sake inside. Momonosuke swallowed before coughing hard.

Zeus dropped him to the ground and laughed before drinking from the Sake gourd. He drank more than Zoro and didn't even turn red a little bit. He looked over and waved Kin'emon over, Kin'emon walked over and Zeus said "Come drink, relax on your secret mission for just a few minutes no?"

Kin'emon trembled and said "How did you?" Zeus chuckled and held a finger to his lips with a smile. Kin'emon was cautious and Zeus sighed and said "Come on, what kind of Samurai are you? Where's your back bone? Look at Zoro!" as he pointed at Zoro.

Kin'emon looked over and saw Zoro standing in front of Momonosuke,holding up a sword and saying "Sunacci!" Momonosuke had a red face and held up his wooden sword and said "Sunacci!"

Kin'emon was stunned and Zeus burst out laughing, he wrpped his arm around Kin'emon's neck and forced the Sake down his throat.

Kin'emon drank and stumbled backwards while Zeus was laughing and drinking the Sake like water.

Soon almost everyone suffered under the forceful drinking from Zeus

Zeus was sitting at the table with Bonney next to him and Persephone on his lap in her cat form. Zeus looked at the white paper and finally picked up a pen before signing his autograph. It was a 'Z' with a lightning bolt behind it.

As soon as he put the pen down, the paper disappeared and Bartolomeo ran to his mural.

Zeus chuckled and looked at the bounty poster before saying "Hmm they got a good picture, it really shows off my handsomeness. Persephone look! Am I handsome or what?" Persephone rolled her eyes and looked at the bounty poster before nodding and saying "Handsome."

The bounty poster was extremely detailed.

'King of the Underworld' Monkey D. Zeus 4.5 Billion Beli

The picture was of Zeus with a demonic smile on his face, crushing a mask in his hands. He was wearing his usual clothes and his scar from Akainu was visible on his neck. He was also wearing the hat Bonney got for him and his eyes were glowing red with lightning wisping from the sides slightly, giving him an evil vibe.

Zeus laughed and flipped her over before scratching her stomach as he said "Of course! Just look at me!" Persephone giggled and purred at his touch as she said "A little higher." Zeus rubbed a little higher and Persephone's cheeks flushed red, Zeus froze and let go before saying "Vixen! I thought you were a real cat!"

Persephone giggled and covered her chest as she said "Pervert! You have to take responsibility!" Zeus almost spit out blood. He grabbed a Sake bottle and opened her mouth before pouring some inside with an evil chuckle.

Persephone coughed as she drank and little scampered away shooting Zeus an aggrieved look. Zeus laughed and continued to party.

A while later

Everyone was asleep, drunk on the floor and Zeus was sitting in front of a snail with Bonney and Persephone sleeping on his shoulders. Crocodile said from the snail "I got a call from Big Mom." Zeus lit a cigarette and said "What did that old hag say?"

Crocodile chuckled and said "She wanted to invite you to her wedding. Maybe talk business during or after. Lucci told me that if you get called to a tea party you either go or die." Zeus sneered and said "That old bitch is quite cunning."

Crocodile replied "How so?" Zeus sneered even harder and said "The wedding is one of the Straw Hats and one of her children. She knows my connection to Luffy and wants to use this as leverage during our deals. Too bad she has no idea what kind of person me or my brother really is." Zeus chuckled sinisterly and said "Tell her I will go. The rest of you will stay on the Island. I alone am enough, plus the Straw Hats will attend as well. More people will just add to the chaos and CP0 will be crawling around there. I don't want to risk any of you dying. Lucci knows how strong CP0 is."

Zeus paused for a moment and said "I want to do something big at the wedding. Just sit tight and wait for my news. Keep going as usual and mix in some training. Prepare yourselves for battle, this time maybe I won't be there to help you all."

Crocodile was serious and said "Okay, I'll let the others know." Zeus said "I want all the Logias to attempt to awaken their fruits. The special Paramecias too, it will be a huge boost in strength." Crocodile sighed and said "I don't even have the slightest clue as to how."

Zeus cleared his throat and said "For me. Awakening can permanently change the climate unless I revert it myself. Try thinking about that, also try and do it away from the city, it causes a lot of disruption. For the special Paramecias, they can project their powers away from their body and affect the terrain. For example Pinkie had the string fruit and he could turn his surroundings to strings."

Zeus paused and said "For Zoans, I have no idea but my fruit evolved into a stronger version of itself. A nine clawed divine dragon, maybe it has to do with evolution? I'm not quite sure though." Crocodile was silent before saying "Alright, I'll tell the rest. Also, the architects called, they'll be here tomorrow around noon."

Zeus rubbed his chin and muttered to himself before saying "Good. I'll be there tomorrow. If they get there early just bring the boss I spoke with to the conference room and serve him coffee. When I get there I will share my plans with him. Also, the royalty and citizens of Dress Rosa will be migrating to the Island. I promised the King there would be no affiliations with the underworld business whatsoever in the palace or the city."

Zeus snickered and said "Don't go Alabasta Croc on me." Crocodile burst out laughing and said "I don't know.. Royalty is a bit tempting." Zeus chuckled and shook his head before continuing "One of the princesses will be added to Void. That was my only condition, she's really powerful and has a strong fruit. She will only relay information in the city, a special entity. Other than that, the city and island will hopefully prosper under his rule."

Crocodile hesitated for a bit before finally saying "Why don't you just be the king of the island?" Zeus was silent before sighing and saying seriously "You really think I'm King material? I will ruin it, plus I don't want to deal with it all. I thought about it but I decided that I didn't want it. After everything is over I just want to live peacefully on Abyss Island. The power doesn't make me excited."

Crocodile chuckled and said "That's the boss I know, for sure." Zeus chuckled and said "You expected something different?" Crocodile laughed and Zeus said "Anyway, just tell everyone to train and prepare for a raid in a while. The end goal in to control everything, not just the 50% we have now. After all..."

Zeus' mouth slowly formed an excited grin as he continued "You all have such high expectations of me. I won't stop until we rule everything behind the shadows!" Crocodile was stunned and couldn't react for a few moments before he burst out laughing and said excitedly "I wasn't wrong to follow you! Hahahahah! I'll let the rest know! See you tomorrow." before hanging up.

Zeus put the snail away with a smile before leaning back in his chair and looking up at the stars. He exhaled a mouthful of smoke and reached out to the sky before clenching his fist and grinning "What I want... NO ONE can stop me!"

His fist came down and he closed his eyes and muttered "In all worlds, only I am invincible..." before slowly drifting off to sleep. Persephone opened her eyes slightly and snuggled into his neck before falling asleep with a warm smile, she heard everything and was happier than ever. Her super man was back.

The next morning

Zeus woke up to exclamations, he yawned and said with half opened eyes "What happened? Did I bring the fairies from my dreams to the real world?" Bonney slapped him with her wing and said snappily "What fairies?!" Zeus chuckled and said "Oh look! I did! Wow!" as he hugged Bonney in his arm and rubbed Persephone's head with with his other hand.

Bonney blushed and snorted. Persephone smiled and enjoyed his touch. Zeus put them back and walked to the inside of the ship. He went through the door and yawned again "What happened?" Luffy said jealously "Nice bounty you got there."

Zeus rubbed his eyes and looked at the mural, he was now included and he was right next to Luffy's new bounty. Zeus went over it again before sighing to himself "It's hard being this handsome.." and shaking his head, as if it was a curse. The crew rolled their eyes and Robin said "Why is it so big?" Zeus leaned his elbow on her shoulder and said "Considering the fact that, A, I burned the government on our last deal. B, I am the leader of the biggest underworld organization, owning around 50% of the entire market, and finally, C, I am extremely strong, to the point where the government is cautious of me moving against them. Especially since I directly threatened them."

Zeus paused and said "Though I didn't show my full strength yet..." Robin understood and Law said "I wanted to ask yesterday, who is stronger between you and Straw Hat-ya?"

Luffy and Zeus said at the same time "Me/Zeus." the crew was surprised and Luffy chuckled and said "We can't even really test it unless we fight to the death. But he should be a little bit stronger than me..." Luffy chuckled and added "Though his lightning doesn't work against me at all. Shishishishi"

Law naturally understood, Rubber was an insulator. Lightning doesn't affect it.

Zeus chuckled and pulled on Luffy's cheek, stretching it as he said "He sure is a smart one when he wants to be, though if he awakens even I don't know how strong he'll be." everyone, except Law and Luffy said "Awaken?"

Zeus smiled and said "Just eating a devil fruit doesn't mean you have the full power of the fruit. Awakening refers to unlocking the complete potential of your fruit. For example, I can permanently change the climate if I want to. For some Paramecias..." he explained what he thought to them and everyone was enlightened but Zeus added "Though It's just a theory of mine, every person is different and every fruit is different as well. Pinky could change the terrain to strings but will Luffy be able to change the environment to rubber? Maybe not."

Zeus pointed at Bartolomeo and said "What happens with him? He can already project his powers out. Will he create a barrier environment? What would that do? Or think about Bon-chan. What would his awakening do? He can already change everything about himself, maybe he can change other people after?"

Zeus shrugged and said "Who knows what will happen, but I know for a fact that Awakening will bring a huge power boost to the individual once it happens." Law looked thoughtful and Luffy scratched his head confused.

Zeus threw another bomb and said "How about weapons? Can they awaken fruits they've eaten? Devil fruits are too mysterious, who knows what they will lead to or where they came from." Zeus smiled and added "Anyway, more importantly. I have to leave for a bit."

Luffy said "You're leaving?!" the rest looked at him and Zeus held up his hand and said "Calm down, I'll meet you on Zou." Zeus gave a mysterious smile and said "After that.. I was invited to a wedding by Big Mom. We'll go together."

Robin looked thoughtful and said "Why would we come if you were invited?" Zeus grinned and said "The people getting married are quite interesting." and with that Zeus waved and said "Anyway, I have to go. Keep training.. Crewmates." he chuckled and jumped into the air before transforming into his full transformation.

The crew saw a massive 1000 meter long white dragon with 9 toes and red rings around it's wrists and ankles along with 3 red rings on the tail part. There was also a glowing red reverse scale on it's neck. It's horns resembled Deer antlers and were pure white with red lightning arcs crackling around them.

There was a massive scar on it's right shoulder to it's chest, back, and neck. The other arm had a black scales in the shape of a dragon with red scales for eyes. The head of the dragon had long whiskers and the entire body had no wings whatsoever.

Zeus chuckled and shot into the sky, disappearing into the clouds.

The crew was stunned and Luffy had stars in his eyes as he said "COOL!" Momonosuke also had stars in his eyes and Zoro felt his hand was itchy, wanting to cut it.

Bartolomeo had already fainted in awe and Law was startled.

Zeus flew back to Abyss Island and reverted before floating down to the conference room building.

He landed on the ground and Bonney said "What's with your flashy entrances and exits? When we fist met you also did a flashy entrance." Zeus said seriously "To be any less flashy will be an injustice to my handsome face." Bonney rolled her eyes and giggled, Persephone giggled on the side and said "Handsome for sure."

Zeus grinned and walked into the building, Bonney hopped off and said "Persephone can I talk with you?" Persephone felt a crisis in her heart but jumped off and nodded. Zeus looked at Bonney silently before walking into the conference room and closing the door.

He didn't mind Persephone being around him at all, in fact, he liked having her around. It make him feel like he had someone to talk to about anything, plus there was somethings he needed to talk to her about.

He knew that Bonney knew how Persephone felt but he never mentioned it, he had denied her before. He didn't know how he truly felt about Persephone but he knew that it was nice to see her all the time. He didn't think it was love at all, he felt it was special though. He couldn't quite put his finger on the feeling but he knew what he had with Bonney was different.

He loved Bonney completely. He had already told her and she was even his wife, he hoped that she wouldn't make Persephone feel bad. Sometimes he thought about what would've happened if he hadn't made her his sister. Perhaps their current relationship would be different, maybe she would be with someone else, or be just like the other executives.

Regardless of what happens, what happened, or what would've happened. He was happy with the decisions he made and he didn't regret a single one.

He walked into the conference room to see the boss of the architects talking with Shiruton. Crocodile was there as well and the rest were probably training somewhere.

Zeus sat down in his chair and put a rolled up blue print paper on the table before smiling and saying "Sorry for the wait, Isaac." Isaac was the architects name, he got his contact information from Tesoro and Zeus was really happy with his work on the previous parts of the island, naturally he wanted Isaac to continue.

Isaac smiled and waved his hands saying "I understand. You must be pretty busy." Zeus chuckled and said "Something like that. Anyway, would you like to see the plans I came up with?" Isaac's eyes lit up and he rubbed his hands excitedly saying "If it's anything like the previous one, I would be more than happy to buy them!"

Zeus snickered and unrolled the blue prints, displaying the entire map to Isaac.

Isaac looked at the map and his jaw dropped, he was almost infatuated with it. Being an architect he loved every building he built, he was a bit of a freak that way, but it was good for business because he put his heart and soul into his projects and he expected nothing less from his subordinates.

Isaac ran his fingers over the map and muttered to himself while going over everything. Zeus was used to this so he just smiled and lit a cigarette as he waited for Isaac to finish.

After a while

Isaac stopped and sucked in a cold breath of air before saying "If you gave this to someone else I would kill them to steal it. This is simply the best map I've ever seen." Zeus smiled and said nothing, sure enough, Isaac continued "You have a royal family coming?"

Zeus grinned and nodded "I don't know how he wants the Palace done but it would be nice if you can give it a nice place. I marked a few places for you to chose from, but personally I think that having it on a mountain top will be better."

Isaac rubbed his chin and his eyes shone with light as he said "Yeah. I like that. I could even make a stairway to the top or a lift!" Isaac got more and more excited and Zeus put the final nail in the coffin "All the materials will be provided by us and some of my executives will help you with making caves and carving into the rocks"

Zeus exhaled a ring of smoke and tapped on the table as he added "But I want your best, Isaac." Isaac gave Zeus a look and said "Seriously? You think I wouldn't do my best? If I half assed this project, I simply couldn't continue living anymore! Anything less than the best is an injustice to this blueprint!"

Zeus smiled and said "When can you start?" Isaac didn't even hesitate and said "Immediately!" he paused before adding "By the way, what you you want for the top of the fountain? It has to be good or else the entire courtyard will fall apart."

Zeus grinned and put the cigarette in his mouth before pulling out another piece of paper and rolling it over to Isaac without saying a single word.

Isaac opened the blueprint and his eyes shot open and started shining brightly. His breathing became heavy and he said "Perfect! Perfect! Anything else and it wouldn't work! Hhahahahaha!" He turned to Zeus and said seriously "This will be the biggest masterpiece in my life. Thank you, Zeus. This favor is something I can't even repay."

Zeus smiled and waved his hand saying "The best way to repay me is by doing your best. I have faith that you won't let me down." Isaac stood up and grabbed both plans before bowing slightly and saying "Absolutely not. I will make the most beautiful city this world has ever seen!"

Zeus smiled and nodded, Isaac immediately left in a hurry and Zeus signaled Crocodile and Shiruton to go get people to help. They left as well and Zeus stretched out his back before cracking his neck and walking out of the building.

He sat on the edge of the mountain where he usually sits and looked down at the empty space that was already being dug up. He smiled slightly and took a drag from his cigarette, everything was running smoothly, soon Riku and the citizens of Dress Rosa will be here and the city will come to life.

He had faith that Riku wouldn't let him down and bring Abyss Island out of its infancy and into a new, thriving, age. Now all that was left was to wait, Isaac didn't give him a time frame but judging by his excitement, and the number of workers he brought with him as well as his own staff helping out. It really shouldn't take long at all, devil fruits could help speed up the process almost 100 times faster.

Zeus had given Isaac the formula for various architectural materials a long time ago. From asphalt to concrete and everything in between. Zeus was excited for the finished product and also a little impatient, he didn't know how long it would take Luffy to get to Zou but judging by the speed and distance, maybe 2 weeks at the least.

They really don't show you the actual time in the anime. Zeus chuckled and thought that it would be pretty boring if they did. Two weeks of sailing shouldn't be very exciting. Nevertheless, he had around 2 weeks to help out before going to Zou, plenty of time to speed up construction himself.
