2 Too Weak

Astral beasts have different species and their are also some who have great strength while there are those who are very cunning. If you compare which will be more dangerous a strong astral beast or an intelligent astral beast then the intelligent astral beast will the most dangerous.

If an astral beast will be able to scheme and play tricks then every battle against it will be very unpredictable. Which means that there will be a possibility where you will die if you attack it straight-forwardly.

The three astral beasts are looking at the bald man in front of them with vigilant because of their innate senses they were able to tell that this constellar in front of them is very strong.

"Well, well what can I do for you friends?" the bald man smiled at them revealing his white teeth while the atmospheres temperture started to get low.

The astral beasts felt the change in temperature so they wanted to attacked him immediately no matter what will be the result. Because they have estimated that with the bald man's strength they will die regardless of what they will chose.

Swisssssssssh! Swaaaaaaaaah! Hunnnnnnnng!

Three ear piercing sound can be heard and three white blurs can be seen going to the bald man who remained standing. The onlookers could not withstand the scene that they all closed their eyes afraid that they will not be able to eat their launch later if they watch it.

CLANG! CLANG! CLANG!

The attacks hit something that was similar to a metal as it made a clang sound. The onlookers opened their eyes and was shocked to see that the bald man was still standing there safe. Even the astral beasts had their eyes wide open as if it was coming out from their eye sockets.

The bald man was still standing there but his body was covered with a red armor.

"I mean you no harm my friends but why did you have to attack me?" his voice sounded like he was very depressed similar to a boy who had just broken up with his girlfriend.

"But are you looking for your deaths?" he smiled sinisterly as he raised his hands and a fiery red sword appeared on his hand out of nowhere. He looked at the three astral beasts who was also looking at him at that time.

And with a swing of his sword three heads flew in the air. The expected intense fight did not happen as everthing went so fast that at the blink of an eye the fight was already over. Blood spurted forth like a fountain and the bodies of the astral beasts fell on the ground.

THUMP

Three bodies laid on the ground while blood was still gushing out of their necks. The bald man only looked at the carcass before he turn around while saying.

"Too weak"

The astral beasts' carcass was left on the ground the bystanders got closer and in their eyes a hint of anticipation can be seen.

"My fellow citizens of Scarlet City I present to you today the the carcass of this three astral beasts. I will leave the process of distribution to all of you and I hope that there will be no problem." looking at him right now and compare it to his expression earlier he is very amiable that you will not think that he was very sinister.

After he said that he left the area and went inside the academy leaving the bystanders to scavenge the astral beasts' carcass.

The area was in chaos as everyone was pushing each other to get a piece of the astral beast's carcass. As every part of their body can be sold for a very high price and it's meat was very delicious and nutritious.

The astral beast's horn, legs, skin, teeth, heart, and other parts of it's body are very valuable. And the most valuable part of it's body was on it's head where a small crystal object can be found.

It was the astral beast's star crystal which is where all of it's star energy are stored and was also the reason why they are very strong. The value of the star crystal was two times the other parts of the astral beast.

So everyone was all fighting to get their hands on this crystal and if they do then their lives will be comfortable for next few years. No one will be able to resist the temptation of wealth so no matter who they are young and old, they are all desperately fighting over the astral beast's carcass.

Among the crowd was a 14 years old boy, his hair was gray in color and strangely his eyes was also gray in color making them dull and lifeless. But even so he was able to compete with the others on snatching the body parts of the astral beasts.

He agilely moved through the crowds and picked up every part of the astral beasts wherever he went. Securely hugging the parts he got he moved out of the crowd to avoid getting his harvest stolen.

But suddenly right after he got out a violet flash was caught by his eyes. He focused his attention on the object and was shocked when he identified the object.

Shiny object, have different colors and was filled with energy no doubt that the item he saw was a star crystal. Vigilantly he looked around him to make sure that others did not find out the star crystal.

He sigh in relief when he saw that everyone was still busy fighting for the body parts so he make used of this opportunity to get to the object without getting the attention of others. He was able to picked the crystal but he didn't looked at it as he ran far away from the area.

He will not take the risk of taking out an extremely valuable object out in an area where everyone was fighting over. So he made a decision to first keep his distance to others before taking a closer look at the star crystal.
