Chapter two
"Now listen to me Lucy, this is not just about us but our baby is also included. We cannot risk the life of our baby for the sake of our love. And do not forget that the world needs our child to get over the evil terror of the wicked vampires, so please my love; if you truly love me as you say, then run away and never return. I will follow you up once am done with this bastard" Bryan pleaded with his wife. Lucy had no other option than to consider her husband's request. As soon as Lucy tried to run away, Adolphus rushed her quickly, as he could not miss the golden opportunity he has of killing Lucy. But Byran on the other hand did not let him. Lucy ran out of the scene but wasn't able to cover up much distance as she was extremely tired and had to catch her breath. Marshal who was one of Lucy's ally, had been following her up to make sure that she was safe. When he saw that Lucy was exhausted, he volunteered to carry Lucy in his wolf state, so as to hasten up their escape before the other vampires would come after them.
While Byran was battling with Adolphus, some other werewolves joined the battle to bring down Adolphus, but the vampires had also joined the fight which made the battle a tough one.
Byran had to find a little chance to go after Lucy to make sure that she was off harm way, but Adolphus followed him up. Lucy through the help of Marshal had already covered a long distance out of sight. Byran felt relieved that Lucy was safe but at that point, one of Adolphus Ally that posseses the powers of black magic, casted a spell on Byran which blinded his mindset and made him an ally of the enemies. Byran had to return back to the battle field to help the vampires in killing the werewolves.
Lucy had reached her hide out in another community called Etuara, were she believed was safe for her to have her unborn child, while Byran on the other hand had to follow Adolphus to his territory as one of his Ally. Lucy was heart broken when she heard what had happened to her husband, she wanted to go and get him, but on a second thought had to consider the risk involved. The community of Etuara is a small village like community, that is not well known in the city of Swambe. This small community was Lucy early child's resident until tragedy stroke when she was just 6yrs old. Back in those days, Lucy's father was a human by name Daniel why her mother was a werewolf by name was Morgana. Morgana happened to be the chosen werewolf in her era, while Odessa(Adolphus father) was the supreme one. The love shared by Morgana and Daniel was the envy of all in their days. Daniel was a very handsome, tall, attractive young man, with alot of charisma. While Lucy was an epitome of beauty. Her smile attracts alot of stares, and her voice could give hope to the hopeless.
Daniel fell in love with Morgana the day Morgana underwent her first transformation. Morgana was hiding naked behind a big tree, while Daniel was passing by. When Daniel noticed that someone was hiding behind the tree, he requested to know who it was, but Morgana refused to come out. She pleaded with Daniel to give her his shirt. Daniel was confused at first, but later decided to give into Morgana's demand. He passed the shirt to her with a closed eyes. As soon as Morgana came out of the tree, she headed towards Daniel to thank him.
"Thank you for the help rendered, just tell me your resident and I will return it once I take it off" Morgana said in a calm tone. Daniel couldn't alter a word, he kept on staring into Morgana's eyes as if he was trying to locate himself in it.
"Hello Mr" Morgana said as she waved her hand to his face. Daniel was staggered, and didn't even know what their last conversation was. Daniel couldn't hold back his feelings, so he said " your eyes is really captivating, I could not even feel my heartbeat the moment I set my eyes on you, you are very beautiful I must confess" he concluded. Morgana smiled at his words, " thanks for the sweet words" she replied. Morgana could not take her eyes off Daniel as well, for Daniel in his shirtless look was extremely hot and captivating that Morgana could already visualize her wedding day with him. As the sun begins to set, Daniel noticed that Morgana was shivering slightly. "You must be getting cold," he says. "Perhaps we should head back to our homes before it gets dark?" Daniel concluded, while Morgana nods. As they walk back towards their community, Daniel offers Morgana his arm to steady her on the uneven path. She smiles and takes his arm, and they walk in silence for a while. Finally, Morgana speaks. "Thank you for such a lovely afternoon," she says. "It's been a pleasure," replies Daniel". Morgana says, "I must go. It's getting late." Daniel nods, but before she can leave, he asks, "May I call on you again, Morgana?" She hesitates for a moment, then says, "Yes, you may." He smiles. "Then until next time, Morgana" he says. "Good night". The day was about coming to an end, but this two love birds couldn't stop thinking of each other. Daniel was so much lost in thought that he nearly burnt his pot of soup, while Morgana in her love imagination didn't know when she added sugar instead of salt into her food. Love blossom between this two, that they couldn't even spend a second without thinking of each other.
Daniel decided to marry Morgana and make her his forever, but he had alot of rivals. Morgana on the other hand didn't even think of letting anyone of them into her life except Daniel. This two finally fulfilled their heart desire by getting married to each other. Their first night was really a memorable one. Morgana had taking a shower and was preparing dinner for Daniel. Suddenly, she felt a hand around her waist, she quickly turned in tension to know who it was only to find out that it was Daniel. Daniel kept staring into her eyes, why she was blushing. Her lips were soft as butter, the gentle breeze kept blowing her hair, her fingers were squeezing each other why their foreheads was brought together. Morgana felt as if her stomach was tumbling, her heart beat so fast that she tried running away, but Daniel held her by her wrist and Drew her towards him. Morgana played with her feet as Daniel placed his two hands on her waist, drawing closer and closer to her. Their lips glued to each other and their eyes went closed as every bit of the kiss was felt.
Daniel lifted Morgana up and took her to the bedroom. It was Morgana's first time, so Daniel promised to go easy on her. He whispered my name so softly that I'm not even sure if his mouth moved. His hand slides through my hair as his lips connect fiercely with mine. He slides his body on top of me, and his kiss instantly becomes intense. She held the bed cover firmly. The moaning was high and slow, her voice sounded like melodies to the ear, the touches were soft and erotic, she held the bed cover firmly, the night was cold, the birds were calm, the wind blew in gently through the windows as a calm music played in the background. That night was indeed an unforgettable lifetime experience in the life of Morgana and Daniel. After the did was done, Morgana felt fully bonded to Daniel.,while Daniel on the other hand pampered Morgana and made her feel like a queen. 1 month later, after that erotic night. Morgana felt strange, she kept on throwing up as though she ate a spoilt food. Her eyes were down, her skin was glowing, and she started eating alot.
Daniel was not happy as to what was happening to Morgana, so he decided to consult a midwife. The midwife after the whole examination announced that Morgana was expecting a child. This news made the whole building as noisy as a club house. Morgana stopped during some of the difficult household chores because Daniel decided to take it up from her, so she doesn't stress her self and the baby in her womb.
Few days after the news of Morgan's pregnancy had gone wild. It got to the ears of Odessa. Odessa had many wives and concubines. He never believed in true love, and was a true agent of destruction. It was only his 2nd wife (Aurora) that was able to give him a son(Adolphus), while the rest were unable to conceive. Odessa murdered all his wives leaving only Aurora who was more deadly than a viper. Odessa on hearing the news about Morgana his rival thought to himself saying, " there is no better opportunity than this. Now that she's pregnant am sure that she would be weak to fight me". Odessa set out for the assassination of Morgana and her unborn child. Odessa possessed dark powers from the underworld, which made him an extraordinary vampire.
Morgana was her way home from the market with her husband, when she saw Odessa and his teammates obstructing their path. This was a danger zone for both Morgana and Daniel, and to make matters worst; Daniel never knew that Morgana was a werewolf talk more of the chosen one.
Morgana didn't know how to tell Daniel to leave the scene. She was also scared of transforming into a werewolf, for she thought that Daniel will feel betrayed that she kept it a secret all this while. Luckily for Morgana, some of her allies showed up to fight against the vampires. Morgana and Daniel used the opportunity to run away.
The fight wasn't an easy one for no human would dare to watch the scene, talk more of passing by the area. All the birds wee nowhere to be seen and all domestic animals disappeared into thin air. The fight was so deadly that not even a housefly would dare to fly pass them. Morgana and Daniel got home safely, then Morgana pleaded with Daniel that they should both run away.
