11 Heading out for orientation

Ying Xuan also found the little Shi Weiwei so cute and was always dressing her up like a doll. Shi Weiwei was short, she did not even come upto Xuan's shoulder, and Ying Xuan found this really really cute.

The two also ate together everyday, Ying Xuan would always drag Shi Weiwei to new places to try out new foods. Xuan knew that Weiwei was a proud person, so she picked places that were moderately priced and the two always split the bill. Xuan and Weiwei also bought their books and notebooks together.

All in all, the two girls were having a blast even before the college started.

On the day of the freshmen orientation....

Ying Xuan was rummaging through her cupboard, while Shi Weiwei was sitting on Xuan's bed, clothes all around and some even on her.

Shi Weiwei: "Xuan, do we really have to do this? I'm not one to worry too much about my looks."

Ying Xuan sighed as she took out something out of her cupboard and threw it towards Weiwei. Shi Weiwei caught it and asked, "What? Should I try that?"

Ying Xuan nodded with enthusiasm. She pushed Weiwei into the bathroom as she began to pick up all the clothes and hurriedly put them back in the cupboard.

By the time Shi Weiwei came out of the bathroom, Xuan had made the room presentable and was waiting for her.

Shi Weiwei turned around in a circle as she said, pulling on a corner of the dress, "Isn't it a bit tight? I feel like it's a bit tight."

Ying Xuan began to look around as she slapped Weiwei's hand away. Xuan signed, "Don't touch it."

Shi Weiwei had now begun to understand a little sign language. She could pick up the easier gestures. Weiwei sighed as she looked at herself in the mirror.

She had to admit that Xuan's choice was really good. Weiwei had not cared much about her looks, but now as she looked at herself, in the dark green dress, ending just below her knees, she felt happy.

Shi Weiwei turned around to look at Ying Xuan tying her hair in a high ponytail. Xuan had chosen to wear a casual white shirt with black skinny pants. And on her feet were a pair of white sneakers. Shi Weiwei was amazed. Xuan looked so casual yet so formal at the same time.

Seeing Shi Weiwei zoning out, Ying Xuan turned around and signed her to hurry.

Shi Weiwei was confused. She said, "Ready? I'm ready."

Ying Xuan sighed as she pointed a finger at Weiwei's feet, which were still bare. She then put on a green hairband in Weiwei's Bob hair and edged her to go put on some shoes.

Shi Weiwei could borrow Xuan's dresses as she was a little chubby and Xuan was really skinny. But shoes, she had to wear her own as Ying Xuan was quite taller than her.

By the time Shi Weiwei came out after wearing a pair of black sandles, Ying Xuan was already locking her dorm room. She signalled for Weiwei to do the same, after which they headed towards the main hall, the venue for the orientation.
