5 First Day of School - Part 2

I walked into the cafeteria. As soon as I walked in I saw Bella sitting with two girls who I remember Jessica and Angela, and two boys named Michael and Eric who were trying to flirt with her while Bella looked uncomfortable. I quickly made my way over and sat between Bella and the two boys. As soon as I sat there I introduced myself in my best intimidating voice. "Hi there, I am Lucifer Swan, Bella's twin, What do you want to eat today? Some punches or some kicks? Hmm?" The boys backed away in fear and Bella gave me a grateful look, After that, I focused on my meal until I heard the famous line from Bella's mouth. "Who are they?"

I followed her gaze to the table in the cafeteria where the Cullens sat. Emmett was the first one I noticed. He had a big and muscular body and short black hair. On his right side was Jesper and Alice was next to him. When my gaze fell to the person sitting next to him I froze.

Sitting next to Jesper was the main reason I chose to reincarnate in this world. Rosalie Hale had strawberry blond hair that fell onto her lower back, She had a tall lithe figure that contained grace and poise. Her face was exquisite, It was like an expert sculpture had sculpted her with utmost care. But her most unique feature was her eyes, They were two beautiful globes of amber that perfectly accentuated her hair. I felt like I could drown in them, She sits with such poise and grace that she looks like a goddess among mortals.

I was suddenly brought out of my thoughts when Bella nudge me and said, "Stop staring, It's weird."

Only then did I realize that I was staring at her and to my surprise, she was staring right back. Beside me, I heard Jessica whispering, "They are the Cullen kids. All of them are together. The big guy Emmett is together with Edyth, Ther brown-haired sitting on his right.

That made my brain stop working for a second, I quickly looked to Emmett's right, and sitting there was a brown-haired girl that looked a lot like Edward. But how can it be? She doesn't exist in this universe. Wait a minute… Edythe is the name of Edward's twin used in fan-fiction. Is she Emmett's mate? It should be impossible, yet the way she sat and positioned clearly points to the fact that Jessica is telling the truth and she and Emmett are indeed a couple. Does that mean Rosalie doesn't have a mate? Suddenly Alice's excitement seeing me makes a lot more sense.

Jessica, unaware of what I was thinking continued speaking, "That short-thin one is Alice, she is a bit weird. She is with the blonde guy who always looks like he is in pain, Jesper. The cold-looking one next to him is Rosalie, and the cute-looking guy is Edward."

After hearing badmouthing Alice who I came to see as my litter and Rosalie and Jesper who are good people, I had a hard time controlling my anger. I almost crushed the soda can in my hand, I turned toward her and gave her a sweet I asked her. "Miss Stanley, do you know Alice? No? Then perhaps you're friends with Miss Hale? No? Then surely you are acquainted with Jesper? No? Then how are you sure they are as you describe them to be? Miss Stanley, you shouldn't give judgment on people without knowing them properly."

Without giving her time to respond I turned away from her, giving her no choice but to shut her mouth. I turned to Cullens table and found them all looking at me, I gave a small smile and a wave to Alice who returned it with a beaming smile.

I turned toward Angela to ask a question though I'm pretty sure I know the answer by now. "Miss Weber, can I ask you a question? Is Miss Hale single perhaps?"

"Um… yeah she is. By the way, why are talking like that?"

Bella replied in my place, "Don't mind it. He always speaks like a gentleman in front of girls and wouldn't call them by their last name if they weren't friends. He was really popular with girls in our old school and was confessed by a lot of them as well. Though he always rejected them."

"I didn't reject them, I politely declined their proposal. Politeness, Big sister, which is something you sorely lack, unfortunately."

Bella replied with sticking out her tongue, which looked so cute I couldn't help but laugh out loud.

"Hey sis, I will go and meet my friend and her family," I said as stood up to go toward Cullens table.

"Okay"

After that, I went toward the Cullens table and greeted Alice with a smile, "Hey Alice mind if I join you?"

Alice, being the bubbly person she was immediately replied. "Of course you can join us, I was about to ask you, come let me introduce you to my family. This is Jesper, my boyfriend and this is Emmett and this is Edyth, Edward, and last but not the least Rosalie, Everyone meet my new Best Friend Lucifer."

"Hi there, every one it's nice to meet you."

After I greeted them I sat beside Rosalie, she had a small smile on lips. I became good friends with everyone except Edward. That emo dude was glaring at me like I stole something worth more than his life from him. I and Rosalie were chatting about cars and she was slowly getting closer to me. But it was ruined by the glaring of that emo guy, maybe he can't read my mind that's why he's behaving like that. 'Let's have some fun.' I thought to myself before confronting Edward.

"Dude, I am sorry but I don't swing that way, I am sure there is a guy who is made for you," I said to him and for the love god the look he gave, I wanted to do nothing but laugh like a madman. Emmett and Jesper were really trying to hold their laughter but my next words were like oil in the fire. "I am really sorry, you see I am purely in girls but I am sure you will find yourself the best buy you could get." Emmett and Jesper couldn't hold any longer and started to laugh like madmen and everyone at the table started to laugh too, and the poor guy was giving me a death glare.

In the middle of our laughter, my eyes went on Rosalie her face that of the goddess who descended on the mortal world, her voice was like angels were singing melody in my ears.

She caught me starring at her and I looked away while blushing. I took a peek at her face, She had a sweet smile on her face. We chatted about many things like arts and dancing and in the middle of our conversation, our hands touched and as I had touched her hand I felt a shiver going up my spine. I am sure if there was blood in her system she would be blushing right now but alas… our hands met again and this time no one wanted to take it back so we sat there listening in the conversation with our hand in hand, After lunchtime was over and we made our way toward our respective classes and just like this our schools first day is finished.

I made my way toward the office to submit my attendance sheet, I saw Bella was smelling her hair. I walked toward her and asked her. "What are you doing?" Although I knew what she was doing why I couldn't tell her that.

"Do my hair smell bad?"

I leaned forward and smelled her hair and replied, "No it's like usual, why? What happened?" I asked her as I saw Edward asking to change his classes. "Did that guy say something to you or did anything that you're upset about?" I asked as came of the office and I wanted to talk to him but Bella stopped me.

"It's nothing, I will confront him tomorrow."

"Fine"

We made our way toward our respective vehicle but not before giving a wave and a smile towards Cullens.
