6 The mark of abel

After eating Ace's flesh the bird calmed down and sat in his palm. "Good birdie, Good birdie", said Ace as he reached his other hand over to grab the bird. Ace grabbed the dove by the neck but in an instant the dove transformed into a two wings tattoo on the back of his fist. "What is this?", asked a flabbergasted Ace. Ace grabbed the Grimoire looking at the page that was once blank. The page showed an illustration of the tattoo and its effect. 'The mark of abel, a tattoo which protects the soul and body from evil will and powers'.

"Did god even get a supernatural copyright to do this, pfft I don't care, back to spells". Ace sat back on the bed as if he didn't just get bitten by a dove. Ace looked at the page 35 which had mana training instructions. Following the book sat in a meditative position and rested his hands on his thighs respectively. Ace felt a small fire in his stomach raging and roaring. In an attempt to control it Ace turned the flame into a sphere but it wouldn't stay in that form.

The sphere changed back into a flame and moved even more furious. The mark on Ace's hand glowed and a golden light enveloped his unstable magic turning it into a complete mageroot. Ace was so relieved that his core or newfound mageroot was no longer acting up.

<next day>

As Ace arrived at school Bella rushed to his car. "Thank you Ace", said Bella. "It's alright, you guys took me off the asphalt road afterall. "Can i ask you one question?", Ace already knew what she was going to ask but it wouldn't hurt to listen. "Ask away Bella". "How did you get there so fast?", asked Bella. "The truth is Bella an old man blessed me with a power, and to activate the power I need to say a special word so i saved it for a special moment and when I saw you in danger I looked to the sky and screamed SHAZA-", before Ace could even finish Bella left in a fit. Bella walked towards Edward and all Ace could think was good luck, 'He's not telling her shit, and why is the shazam story so unbelievable goddamn'.

Ace spent the entire school day contemplating how he would troll Edward into oblivion and caught a glimpse of Rosalia anytime he could, she was one of the most beautiful women in the series after all. 

<next day>

Before the trip started everyone stayed outside in their own conversations or staring at their supposed love interest, that wasn't the case with Ace (author:"hey that rhymes). Ace walked up to Edward with a mischievous grin. "So how was last night?", asked Ace. "Oh my God Ace", sighed Edward.

"Breaking and entering is a crime Eddy", said Ace. "I'm not even going to ask how you know that, I just know that if I stay with you any longer my mood will be worse", said Edward.

The teacher called everyone to the bus and drove everyone to a place that looked like the home of a botanist. Instead of spending his time annoying Edward like he usually would, Ace paid attention to what the teacher was saying, his mageroot is a tree too, he thought. School ended and Ace went home. Ace knocked on the door and a much too tired Ted opened the door.

"You came just in time", said Ted. "What happened, is there a disturbance in the force?", asked Ace. "A very big disturbance in the force", said Granny witch holding her head, "You might need this". Grandma handed Ace a wand. 'All these harry potter references is this world really linked to hp or is god just playing with me and is the problem also from hp'.

Ace dropped his bookbag and followed ted to his little truck. The two hopped in and Ted started driving towards their destination. 🎵Country roads take me home to the place I belong, West Virginia🎵. "Ted turn off your old country music", said Ace. "This is a classic", said Ted. "Ted it's a song of a white guy singing about one of the most racism filled state, that's a classic but not the type you're thinking of".
