Slap II

He narrowed his eyes then looked from Lucas to her. "Is that so, you stooped that low as to go out with this man now huh?" he said piercing a hole through her with his accusing eyes.

"Well you see-" she paused to think of a way to explain. If she was honest she would have to say she didn't know she was with this man either. She only found out just moments ago but if she said that might slip up a chance to leave him permanently. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you, I didn't know how but as Lucas said we're together now." she mumbled trying not to make eye contact with any of the two men beside her.

He smiled coldly and than said in a quiet and deep tone "Just wait until you come back to me. You'll see, Lucas is just using you he'll throw you away in no time and you'll have no choice but to come back to me." She burst out laughing in her head and tried to contain her smile in front of him. He thought Lucas was using her? As if, the one who was using someone was her and to add fuel to the fire it was because of him. He thinks he's so high and mighty but he doesn't even understand this situation.

She turned her head slightly and caught a glimpse of Lucas trying not to laugh and looked back at her husband. His eyes looked cold yet shocked to see her laughing at him. "Laugh all you want now but you won't be laughing later." he sneered, clearly frustrated at the way things went.

God that's so cliche, actually no this contract thing does sound more cliche she thought. Lucas put a hand on her arm. "No we won't be laughing later because we'll be celebrating. I'll take your response as an agreement to our relationship, now if you'll excuse us we have more important things to do." he explained and then gently pulled her up and turned to him with a smile, "Those activities will be inappropriate to say out loud so we'll take our leave now."

She left being lead by Lucas, her hand covering her red face. How could he say that?
