12 Chapter 12 Masked
After looking around the company for awhile, Ji Hoon brings Jee Eun and her parents to the studio.
Soo Yeon is already inside playing the accordion.
"Ahh!! Annyeonghaseyo Soo Yeon unnie! I'm Lee Jee Eun, I just joined the company as a trainee awhile ago. Nice to meet you!"

"Oh, you are the one oppa talked about yesterday. Hmm..."
Soo Yeon fell silent after saying that but her gaze never left Jee Eun, as if to stare hole into her soul.
"Erm... unnie? Sunbaenim?" Jee Eun asked timidly.
"Hmph, I don't see anything special. Don't see why oppa speaked so highly of you." Soo Yeon has been waiting to see Jee Eun ever since Ji Hoon said that this girl is more talented than her yesterday. In other words, she is jealous.
"Ah???" (´.＿.｀)
Not knowing what to say, Jee Eun just stands there awkwardly.
*SLAP
"Ah~"
"Don't treat your hoobae (junior) this way."
"Nae oppa." (◞ ‸ ◟)
"Have you memorized the sheet music I gave you yesterday?"
"Of course I did."
"Good then let's finish this music, it's easy for us."
"Nae oppa!" Before getting ready, Soo Yeon stares at Jee Eun again as if saying 'Let me show you what I can do!' . (•ˋ _ ˊ•)
"This unnie is kinda scary..." (๑•﹏•) Jee Eun secretly thought to herself.

Ji Hoon is playing the violin while Jee Eun is playing the accordion. Yeah, weird combination, I know.
Song ends, Jee Eun excitedly claps her hands.
"Oppa! Is this the new song? What's it's name?"
"Masked."

Later, Ji Hoon brought them to GoG's practice room. The nine girls are still practicing the song Ji Hoon gave them.
"Girls, let me introduce you to the newcomer in the company, Lee Jee Eun. She is the youngest here so please treat her nicely."
Hearing that, the original maknae, Hyun Seo has the fastest reaction. She quicky stops her practice and runs towards Jee Eun and holds her shoulders.
"Annyeonghaseyo Jee Eun ssi, how old are you right now?!"
"Ahh... I'm currently 13 years old..."
"SO YOU ARE TWO YEARS YOUNGER THAN ME RIGHT?! YOU ARE GOING TO BE THE NEW MAKNAE AROUND HERE RIGHT?!"
"Ahh... I guess..?" (๑•﹏•) "This unnie is scary too." Jee Eun thought secretly.
"THEN.. then.. I'm finally fre.."
"Hyun Seo ah, go get some drinks for the new maknae and her parents." Young Soo suddenly appears behind Hyun Seo, and gives her the most sincere smile ever.
"Eh??? Me?" Hyun Seo points at herself.
"Yes. You." Young Soo nods her head, still with the 'sincere' smile on her face.
"Ah..? Nae..." (´.＿.｀)
Hyun Seo walks out the room as if her soul has left her body.
"Hmph, she might be the youngest but you are still our 'maknae'." The other eight girls thought so.
After that, Young Soo invites Jee Yeon into the group and all types of questions start flying around.

Meanwhile, Ji Hoon pulls Yeon Tae out of the group.
"Yeon Tae ah, the dorm you girls live still has some space right?" As she is the eldest in the group, she basically manages the dorm affairs.
"Nae oppa, the dorm still has plenty of space. Waeyo? Is Jee Eun joining us?"
"She is still considering it, but you should tell the girls later just to know beforehand."
"I'm sure the girls are gonna welcome her happily. Let us know if she is coming, we will prepare a party for her, but keep it as a secret to her until then." （*＾＾*)
"Will do. By the way, am I invited to the party?"
"Nope, girls only! Soo Yeon can come instead of oppa." Then she laughs loudly like a ahjumma.

"Yeah, this is the classic Yeon Tae's laugh, which became a rare thing in the future. Let's make sure she can always laugh like this without any worries this time."
After laughing for a few seconds, Yeon Tae notices Ji Hoon is just staring at her blankly, as if memorizing something.
"Is something wrong oppa?" Yeon Tae asked worriedly.
"No, it's nothing." Back to his sense, Ji Hoon replied.

The next day, Jee Eun informs Ji Hoon that she will try and stay with the girls, and that she already told the girls about it. Apparently they exchanged phone number yesterday. She is going to be living in the same room with Cassie and Yeon Hyo. She will move there in the next week.
So the next few days until the London trip, Ji Hoon will have some free time. He decides to start finding the staffs needed for his future drama which most of them his mom (semi-retired actress) has connections to.
Next is the main actors and actresses needed, which he already has in mind who is suitable for the roles.
The rest (broadcasting channel, contract signings, sponsors, budgets etc) are gonna be managed by the company.

Right now, Seon Hwa is reading the script her son gave her awhile ago.

"How old were you when you wrote this script?"
"It was around 1999 so 13 years old?"
"Mmhmm, I wonder how you thought of a story like this when you were 13? Did something happen during your childhood that I didn't know about?"
"Erm, you tend to imagine a lot when you are free, so..."
"So this is what kids these day imagine during their free time at age 13. What was I doing when I was 13?" Then she just fell into her memory land.
Seeing as she is deep in her thoughts, Ji Hoon slowly gets up from his seat and leaves quietly to avoid further questions.

As Ji Hoon left, Seon Hwa immediately looks at the direction he left. She was just pretending to be lost because she didn't want to pressure Ji Hoon any further. Everyone's got their own secrets, even your children.
"Did he prepare a role for me in this drama?" She murmured and left the script on the table.
