82 Chapter 82

The biggest problem for Aaron to travel to Tulip city was the distance. It was just too far.

He had seen the maps but didn't notice the scale. The continent was huge. The central cities were really far away from where he was at.

And the worst thing was the lack of space gates. It wasn't that the mage association didn't have space gates, they did. But they didn't have a direct gate from Blossom city to any of the central cities.

Even if he used all the gates possible, he still would have to travel for more than 8 months on the road.

There was a quicker way. He could use the gates which the four mage families had in order to move between places the mage association lacked their own gates.

But unlike the mage association gates, which he could use for free. He would have to pay in order to use the other gates. And using one was expensive. It would cost him about 1000 mage stones to do it.

This was one of the good sources of income for both the mage families and the association after all.

He thought of earning 1000 mage stones in blossom city before travelling.

But it wasn't as easy. 1000 mage stones were almost impossible to be earned at a place like Blossom city for someone like Aaron who wasn't a established mage.

He had no another option than to travel as any other common mage. Use the gates when he could and move like common people other wise.

Although Aaron knew he could move with the help of his gates. But he would still need a lot of time. He lacked the knowledge of the routes. He could perhaps find maps as he travelled to the destined cities.

After noting down all the cities marking them on a map, he was ready to leave Blossom city.

Blossom did have a single gate to use which was thankfully connected to a place with more than one gate.

Aaron knew one of the most important thing on this journey would be a space ring. This was a must thing for such a long journey.

He wouldn't have survived the desolate region without a ring. He knew how important a space ring was.

As with most things, the price of a space ring was much, much higher than the material required. The current Aaron wouldn't have enough mage stones left with him if he bought a readymade ring.

So, he decided to make one of his own.

He chose a small box as his storage space and a bracelet as it's key.

He put the box at the mage association for a fee of 2 mage stones for a year.

He didn't mind what they did with it after a year. He wasn't planning to keep anything valuable in it anyways. He basically needed it to keep daily provisions and basic requirements for the journey.

He didn't need a large storage space currently. With his current ability the size of space he could compress was enough to fit his requirements.

He kept his modified hover board in the ring along with some daggers and swords he had purchased. He had imbedded 10 daggers and 2 swords with mage stones.

Although he spent most of his stones, he could always pry out the stones from his weapons. So, he wasn't worried feeding himself.

With everything ready, Aaron was finally ready to start his journey.

He said fairwell to Jeremiah. He was the one Aaron interacted the most in Blossom city after all.

Aaron was wearing his robes. He didn't want the mages on the other side of the gate to have a questionable impression of him.

It would suit him if they were amiable enough so that he does not get delayed due to the bureaucracy.

Aaron was wondering what kind of journey would this be? On his first solo journey back home, he came across his first bandit group.

His second journey was in the desolate area which brought him to this whole new world.

What would his third one be like? What adventures will it contain.

With everything in place, Aaron was ready to leave.

Aaron's first stop was a city somewhat similar to Blossom city. Only difference was that it had two gates instead of one like Blossom city.

After going through the normal procedure, Aaron chose to immediately the use gate. There was no point in wasting time at this place.
