63 Explanation (Non-Story)

So after reading the comments I've noticed that quite a lot of you are confused and upset that Orion didn't eat the Yin-Yang fruit himself allowing him to have a 2nd Devil Fruit like the Time Fruit.

So in the first chapter the mysterious deity gave him 2 gifts for 1 each for 2 seperate people not including himself. One was Roman's Pure Yang Physique Scripture and the 2nd being the Yin-Yang fruit. Orion can't use the gifts on himself and as Shaya's the 3rd of the "Demon Trio" who more appropriate to give it to?

But Don't be too disappointed, who knows what the future holds *Hint Hint* ;)

Also with regards to Luffy... I know how much everyone loves Luffy (myself included), but please remember this isn't canon so I'm not trying to have Orion lay a path for Luffy to become Pirate King in the future.
