Civilian Holder: 

Rights-

•Are able to use G.C for work purposes 

• can on certain instances use G.C publicly responsibly

Responsibility-

• all damage to property will be payed for by them

• all injuries and death cause during use of G.C will be prosecuted

• must renew license every year

Private defender:

Rights- 

• can legally themselves and others when put in harm's way

• can apply for combat oriented jobs

Responsiblity- 

• must pay P.D or private defender tax or their license will be deemed null

• must have secondary education 

• must be fit for combat

• must take the annual G.C exam

Police assistant : 

Rights-

• is able to take out a government pension of $70.000

• have a level three security clearance 

Responsibility 

• must put one oneself in harm's way to protect others 

• must enlist for one years worth of police training

• required to not have any criminal records

Independent Defender: 

Rights- 

• can borrow a government loan of one million dollars 

• legally entitled entitled to the best lawyers when prosecuted by the law

• are able to make a Organization consisting of of other citizens with a G.C 

• they are given a 20% tax cut.

Responsibility 

• must have a territory education 

• must be have recieved recommendation from someone of independent defender or higher

• must be a citizen or sponsored by a citizen of the country

• must be over twenty years old

National agent:

Rights- 

• are given level 2 security clearances 

• is given life insurance worth 100.000

• is given 100.000 in health insurance 

• is given a 2.000.000 million dollar housing loan

• they are given a 100.000 dollar car loan 

• they children and grandchildren are given free education up to university level

Responsibility- 

• they are to sign a N.D.A that they aren't allowed to disclose government information, the pushiment of which is to be kicked from the country

• the NNC has the right to forcefully gain stories and interviews with them

• they should have a year worth of military training 

• must have a three gold star pass from one of four military branch 

NAVY

AIRFORCE 

ARMY

MARINES/SPECIAL FORCE

Military Officer: 

Rights- 

• have level one security clearance 

• joining any military branch will automatically lead them to be promoted to 1st lieutenant or any similar rank 

• Entitled to a 300.000 yearly pension 

• given 30% royalty fee for governmental promotion 

• entitled to 10 hectares of land 

• for three generations they are exempted from government tax except P.D, G.C.T and N.H.T 

• Gain the sword of honour 

• recieve the title of honorary mayor 

• any and all business started will be exempt from tax for a year

Responsibility- 

• become a national treasure ( basically a government slave)
