7 Status Update
After a week of constantly forging with my clones in the morning and diving at night, I can finally ask my god to update my status and confirm my improvement
I also want to know if using my clone at the dungeon would work, because if not then it means I would have to go with them, slightly deviating my plan and endangering myself.
Especially since there's an upcoming joint expedition on the middle floor between our guild, Loki Familia and Hephaestus Familia soon, I expect to level up before then.
Checking my appearance in a mirror, I head out for my daily morning exercise.
My clones can help me in everything except for my own physical body, so I never skipped my daily routine.
Walking outside my workshop, I notice that It is still dark outside, but most of the Familia members are already awake, preparing for today's work.
I give some perfunctory nod to those who greeted me and smile at some of them, except for Marco Powell, our Familia most casual and friendly member.
Marco has green eyes and long, red hair tied into a ponytail behind her head, she also loves to wear a typical engineer outfit in some RTS games I played in the past.
"Hey David, are you going to your daily exercise again? Why are you bringing an umbrella with you?"
She asked while eyeing my umbrella.
I know she's concerned about me, especially after that incident, but I can guess that our god also asked her to check on me.
"Yes miss Marco I'm going for my daily run, I just bought my umbrella because I don't want to get wet if it rains or gets exposed to the sun"
I answered respectfully, even knowing her since I joined the Familia I never really consider myself friendly so a bare minimum contact as respect is enough.
Except of course for my few odd rich customers, I never considered anyone as my "friend".
"Eh? If you're going to run, doesn't that makes you sweat and wet? Weirdo. Anyway, teacher told me to remind you of your weekly status update!"
She flees while spouting about something.
Yep. For those kids reading my novel, it's important to socialize once in a while or else everyone would think you're weird.
David runs off while holding an open umbrella in one hand.

"Oof"
I feel a jab in my side, forcing me to crouch in a fetal position while sitting on a chair.
I visited my god for my status update and before a moment passed he is already beating me.
While barely breathing I looked at my god with a questioning look, I never saw him this angry before except when I was working nonstop when I just joined the Familia.
"What the hell are you doing with your life, you imbecile!"
He shouted in fit, if I didn't know gods don't die in natural cases, I would be worried he would kick the bucket any moment now.
"You idiot!"
He hit me again with a slap on my back, and I jumped in pain while trying to scratch it. I don't care if you punch or kick me, but please NO slapping or pinching.
I wonder how strong this old man is, I remember my 3 clones dying in every possible way, but it doesn't come close to this pain.
Thankfully, it just last a moment, so I immediately bowed and ask for forgiveness for whatever I may have done
"I don't know what the hell you've been doing down there David, but if you continue living like this then I won't even dare look at your body when you came back dead one day!"
He exclaims in fury
I don't know why, but it seems like he will be the one killing me instead.
"I'm sorry teacher, but I don't know why are you angry with me, please explain"
"Explain! Why the hell would I be the one explaining, huh?! Look at this mess and do please explain yourself!"
He carelessly threw the paper he was holding in anger while huffing
