"So this harem thing? You are serious?"

Jessie questioned with a hint of irritation as she dwelled on the idea of being one of many lovers. That being said, she held her tongue as she knew exactly what she was getting into.

Jessie stared at Ark with a gaze full of scepticism since the idea of marrying many partners was bizarre to begin with. Even though there had been many successful men and women with multiple partners before, none had the aspirations of Ark. Especially since he seemed to be wanting to create a harem army almost.

Closing her eyes to banish all of the swirling thoughts in her mind, Jessie decided to ultimately go with the flow. After all, she had nothing better to do in the way of Team Rocket, and as for romance, even she herself was starting to get concerned.

The two got up and got dressed before having a cup of tea on the chairs in the corner of the room. The atmosphere was pleasant, with the two both enjoying each others company.

"Ark, you mentioned a business before, is that really happening?"

Jessies blunt words snapped Ark out of his peaceful daze, as he turned to Jessie with a slight smile.

"Indeed, I already have someone looking through estate agencies for a factory location. When that is prepared, it will be time to start my experiments"

A sly smirk sat upon his lips as he sipped his tea, causing Jessie to glare at him for his ambiguous explanation.

"You better know what you're doing, after all, overly ambitious men are not as attractive as a successful man"

Jessie retorted with a slight dig towards Ark, to which he just smiled without replying.

Whilst on his journey before he encountered Jessie, Ark had met a certain someone after helping them when they were in a tight spot. Through this connection, he had been able to get his plans into motion.

This was very fortunate because it allowed him to skip a lot of time consuming steps with the help of experts.

Of course this connection was not all-powerful, but it enables Ark to kick-start his business set-up much earlier than anticipated.

"Oh right, I am meeting with someone regarding that tomorrow, I will be gone for some time"

Ark spoke aloud so that Jessie would hear. Her curiosity was immediately peaked, but her pride made her wear an uninterested expression.

"Yeah, yeah, go have fun. Make sure to buy me something on your way back"

Ark shook his head at Jessies queen-like behaviour, a small smile on his face as he watched Jessie stare at her nails as she filed them.
