10 Late In Pursue

More than a month have passed by already, Jin Ming's life in Sand Castle Hotel have been blissful. His cultivation knowledge has become more profound as his cultivation also rose to another cycle. This was all thanks from the lessons and practices that was taught by his parents and Shen Ning.

At the courtyard, in the garden outside of Shen Ning's room, a scarlet haired youth with a crimson eyes that has full of determination was practising a set of martial arts. Stable punches and kicks can be seen flying from time to time as if the young man was performing a ritual or a dance under the scorching sun.

Despite the low temperature in the hotel, one could see that sweats were also flying around as it evaporates around the distorted layer of space that surrounds Jin Ming's body. This was a foundational martial arts called Fire bending.

There are three levels when it comes to mastery of a martial arts — Master Level, Grandmaster Level, Transcended Level.

At the Master Level, it is where one has already memorized the martial arts and able to interchange the rythm of the sets of action. While in the Grandmaster Level, that's the time where the true effect of the martial arts can be displayed creating a mini domain-like force around one's body, just like Jin Ming's. The martial arts that he was now displaying was already on a half-step Grandmaster Level.

As for the Transcended Level, from the word itself, one have already completely mastered the martial art to the point that one can already interchange the effects and the usages of the skill.

The bellboy opened the gate that leads to the small courtyard together with his trolley full of diferrent dishes that were covered with transparent lids. Mostly, it was seafood dishes.

"Madam, breakfast is ready." The bellboy approached the sultry woman that was resting on a chair wearing a hat that covers her from shoulder to shoulder. She was overseeing the crimson youth who was practising a set of martial arts.

"Ming, it's time to eat!" This was Shen Ning, as she nodded to the bell boy, she called out dearly to the sweaty youth who was focused with his practice.

You could say that after the pheromones that Shen Ning's body keep on exuding has been masked by the bracelet that Jin Ming's mother gave to her, a new type of feeling can be felt around her. It was not lust anymore, it was something sweet and fresh like a flower.

It's true that Shen Ning has been blooming lately. After all, she is a watered flower by a gardener called Jin Ming.

Jin Ming was also about to end his practice when Shen Ning called him for breakfast. He grabbed the towel that was hung in the corner, wiping off the sweat on his face and on his buffed yet slender upper body as he smilingly approached the love of his life.

"Put some clothes on before we eat." Shen Ning tossed a large white shirt to him.

Jin Ming catched and wore the shirt right away as he got near to this beautiful woman.

"Thank you!" Jin Ming gently caressed the immaculate face and warmly kissed those delicate lips. After that, the owner of that lips smirked as her face was tinged with red.

The bellboy could only look away and cry in jealousy deep inside. After silently setting up the dishes, he also quietly left, pushing his trolley out of the courtyard.

The two love birds were sitting close to each other as they ate their breakfast.

"Oh, this pancake is delicious!" Jin Ming sliced a piece of the pancake that covered with honey. After that, he gently stabbed it with his fork together with a berry, and placed it on Shen Ning's mouth.

Shen Ning smiled dearly as she opened her mouth to eat the piece of pancake with a berry adorably. As she chewed on it and swallowed, a talisman which was placed at the side of the table suddenly vibrated.

This took the attention of the two couple. Shen Ning pressed the talisman, and a feminine voice came out.

"We have already entered in the inner area of the Baleful Valley of the Sheng Region. Can you contact the pawns of the emperor?"

"Mother!" Jin Ming was ecstatic when he heard the familiar loving voice of his mother.

A month ago, Jin Ling paid a visit to Shen Ning. She opened up the topic about the emperor's pursue of her family, and instructed Shen Ning on what to do.

Shen Ning, at first, was taken aback with Jin Ling's plan against the emperor. But, as she mulled over about it, she could only think how deep the couple had hidden their power. To think that she was playing with them hundred years ago, she can't help but have cold sweat.

After listening to Jin Ling's message. Shen Ning flipped the talisman and double pressed it as she delivered her message with full of passion. "Where are you? Jin Duan and his family have already left. They have entered the inner area of the Baleful Valley heading to the Sheng Region as far as their direction goes. My men won't be able to track them any longer. You better hurry or else I will have a talk with his Majesty about my compensation. I've already stalled them far long, yet, you half-asses have still not arrived despite using his Majesty's pet. Hmph!"

"Wow. That's some acting you got there." Jin Ming was amazed with Shen Ning's multi-award acting performance. He can't help but clapped his hands, it's like he saw the sihlouette of Scarlet Johannson, a renowned celebrity from the modern Earth, when she conveyed the right amount of anger and irritation from the lost of her prey on her piece. "My idol!"

Shen Ning could only sweetly chuckle at her lover's silly comment as she continued with their breakfast.

At the periphery between the inner area and outer area of the Baleful Valley under the Huang Region, four middle-aged men were deeply taking mouthful of air. They were riddled with injuries except for the scarred face man who was angry after hearing the voice message from the talisman that he listened to.

"What's wrong, General Ban?" A thin ragged man approached the scarred-face.

"Jin Duan and his family have already left the Sand Castle Hotel." General Ban replied, explaining the situation to the other generals. "Currently, they're in the inner area of Baleful Valley under the Sheng Region."

"If it's not for those damn monkeys!" The other generals' faces were black and solemn when they heard this. They were all in a bad mood. To think that they were about to lose their target after sufferring at the the inner area of the Baleful Valley from the hands of the mad Blood Monkey Tribe for more than two weeks.

Blood Monkeys originated from the evolved mutated monkeys. After evolving, they would have an intelligence like humans but not as intricate, as they still mostly follow their instinct. The redeeming features of a blood monkey is that their forearms and their hind legs are very robust comparing to their very lean body.

Also, this specie have a very tribal nature, that's why despite how weak they are comparing to the four generals and a scarlet boa, these generals would still not choose to confront them due to their countless number.

But what happened though, as the generals were about to evade the territory of the Blood Monkey Tribe, for some reason, they were ambushed by this tribe and pursued them nonstop to the point that the eyes of these blood monkeys were turning crimson from hatred. They could not simply understand it.

The reason behind this though was, when the Jin couple arrived at the boundary between the inner area and the core area of the Baleful Valley after they left the Sand Castle Hotel around a week or two ago, they have abducted the newly born Scarlet Monkey.

Scarlet Monkey is a mutated blood beast from the bloodline of Blood Monkeys that can evolve into a Demonic Beast later on. It has a silver fur despite being called as a Scarlet Monkey. What gave it a name as Scarlet though is because of its crimson eyes and its big crimson colored cinnabar-like fur that mostly covered its forehead.

The Jin couple have secretly learned about this newly born Scarlet Monkey with their powerful divine senses from the time when they were still traveling together with Ming, heading to the Huang Kong City. They did not bother their selves about this previously because they have no use of the creature.

But now, they plan to gift this to the new couple in order for them to learn how to properly raise a child once they have their own.

The interval between the abduction of the Scarlet Monkey and the arrival of the four generals were just three days. By the time that the Blood Monkey Tribe took notice of the disappearance of their future leader, with luck, these generals were about to approach their territory, and thus, the current chief madly led its tribe on pursuing these abducters.

"Scarlet Boa, do you still have energy to fly?" The snake that was loosely coiling around the shoulder of General Ban only made a slither noise as if it was complaining how tired he was from nonstop flying. It was now out of fuel and needs to eat lots of low tier blood beasts.

With that, General Ban can only nod in understanding.

"We'll fly on our own for the mean time while capturing some blood beasts on our way." He consoled the Scarlet Boa as a form of command to the other generals.

The other three generals could only helpessly accept this chore as they flew towards the Sheng Region.

After having their lovely breakfast, the couple were cuddling as they were peacefully enjoying the scenery of the raging ocean from the distance.

"Come on. It's time for your Alchemy practice." Shen Ning finally extricated herself as she commanded the scarlet haired young man who has still had his arm coiled on her lovely waist.

"Awe. But, I still want to enjoy this moment with you." Jin Ming adorably pouted as he whined to the beautiful maiden that he adored.

Shen Ning only chuckled sweetly at this cute young man. Her eyes gazed at the youth's body in reply. "We can have this different moment later at night if you progress on your alchemy practice, you know."

With that, Shen Ning slowly left as her hips and butt gently swayed, hypnotizing Jin Ming to follow. He was now completely motivated as they went to the Alchemy Room.

"Hey, Ning.." As the two walked side by side, Jin Ming was being contemplative. "Do you know when will Mother and Father be back?"

"I'm not really sure when, Ming, though, I believe they'll be back within a month from now." Shen Ning replied, reassuring her lover.

"Why, are you bored with me already?" She teasingly followed up.

"What?" Jin Ming was astounded and hurriedly defended himself. "Never!"

Shen Ning smiled sweetly. Of course, she's confident that this young man was foolishly love struck with her, and in some ways, she is too.

"It's good that they'll be back in a month's time." Jin Ming was now reinvigorated. "It would be mother's birthday three months from now."

"Eh?" Shen Ning was surprised. Thinking about the occassion three month's from now, it is the once a year, Devil's Day.
