4 Episode 4: Truck-kun steps out into the world of Cultivation

-Long Aotian's Inner Courtyard:-

Within his inner courtyard, Truck-kun was currently exhausted as he laid across his old oak tree- as his head rested upon the earthy brown skin of the tree while his legs rested upon the light green grass that seemed to shine every so slightly.

Overall he was feeling just fine, instead, he was feeling better than just fine as he could feel his body slowly healing up getting ready for the next day of depleting his Chi over and over again.

This was an efficient method as every time his Chi was released his muscles and tendons began absorbing the life force as they bolstered in strength whilst also increasing his bone density.

Unlike cultivators who borrowed the Dao's energy, the Dao's Ling Qi... Truck-kun instead focused solely on his body he was determined no he was destined to be the strongest in the world. He was on his quest to become the strongest creature of all time.

With training only his body, it meant he would never lose energy or lose his strength if he used it up as he could just have a nights sleep or a few hours of slumber and restore his physique.

Unlike cultivators who had to limit the amount of Ling Qi, they used as using too much meant falling several ranks in their cultivation.

But this was only to be expected it wasn't their own power but stolen power from the Dao accumulated in their body- they couldn't restore it or make their own batch of Ling Qi since it was never theirs but instead a foreign energy source.

Sure they had great power but if they fought an equal they most definitely lost a few ranks in their cultivation- meaning they had to go to meaningless gruelling training to regain the strength they previously possessed.

Useless if anything- and that's why Truck-kun focused on only his body- why accumulate a foreign energy source when in the end it was temporary and the Dao could at any point of time take back your strength.

This was how Truck-kun saw it- a borrowed power at the end of the day was just that- A borrowed power- not yours truly but another's that was leased onto you.

So for this sake, he never trained in Ling Qi and trained only his physique.

As Truck-kun was sleeping, unknown to him a silent figure with silver hair waved about in the air as he finally dropped down in his courtyard.

Not sensing Truck-kun's Ling Qi suggested he was dead and so he started to look everywhere for his body but not before going through each and every flower, plant and tree that his young master had planted.

Walking slowly he finally did a full circle across Truck-kun's garden as he made it to the oldest and tallest tree he'd planted- the tree of serenity he'd called it as it was the first he'd planted and wished it to last forever.

He hoped one day the tree could cultivate the Dao and become a humanoid spirit one day.

As he stared at the old oak tree reminiscent of the boys life he never noticed the figure behind it as he looked at fondly.

But at this point, Truck-kun had just woke up as he stood to his full height and determined his bodies height and width had grown due to strengthening his muscles, tendons, ligaments and bone density.

He had had a massive muscle hypertrophy today and his body was the evidence of it as he noticed that his tight top upon his torso had ripped off due to a slight flexing of his pectorals and abdominals.

Now semi-nude with only a baggy pair of pants on his feet and martial artist shoes upon his feet Truck-kun felt incredible power in his body once again as he formed a small grin.

But his flexing and leap up had alerted his subordinates body as he felt something behind the tree but couldn't sense the Ling Qi of it and so rushed there immediately and once he saw the figure he simply stopped and said, "Sorry..."

No longer caring whether he was witnessing merely an illusion or a vision.

But the beating heart alerted him that what he was seeing was real, it was there Truck-kun was here and with that relief swept off of him like tides.

"Jun?..."

An unfamiliar name was uttered out of his unfamiliar body, somehow as if on reflex he knew the silver-haired man's name as if imprinted upon his very mind.

His soul had finally merged together with Long Aotian's soul's residue and memories- It seems he'd now started anew...

"Yes Young Master-?"

Saying this Jun waited for his master to speak a command but the one he got was eccentric to say the least.

"Is Diesel sold near us- Do we have a few gallons of vegetable oil?"

His face was puzzled as he couldn't comprehend what his Master was saying- 'Diesel- why would he need that he wasn't going to power some kerosene lamp would he.'

"Yes we have a few gallons of that- I'll bring it immediately..."

"Wait Master- you've somehow changed - could it be that you've broken through to the next stage of cultivation?"

"Now that's a secret!"

...

And once he did so he saw his father arriving into his courtyard as if a mysterious coincidence, and an inexplicable emotion formed in his mind, that of kindness and gentleness.

He could feel his father's anger radiating down as he saw him in person.

Rushing towards him he touched him with a finger and used his Ling Qi to check up any internal injuries however he found none and with an astonished face he asked his son immediately.

"Tianer, this this, just what is this sorcery..."

"Your bodies completely healed as if you never had any injuries as if you're a newborn... And your internal organs, muscles, tendons, ligaments and bone density have increased exponentially."

Hearing this Truck-kun told them of a story he heard about that was popular on earth and said.

"Father the previous night I went out discretely to the market place and I had saved an old man's life from death at the hands of the City Enforcers, and due to this, he gave some sort pill in a jade bottle. And as I was about to open it he said, 'Stop benefactor, only eat this pill once your half step in the grave this will recover you but also remove all hidden injuries and such things granting you even incredible strength as a gift for your rebirth!'"

"And listening to him I crawled towards the jade bottle and took out the pill before chewing on it and finally consuming it before I woke up and then Jun found me. I suspect that old man was a Celestial Immortal and maybe because I helped him out he gave me a favour by reconstructing my body?"

"And I can feel some sort of energy emanating from my abdomen, dad does this mean my Ling Qi is active has my Dantian repaired itself?"

Hearing this Aotian's father injected a drop of Ling Qi into Aotian's body and once he did so he felt the rising of Ling Qi constantly circulating in his son's body.

This made him happy, beyond happy, causing him to scream in joy...

"Yuechan... Do you hear this, our son Tianer has awakened he's finally got his power back..."

"Hahahahahaha, looks like the heavens haven't abandoned my son and my clan... Oh, how unfair they were but now they've righted themselves..."

"If only, if only Yuechan could see you, if only your mother could see you today she'd be so happy for you... Son, I'm proud, you've made me happy and dissolved my anger- You'll have to train hard to one day thank the Celestial Immortal who helped you out and gave you your birthright."

Mad in laughter Aotian's father then said, "Now Let's See Which Fool DARES CALL MY SON TRASH...!!!"

"It truly seems the heavens haven't abandoned I Long Ling Tian's family... Now Watch As My Son Rises To Prominence You Foggy Old Bast*rds!!!"

"Don't worry- Aotian my son I'll secure all the resources required for you to practice Martial Arts- I'll ask Jun to teach you some of her moves in order to defend yourself when you're in trouble."

But Truck-kun on the other hand focused only on his body- however it would be a while before he could actually activate his true Immortal Body Cultivation Technique. Due to his body being too weak to handle too much power.

So for now he was replenishing his muscles and bones with Chi so that they become used to the strain until his body is finally ready to practice his Body Cultivation Technique.

The infusing of Martial Arts and Breathing Control Techniques however further supplemented the body's Ling Qi giving one incredible strength and power so much so that destroying stars and planets were mere child's play.

Currently Aotian's father Ling Tian was about 40 years old and thus was considered of a ripe age.

However his mother had died soon after his birth due to having been attacked and ambushed before she died giving birth to Aotian.

And after his mother's death- his father remained a widower never meeting or marrying another woman again and soon had surpassed worldly desires- greatly increasing his Martial Rank achieving even the famed Dragon Silver Rank.

(The ranks are like this- Bronze, Silver, Gold and Diamond.)

But in these Ranks there were three realms and they were- Qilin, Phoenix and Dragon. An example would be Long Ling Tian's Martial Rank is currently Half-Step Qilin Gold Rank- half-step means he is above the Dragon Silver Rank and is soon to arrive at the Qilin Gold Rank.)

"Yes Father- Thank you."

Replied Aotian as he cupped his hands in respect for his father's acknowledgement of his strength as well as giving him a tutor to learn and train- also because it was Jun who was his tutor.

"It's fine Son- now go get some rest- I'll wake you in the morning for your personal lessons to begin- it's time for you to inherit my unique one and only breath technique refined through a century of hard work and effort- If your potential is up to par- then it's yours Son, if it's not then you'll become a scholar and if your really lucky I'll send you over to one of the Martial Sects within Ruyi City."
