"Plan B. Now... only two minutes," Ordered Anton, giving instructions while trying not to be obvious to Yanmei and the officiant standing a meter from them.

Plan B was supposed to be set in motion if Anton should require all the lights out while resuming his promise. Thus, the reason for Chun-Ho's second-guessing.
