31 Keeps on remembering him

Late, Late, This is bad I'm going to be late at his class.

Isabelle ran with all her might towards the huge stadium of Althrea. Then she remembered Balthazar's words from before.

Finally after a few minutes of sprinting she arrived at the stadium where all other students from different classes are already practicing their magic.

Professor Steaven was also there staring at her as if he was there all the time waiting for her.

"There was a good reason for this professor, Actually-"

"Enough. If your words from before are true, Then you wouldn't start your first magic practice by being late. If this goes on then you wouldn't have the chance to prove me wrong."

Just like that Steaven left her and instructed the students to group up and practice chanting basic spells according to the textbook that they held.

Ishkaria was not far from Isabelle so she approached her dearest friend who was looking down.

"That dude is stingy isn't he Isabelle? But I heard from the mages who graduated from Althrea that his personality is opposite from this one before, I wonder what happened"

"Beats me. I bet his girlfriend left him and ran off to a different guy, That should explain his awful personality"

"By the way Isabelle, Why are you late? don't tell me you got lost again after all the tour we've made."

The three of them group like the other apprentices and started to practice the basic spells written on their textbooks. But as usual, Every time Isabelle tried to chant a spell nothing worked.

Isabelle closed her eyes and focused her senses and imagined the same place she saw. Then a she felt a strange tingle all over her body and the temperature around her started to decrease.

Isabelle opened her eyes. What she saw was she was in a different place. A frozen place where a strong blizzard never ends. Strangely enough, She didn't feel the cold. If a normal person was here, He will freeze to death in a matter of seconds.

In the corner of her eyes Isabelle saw a figure.

What... What is that thing?

Although she could only see the silhouette, The figure looks like a woman wearing a crown sitting on a throne. Isabelle tried to go closer and see the figure more clearly but the blizzard became stronger, All of the sudden she was thrown back to where she was before standing in the middle of Frey and Ishkaria.

The small area on her feet froze and the basic barrier she cast became a massive dome of ice that surrounded the whole students inside the stadium.

Steaven who was looking at her from a far was dumbstruck. Isabelle spots him at the corner of her eyes but it was not him that made her look away. It was the person beside him.

Why is Balthy here?!
