25 Isabelle's Grand Scheme

After five more rounds, Isabelle finally gave up and finished her meal. Isabelle was rubbing her belly after eating like a gluttonous pig, She still wanted to eat more but her stomach protested and quickly demanded to eject in her body so Isabelle rushed into the restroom. After finishing her business, Isabelle insisted that she would wash the dishes. Balthazar hesitated for a moment but in the end allowed her to do so.

"Nee Fenli, Isn't missy a good girl?"

"I agree with you dear sister"

Fenli and Hanli went to their small form again after finishing their meal and watched as Isabelle was doing the dishes.

Isabelle on the other hands felt a little awkward when the two fairies were praising her.

The only reason why I am helping out is that I don't want to be seen as a leech that's just freeloading all the time. Yes it was Balthazar who told me to live here as his apprentice so naturally I am not obliged to do any chores, maybe? But in front of these cuties, I Isabelle shall put on an act to impress them with my womanly charm.

Maybe I should try to cook for tomorrows breakfast?

As she was thinking about tomorrow's plans, She suddenly remembered something.

"Ah Balthy, Where does old lady Ella live? I mean, She works with you right? Isn't she supposed to live here too?"

Isabelle asked Balthazar who she did not expect to help her with the dishes.

"She lives in a dorm in Althrea. Wouldn't be too cruel to let an elderly woman walk a long distance everyday"

It's true that the portal towards Balthazar's garden was located at the very corner of Althrea just the opposite side of the garden in Althrea. Not to mention that Balthazar's garden is pretty large almost the same size as Althrea's plaza, And to let an old woman walk that distance would be too much.

"Ah, If possible can I cook for tomorrow's meal?"

"You can cook?"

"Of course I can, I've done it before and I'm pretty confident in my culinary skills"

Certainly Isabelle made something before together with Ishkaria, But that was only salad and Ishkaria did most of the job, While Isabelle's "Job" was to mix and taste the ingredients.

"Okay" Balthazar answered.

A few minutes have passed they finally finished washing the dishes.

"Professor Your Bath is ready" Said Fenli.

Isabelle's pointy ears jerked after she heard those words.

Balthazar's taking a bath!!

She did not expect that an opportunity for her grand scheme would come so soon. She must not let this golden opportunity to waste!

"Isabelle, You can use it first" Said Balthazar

"Ah yes, Thank you"

Isabelle quickly retreated from the kitchen and carefully planned her scheme. Isabelle memorized the possible routes and peek spot in the bath.

After entering the bath, Isabelle was mesmerized by size and design of the bath. And after soaking herself into the warm water her stress was completely blown away.

Ahh, This is heaven, I don't wanna leave. No wait Isabelle! Remember why you're here!

Isabelle shook her head, She looked around the room, looking for a possible peek hole.

Found one!

There was a small open window just on the side of the pool, A perfect spot to peek at someone who is bathing in the room.

Isabelle got out of the bath even though she does not want to yet, But for the sake of her scheme, She must!

She exited the bath and went to her room. Balthazar knocked into her room but she did not answer.

Without Isabelle responding to his knock, Balthazar assumed that Isabelle already went to sleep so he gently opened the door and saw the girl who was already asleep in bed.

But that was only an act. After Balthazar left, Isabelle quickly out using the window of her room. This is one of Isabelle's skills, The ability to climb skillfully like an ape.

She went on the spot where the small open window of the bath was located, She waited patiently then heard the door on the changing room opened. If you asked where is Isabelle right now, She was at the branch of a tree, She was lucky because without it, She might have a hard time peeking.

Meanwhile Balthazar at the changing room remembered that he was supposed to report back to the council, So he put back his clothes on and used a teleportation magic.

Isabelle laughed thinking that her grand scheme was perfect.
