44 Chapter 44 : Sadness.

VOOOSH!!!!!!

Appearing out of a portal, Katsuo looked around his surroundings...., nothing could be seen, everything was completely black, his senses were failing him.... it was like Katsuo was lost in the void. He tried walking and realised he was on a flat surface.

TAP TAP TAP TAP

His footsteps echoed through his surroundings. Whilst he was unsure what was going on.....something in the darkness was awakening because of Katsuo's appearance..

"Where the hell am I?", he said a-loud, utterly confused on where that Nox member had sent him..

'This is really boring', he thought, as he walked leisurely through the darkness..

GLARE!!

Before he could continue thinking, he felt a dark presence staring at him from behind...

Darting his eyes behind him....he couldn't see anything..

'What was that he thought?', he thought. He tried using,<Observation Haki>, but something was blocking him....

'Strange~', he thought before he continued walking forwards...

WHOOOSHHH!!!

Suddenly! Katsuo felt something coming....but he couldn't find out where....

Side-stepping to his left, he tried avoiding the danger....but his arm was scratched....

TRICKLE!!!

Blood dripped down from his arm to the dark floor....he couldn't see his arm, but he felt the sensation.

WHOOOOSHH!!!!

Whilst he was thinking, something else was coming...

'Interesting~', Katsuo thought, before getting ready, after feeling something else coming.

Getting into his, <Renewal Taekwondo Stance>, he closed his red eyes....focusing everything around him, before opening them, revealing them to be purple....

He lowered his sense of gravity, attempting to duck the threat coming.....

SLASH!!! TRICKLE

But once again, he was cut, this time on his leg....the blood trickled down his leg, finally noticing something, 'Why is it not healing?', he thought with a vein appearing on his head..

SLASH!!!

Whilst he wasn't focusing, something slashed his cheek...

At this point, Katsuo was angry. 'Enough is enough', he thought, before a red loop of binding appeared on his head....

<Red Monkey King's Form>....

WHOOOOSH!!!!

He just stood there as he felt something else coming....

It was approaching rapidly. When it was right next to his eye, he shot his hand up and clutched the 'arrow'...

Feeling the tip, Katsuo noticed it was extremely sharp, as when he touched it, it cut his finger.

SNAP!!

Snapping it in half, Katsuo spread his menacing aura around the void...

"Enough is Enough....", he proclaimed with full seriousness.....

Right after he stated this, in the darkness multiple voices chuckled at his proclamation....

Based on the voices, he could tell there were a-lot of them....

FLARE!!!!

Suddenly, a bright red light covered part of Katsuo's surroundings, but it was still spreading. Finally being able to see now.. Looking at his wounds, he was still un-sure on why they weren't healing...

Gazing forward after looking at his wounds, he was surprised to be in a large room....In-front of him, he could feel dangerous glares....

He could only see their silhouettes, but the power he felt from the dozens of monsters made his heart pound wildly...

POUND!! POUND! POUND! POUND!

"Oh~, A Monkey~", one of the humanoid monsters said in a threatening way. He had golden hair, sharp light blue eyes, posing in a king-like way....

His aura alone was enough for Katsuo to start sweating....

DRIP!

His sweat hit the floor, the room was quiet, so everyone heard it's sound....They thought he was scared, but when they looked at his face, they saw his smile...

"And here I thought you were scared~", the man with golden hair stated, before he could continue to say more...another man with black hair and striking black eyes sitting in a throne relaxingly stated, "Shut up Leo....", with annoyance...

Leo : "Or what Shin~", he proclaimed with a glare at the man with black hair....

In retaliation, the man with black hair named Shin, was about to pounce on Leo, but was stopped by a stunning woman....she was tall, beautiful, and slender with captivating red eyes, long light blue hair that waved in the wind wearing a black robe....her beauty even captivated Katsuo, he couldn't believe something so beautiful could exist...

She had an elegant sword on her side, that she swung at Leo and Shin, stopping their fight.....

SWISHH!!!!!! BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMM!!

The strike cut the air in between them, pushing them back to their seats from the air pressure...

Leo : "Ah, Kasumi why did you do that?", he asked, gently, with heart-signs in his eyes..

'So her name is Kasumi huh...she's strong', Katsuo thought, before he kept on watching...

GLARE!

Throwing a glare at Leo, signifying him to shut up in comical scene as Leo put his hands up to signify his relent...Kasumi looked at Shin.

Shin in comparison with Leo, was silent after he was thrown back into his seat...he wasn't scared of Kasumi, he just couldn't be bothered to argue with her strength...

"hehehehe-", the other power-houses chuckled in their seats, amused at how the two went silent....

SWISH!!!!!CRASHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Suddenly, they all went silent, when they saw Kasumi strike the air... delivering a strike that was a few centimetres away from their faces, destroying the wall behind them...

TAP! TAP! TAP! TAP! GULP!

Most of them gulped in relief and sighed, when they saw Kasumi sit back into her seat.

They turned their attention to the 'Monkey' that arrived in their realm....

Turning his attention away from Kasumi to Katsuo, Leo smirked, "So what brings you here little ape~", he stated mockingly....

POP!

A vein popped out of nowhere and appeared on Katsuo's forehead, "What's it to you-", Katsuo was going to retort.....but before he could.....

CRASHH!!!!!!

Unimaginable pressure grew on Katsuo's body.....he was smashed into the ground, caving it in the process, in the matter of a second, he could feel something on his head which was Leo....

Lifting Katsuo's head slightly so he could see his eyes, "What was that!? Repeat that for me will you?", Leo proclaimed, as he bent his body down to match Katsuo's eye level. His face held immense fury and anger....

"What's....it....to...you!", Katsuo said slowly, before using all of his might, to lift his body up....

RUMBLE!!! CRACK!!!!!

He slowly pushed his body off the ground, with Leo's leg still on his head..

Leo : "An angry monkey huh~", he chuckled revealing his sharp teeth.....

The other 'Monsters', didn't move from their seats, and some even magically formed 'pop-corn' to watch the show....

After successfully pushing Leo off of him, Katsuo charged at him...before disappearing..

VOOOSH!!

Appearing right above him, Katsuo turned and spun 180° before he bashed Leo in the face with a monstrous kick....

BANG!!!! ZOOOOM!!!

The strike flung Leo to his right....after landing, Katsuo dashed forwards, in a straight line towards Leo, at an unimaginable speed, <Northern ITF Taekwondo : Hyper-Speed>

ZOOOOM!!!!!

"hehehe~", Leo chuckled, amused at Katsuo's assault....he saw him coming towards him and waited....

His chuckled annoyed him further. When Katsuo appeared on his right, he bashed his leg up into Leo's chin, sending a tremendous force through his brain, <Renewal Taekwondo : Recoilless Baek Rok>

BOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!

The strike pushed Leo upwards towards to the ceiling, whilst he was going up, he was actually surprised at the strike.....because it 'tickled' him....

Not giving up, Katsuo broke the ground underneath him as he catapulted himself up to Leo....

CRACKKKKK!!!!!! VOOOOOOOSHHHHH!!!!!

Whizzing past Leo, Katsuo waited until he was close enough, before he swung his leg downwards into his head, smashing him back to the ground.....

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!

Getting up Leo patted the dust off of himself, seemingly completely fine....before he watched Katsuo charge down towards him...

'So weak~', he thought leisurely....

His whole face read boredom, much to Katsuo's rising annoyance and anger...

Not giving up even after seeing none of his attacks working.....

Katsuo's purple eyes shone with ferocity, before they turned black....

He had become faster because of his anger, as he could feel his speed increasing.....

WOOOOOOOOOOOOSHHHH!!!!!!

The air roared when Katsuo whizzed past, appearing before Leo...

Looking him deep in the eye, he raised his left arm, coating it with Haki and Ki before bashing it into his stomach, after he went into his, <Full Contact Karate Stance>

BOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!

The punch rocketed Leo backwards.....but Katsuo dashed forward, appearing on his right, before he smashed the ground with his left leg, <2nd Stance : Phoenix Kick>

SWISH!!! SWISH!!! SWISH!!!

The kick threw Leo off balance, sending a powerful shockwave through the ground manipulating the air pressure to attack Leo.

CRASH!!!

Landing on the ground, he didn't even have time to blink, before Katsuo appeared in-front of him creating clones as-well, <Red Monkey King's Clone Technique>

BOOSHH!!! BOOOSHH!!!

20 Jin Katsuo's, all in god form, created hundreds of after-images as they delivered sonic kicks, punches and destructive strikes to Leo, <3rd Stance White Tiger's Dance>

CRACK!!! BANG!!!! BOOOOOM!!! BOOOOOOM!!!! BOOOOOOOM!!!! BANG!!!!!

'Ho~, It stings~', Leo thought before revealing a smirk...

BOOSHH!!!

Suddenly, in every clones hand was , <The Red Monkey King's Yeoui>, the staff radiated a dangerous aura, much to the interest of the other 'monsters' sitting on the thrones...

All of the clones spun around, swinging their, <Red Monkey King's Yeoui>, around before they struck diagonally across Leo's chest, with sharpness, seemingly splitting the ground in a huge semi circle, creating a massive fissure in the process....

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!!!!

Taking inspiration from Seo Hanryang, a member of 'The Six' who's an advanced weapons expert, Katsuo trained to use his, <Yeoui>, in a skill-full way....which led to a success...

The shockwave surprised the others, but when the smoke cleared and Leo was present with a slight scratch, they were even more surprised....

Looking at the slight scratch on his chest, Leo wasn't happy, "To think a Monkey actually hurt me.....!", he proclaimed with increasing anger....his golden hair waved in the air whilst his blue eyes turned sharp....

The slight scratch on his chest didn't give Katsuo any satisfaction, 'WHY! WHY!', he thought.....his anger was rising to new heights....

But suddenly.....

SWISH!!! SWISHH!!!!ZOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!

Leo cut all Katsuo's clones and destroyed them with only a few strokes of a bright golden sword...

Appearing right in his face, was an angered Leo, who held a golden bright sword covered in a strange energy.....he flashed his sharp teeth.....before he thrusted the sword into Katsuo's left eye....piercing it.....

"ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!", Katsuo screamed with anger and pain.....

Immediately after, Leo bashed his leg into his stomach, catapulting him back...

TRICKLE!!

Katsuo bit his lips till they bled profusely....'It hurts...', he thought, trying not to show weakness, as his only eye, the right, burned with fury....

Looking at Leo who was approaching at shocking speed....Katsuo didn't waste time fussing over his eye and immediately went into his stance.....

He had to throw everything into this attack.....

Spinning around whilst grinding his feet on the ground which combusted, a ring of fire appeared around Katsuo...he manipulated the fire to his feet.....before he twisted his body more, manipulating the air pressure around him....forming an image of two dragons : One blazing with fire, and One covered in darkness, matching his eye colour at the moment.....

He focused his energy into a single point, not wasting any movement....before he bashed his leg towards Leo...

"ROOAR!!", "ROARR!!!", The two dragons screamed with their mouths opened, seemingly wanting to devour Leo whole....

Watching the two dragons approaching, Leo covered his whole body in a weird energy to protect himself, as he felt actual danger from the kick, before he swung his sword wasting no movement, colliding with the kick.....

The Other 'Monsters' on the thrones stared at the fight with intrigue, they watched the 'Monkey' push himself to the limit.....some of them even felt pity.....but most chuckled....

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!!

Out of the rubble stood Leo who seemed alright whilst Katsuo was on the floor...

Bleeding profusely from his chest, his left eye, and more...

HUFF! HUFF! HUFF!

His deep breathing didn't go un-noticed, as Leo proclaimed...

"You're so weak....an insect would be more fun!~", before he chuckled....

The others looked at Katsuo with mockery, even Kasumi. For some reason, when he saw her look that way at him, he felt something disappear in-side of him.....

His eyes dimmed and became more black....

"Ah~, Is the Monkey sad?", Leo said a-loud, not going to disregard what he saw.

The NOX member who teleported Katsuo away was in-front of the Bishops, the highest rank besides the King in NOX, informing them of what happened and how Drake nearly died..

?? : "Where did you send him?", one of the Bishops asked

"Some random place....but I can bring him back Sir!", the man said immediately..

?? : "Go on then~", the Bishop said again...

"I think the Monkey likes you Kasumi! hehehhehe~", Leo shouted....

Hearing this, Kasumi gave a look of scorn at Katsuo.....seemingly breaking something inside of Katsuo again, his face paled, he didn't like this feeling...

The others couldn't hold their laughter in....

"HAHAHAHAHHAHA", They all shouted....

"I-I'll Kill y-", Katsuo said lowly...

"Hmmm~, Repeat what you said~", Leo stated with laughter, not believing that Katsuo said that.

"I'LL KILL YOU ALL!!", He screamed at the top of his voice.....stopping everyone's laughter...

"PUH-! PUHAHAHAHHAA!", They all laughed, even tearing up a bit..

They all didn't realise what they awakened because of their mockery.....Katsuo felt his head and heart pounding as he clenched his teeth.....

The pain from losing his eye was still present, and he still didn't know why his wounds didn't heal.....

"I PROMISE YOU ALL!! I'LL NEVER FORGET THIS DAY!!!", He screamed...

He looked at Kasumi one last time, before magically disappearing.....
