Yes, he was almighty.
He had already transcended all there is and will be in the Primal Chaos Universe.
The very aspects of the universe were within his control.
He was supreme and he could change anything and everything.
All of totality was within his grasp.
"Hehe, in my past life this was something that I dreamt of doing." Noah smiled to himself as he admired the universe in his hand.
"Then now, how do I proceed next?" He unconsciously bit his lower lip while thinking.
Actually, he could pretty much do anything without a hassle but here, he was wasting time.
"All right, I will do whatever I want." He eventually concluded.
There wasn't any thinking needed in this situation, he could just directly do whatever he wanted.
"Let me make it more simple then," He murmured and then a huge golden book engraved with mysterious runes and Sanskrit appeared next to the Primal Chaos Dimension.
It shone with golden brilliance like the luminosity of the sun.
Its sheer enormity coincided with that of the universe.
This was just something that Noah had made to make his work more efficient.
It was like some form of Akashic book of records that could control the aspect of fate of every living being and all of existence.
Noah wanted to rewrite everything through it, be it the laws of reality, the timeline, and also the general plot of the "Against The Gods Verse".
Doing this reminded him of some fictional characters, one had the same name as him, while the other one, well, she was an extremely overpowered entity.
They were Noah Osmont and Featherine Augustus.
Hell, he didn't know why they appeared in his thoughts.
He remembered that the character named Noah Osmont liked to peer into his own destiny and that of others, mostly his enemies, through the concept of <Premium Reader> to avoid misfortunes.
It was just a show of low-level control over the concept of destiny.
Noah didn't know if the Osmont guy had already elevated his nomological Edith centered around fortune and destiny to another stupendous level.
Sometimes he wondered what would happen if Noah Osmont met someone who was fateless like a certain Luo or an entity whose very destiny is insurmountable and limitless?!
This type of situation would have meant his untimely death but since he was the focal point of the whole story, the writer's plot would be put into motion to save his sorry ass.
'In my previous life, the story was still under progression with a wide range of power structures that continued to evolve endlessly as the main character ascends to higher levels of strength. I wonder how far that character has reached. Should I pay him a visit in the future?' Noah smirked as his intelligent eyes flashed with a playful glint.
Whatever he had planned for the nearby future, no one knew except for himself!
It wasn't known whether he would go to the 'Infinite Mana in the Apocalypse' Multiverse or it was just a mere passing thought.
A whole multiverse, filled with infinite realities, had become like a speck of dust in front of his eyes.
'Hmm, oh Noah Osmont, I wonder how you will react when we meet in the future?!' Noah smirked inwardly as he continued to write in the [Book of Destiny].
Like a typical author, he wrote another plot for the beginning of the Primal Chaos Universe to suit his tastes.
Not to be mistaken, he wasn't an author though, he was just manipulating the strings of fate to veer off into a whole new different direction.
In short, [plot manipulation].
"The Primordial energy- a primal source of the universe, reality, and all its concepts- gave birth to the Primal Chaos Dimension. The first being to be spawned from the most primitive and purest Primordial energy was the Ancestral Goddess, making her the progenitor of all living beings to come into existence. The Ancestral Goddess didn't sacrifice herself to fill the Primal Chaos with life energy. The Abyss of Nothingness was a realm of non-existence, a negative dead zone that was made by the Supreme being existing outside the Primal Chaos, in the eternal nothingness. It was a separate dimension that did not come into conflict with Primal Chaos that was brimming with densest primordial energy"
"The Ancestral Goddess as the first being born from the Primordial chaos was naturally the strongest and after existing for trillions of years, she witnessed the birth of the Ancient Devils and God Race, who became the second life forms to come into existence."
"The Ancient Devils represented the Yin Aspect of the Universe while the God race represented the Yang Aspect of the Universe. They opposed each other yet at the same time maintaining a state of balance."
"Despite being the Strongest, the Ancestral Goddess didn't have control over the Primal Chaos. The Universe's will was impartial to all living beings."
"She introduced the cultivation system to the other living beings and taught them how they could absorb the energy of heaven and earth to surpass their mortal limits."
"With time, other races like the Elves, demons, Wood Spirit race(Fairies) and many others came into existence."
Noah continued to rewrite the very fabrics of reality of the Primal Chaos and changed the fundamental aspects of cultivation by introducing other Laws and nomological truths to be comprehended.
All the primal laws of the universe became comprehensible and were no longer vague.
One's talent and luck will decide the type of laws they will come into contact with.
The five elemental laws were made to be wind, water, fire, wood, and earth.
Higher laws will be Light, Darkness, Lightning, Karma, Extreme Yin, and Extreme Yang
The Primal Laws would come to be Fate, Life, and Death.
The Supreme laws became Space, Time, Creation, and Destruction.
The Origin Law was naturally the law of Nothingness.
Noah had generally upgraded the Primal Chaos to a completely different level.
He made it to be the only Prime Universe with no other parallel and alternate universes.
So he had basically erased some fan fiction based on the "ATG verse" from the face of existence.
Time paradoxes were pretty much non-existent in his presence.
If he was rewriting reality on a universal scale, then what about his lovers and love interests?
Wouldn't they be implicated as well?
Simple. Noah protected them from this whole reality-altering b*llshit.
And with that, he stopped his time wastage, or was it better to say leisure time?
The [Book of Destiny] had pretty much recorded all the things he had done from rewriting the timeline, to changing the past, present, and future.
Just like the Akashic records.
Before he travels to the Marvel universe, he intended to spend some time, wooing his love interests -Xia Qingyue, Jasmine, Mu Xuanyin, Chi Wuyao, Ancestral Goddess, and Qianye Ying'er (slave)
As for Shen Xi, he planned on telling her the truth about his father, he had no reason to lie to her.
The new universe was different from the original- It was brimming with abundant Primordial energy.
"What am I doing anyway? Let's meet up with the girls first. I bet they are curious about what had happened," Noah smiled as his enormous figure returned to his original size and the [Book of Destiny] became a small notebook which he easily put in his pocket.
He then teleported back to the Divine Ice Phoenix Sect, where a bevy of beautiful goddesses was waiting for him.
Each one of them with different questions for him.
It would surely be a long day!

Author: What the hell was I writing?! I don't know... I was just writing anything that came to mind in this chapter... Sigh, l am already itching to start traveling to different realities and damn, I have so many ideas.
