Chapter 50: More Games
~Third POV~
Returning everything to normal the crowd was incredibly confused viewing the scene before them as they blink at the scene. They saw Jason standing there remaining standing while his opponent Sadaso was lying on the ground defeated.
The announcer began to stare in complete confusion as she began to voice out what happened to the best that she can remember, "Holy moly! We have Jason standing while Sadaso lying on the floor defeated! And… what the literal hell happened here!"
The referee was also stood there in shock as he saw Sadaso was injured but has no recollection of what happened as he stared at Jason with clear shock. Jason was yawning his hand as he looked completely tired.
Leaving with no choice the referee could only speak the victor of the fight leaving everyone baffled at the result, "With the way Sadaso is knocked out Jason wins by default!"
Hearing that Jason began to leave the area as Sadaso was taken out from a stretcher while Jason was leaving the area with a bored expression. In the stands with the crowd Sadaso allies Riehlvelt and Gido as they were confused trying to remember something but couldn't.

Walking back to his apartment room he finally reached inside as he sighs out a breath while he expresses a tired expression, "Ahh… that match was tiring and draining. Using that much Nen on my ability <No Game No Life> is very taxing despite my usage but then using Ryu, and Gyo to top it all off made it very difficult to maintain!"
Stretching his body around and relaxing his muscles from being hit as Jason continued to talk to himself as his minor healing factor kicked in, "Still though despite using OFA in the MHA world it did give me a minor healing factor passively. But I still use my body energy to make it work as an increase of metabolism but…"
Feeling that his body was now in good health again he goes over to the minifridge as he opens it up to get a snack, which he bought using his Hunter License as he began to munch down on the snacks.
As he was eating the snacks Jason began to sit down on his bed as he tested out his other newest ability he got from the match as he viewed his <Aura Arm>, "Hmm… so this is what's it's like to have a Transmuter power at 100% from Sadaso. I mean from my memories I got from him was certainly something…"

~Flashback POV Jason~
[Winner! You have won the bet against Sadaso! As such you get what you want from the loser!]
[Since the bet wasn't completed what would you like to take/ask from Sadaso as an addition?]

Ok now that I have the chance to get what I wanted I pressed on the screen in front of me as I wanted to get his Transmuter Category 100%, and his Nen ability <Aura Arm> for the first ones I get.
Even I don't know what happens if that is the case let's see what I can get from this encounter using my <No Game No Life> ability.
[Notice: Wanting the Transmuter Category 100% will be partial to obtain for your Transmuter Category 80%. As such only 20% from Sadaso will be taken from his 100% adding it to your own Transmuter Category 80% to 100%.]

Then I saw the world around that I conjured began to move towards Sadaso Aura itself as it began to take something while the man was down. While it was collecting what was lost from him, I felt that I gained something in return.
I don't know how to feel but I felt like when Sadaso used his ability during my time viewing them it just seems to make something click all of sudden. Like I understood his ability to a very good degree from taking his experience…
*Swoosh*
Quickly swinging my left arm brought a gust of wind as I used my aura as it began to transmute it into something more armor-like as it surrounds my left arm. Viewing the white color of the aura, I see that my arm was now coated in aura using <Aura Arm>.
Seeing it firsthand was something since my transmutation from before was weak compared to now. It feels like I was naturally born to wield my ability of transmutation at 100% proficiently now since I took the remaining 20% from Sadaso.
So, it's like this big of a difference for me to use other Nen categories…
The difference is certainly there considering the natural categories for a conjurer which is mine that of 100% in Conjuration, but the rest however are worse to wear for me to use.
Transmuters 80%, Enhancement 60%, Emission 40%, Manipulation 60%, and Specialization at 0%. Those are really bad ways for me to have at any of them being weak to each other, but that was why I had <No Game No Life> ability created with all those rules just for this reason.
Every game, bet, or fight I face in the future at this point forward I need to make sure to use my ability in equal settings, or else I wouldn't get the most I can get from this fight. Or else the rules I made would be pointless if I don't get the same risk as my opponent in my Nen ability as risk plays a role in Nen's abilities.
Together with emotion, the risk is one of the factors which has a remarkable effect on Nen. Self-imposed stipulations that are harmful or potentially so to the creator, such as willingly limiting the use of their senses, can increase the power of their Nen, and their Nen abilities in particular.
This is because Nen is an expression of willpower, and willingly taking extra risks confirms the Nen user's resolve thus bringing bigger and better results as long as you risk getting what you want from it.
It is interesting to note that while it is enough to feel certain emotions for them to affect one's aura, the determination becomes a factor only when manifested through the addition of conditions.
An example of this is while Kurapika always had the resolve to fight the Phantom Troupe even at the cost of his life, it was only when he decreed that he would die if he used Chain Jail on someone other than a Spider that he was able to create the ability.
The reverse is also true, with restrictions granting greater power to a Nen user even on occasions where they run no risks, such as when Gon charged his Rock to acquire 'King White Stag Beetle' and during the dodgeball match against Razor.
Putting that aside everything is starting to return to normal as my conjuration of <No Game No Life> is beginning to end. That's good using that much aura is going to be a big drain for me to use and it's only good in these kinds of situations.
I should probably make some conjured weapons just in case…

~Third POV~
As Jason was thinking back on the time using <No Game No Life> ability there were its flaws it to consider mainly the activation ability for it to be activated.
Jason could always activate this ability on hand so long as the players agree to a bet or play a game with each other. The game could be defined vaguely in any situation that was the reason why Jason added the choice for him to activate.
Jason thinks about his rules and conditions of his Nen ability in a serious tone as he thought, 'But this only works on people who are more unaware of the ability of mine. However, it does give me the most useful to take what I want so long as the other person agrees.'
Sighing out loud Jason began to lay down on his bed as he lay down his bed as he calmly relaxes on his bed as he talked to Alter Ego neutral tone, "Alter Ego do you mind letting go of my quirks for now. I sense two people are coming over right now. I need to do some targets for more practice if you don't mind?"
*Beep*
Hearing the beeping sound from his bracelet Alter Ego responded on the slide screen as she smiled while nodding her head, "Already on its sir… and done your quirks are now accessible with the quirk nullifier done for. Hope you get what you need sir as I'll make sure to turn it on again later tomorrow morning."
*KNOCK**KNOCK*
Knocking on the outside of his door Jason yawns at this feeling exhausted from the fight as it drained him of his aura as he opens the door to see Riehlvelt and Gido narrowing their eyebrows at Jason for what they had done to Sadaso.
Riehlvelt was glaring at Jason as they released their Ten with the intent to harm his psyche with malicious intent as he spoke with venom, "What have you done in that match newbie… the way you hurt Sadaso means you know how to fight. What was the Nen ability you did to damage Sadaso to that amount!"
Listening to this chance while Jason has his quirks again, he saw their expression as he frowns while tricking them in the process. To him, Jason saw a golden chance to get his other categories filled at that moment if he plays it correctly.
Smirking at this Jason then began to explain the two his ability of <No Game No Life> as the expressions of the two was completely surprised but left out what he did to Sadaso seriously only just damaging him.
While listening to him that was when Jason asked the two as he fakes his frowning expression towards the two, "There you now know my ability but since you know it how about I make it up to you by using my ability. How about we make a bet then? If you guys win you can force me to become your puppet because of my ability the game in choosing could be up to you guys even I won't complain."
Gido and Riehlvelt were surprised by the offer after learning his ability of course they could just force him to work for him, but there was the chance that Jason could flee to change his Nen ability.
But their greed is what blinds them to think clearly as they can get the free wins to get a step further towards their dreams of becoming floor masters. With those kinds of reputations, they could open schools and get their names in the world for the chance to win.
While thinking about what they can do they could force Jason to become their puppet under their control to get them wins after wins only to lose to them. Both of them are willing to do what it takes to ensure they get what they want.
Grinning at this the two agreed as Gido was to ask Jason with a grin on his face behind his outfit as he spoke, "Hmm… very tempting offer Jason. I and Riehlvelt will agree but the game in question will be simple here and now. The game will be winning. The game is simple we'll be spinning the tops till the last one standing while you can't use your Nen on the spinning top, but I can use mine as well as play for Riehlvelt! Do you agree or else we spill your ability to everyone? "
That was when Jason saw him trying to goat to an impossible win while he expressed a faking expression but ultimately agreed to it with a nod but in reality, he was laughing loudly inside his head of how easy it will be for him.
Jason has enough Aura to do one more <No Game No Life> inside the small room as once they both agreed not hearing Jason's terms if he won to which they thought it wasn't needed considering how overconfident they were of their win.
Gido gave Jason one of his spinning tops as Jason was silently talking under his breath that they didn't hear his voice that was a match to breathing while using <New Order> on him, "Gido will surrender to me to win at games."
While they were overconfident, they first saw the effects of <No Game No Life> as they saw the area around them change as Gido and Jason first began the game…
*Pop*
As he released his spinning top Gido already began to surrender surprising Riehlvelt as Gido's eyes began to shade out as he spoke in a dead tone till he realized his mistake too late, "I surrender to you, Jason… What! No wait that wasn't –"
Like that the world froze as the two were shocked seeing what happened as the color and gamefic world turned dark as time seem to freeze.
*BAM*

Before the two could respond Jason knocked them out as he saw the rewards, he gets from the two from that one game.

Smiling at the sight in front of him Jason grinned but was extremely tired but is getting to get his categories filled soon. But he will use his bet to make sure that the two forget everything involving Jason as well as his ability to ensure keeping it a secret.
