Chapter 2: RWBY

~Zack POV~

I had some thought on which one I had to go with of my options and the only one that seems very plausible is… RWBY.

Reasons, why I don't have the info or tech to match up with Kill La Kill because of a certain class president, would suspect me a nobody that no one in that world has ever heard before, and the other reason for Re: Zero… too fucking scary.

I ain't afraid to admit it but then came the real issue of what year.

However, as the series continues, Team RWBY must confront their own demons: Ruby is faced with moral dilemmas that challenge her heroic intent, Weiss must reconcile her legacy as heiress of the Schnee Dust Company with her own personal convictions while facing her father, Blake remains haunted by her past as a member of the White Fang and is forced to face some of her old friends, and Yang searches tirelessly for her mother, who left when she was a child while trying to overcome her trauma from the Fall of Beacon.

While the series continues, both the main show and its spin-offs start portraying darker themes about the world of Remnant.

Many of these include corruption of military, corporate, and political power, abuse of workers and family, racism, criminal organizations starting gang wars, and terrorism.

I could always go for a plot for my uses but… well that's a literal shit stormbound to happen no matter what I do or could prevent it. I could try to recruit people but then again lack of resources becomes an issue.

At most I would be able to get the element of surprise on my side before anything honestly which is something to be grateful for. The question is when I enter the game and what would I get the most benefit.

Going by plot standards won't get me anything good other than possibly giving info to the pedo wizard Ozpin. Assuming he doesn't find me out so steering clear of that one as revealing info would be my trump card.

My get out of jail card if things get to shit play the idiot reveal all card.

At least till I would have the time needed to jump into another world leaving RWBY as a wanted criminal if that is the case. Being a person with a criminal connection would help me very much since I have read a novel in their series.

No, it's not the fall of beacon.

No, I'm talking about RWBY: Roman Holidays.

The origin story of how Neo and Roman both came to be in their world of RWBY. They are basically the Joker and Harley Quin of that world.

And knowing my meta-knowledge of the story I have time to deal with the crime groups as they are and a few month's time to help me get used to the aura. I mean it grants a boost of strength and a healing factor that acts as a forcefield.

Even though I may or may not figure out my powers it's better to have something to defend myself with power than not. Who knows if I can figure out how to activate it or not by voice or sight even activation?

Still better than the other two options but living there is going to be an issue frankly though I could probably do a crime and wait my time in prison to have some comfort if all else fails. Now then I search around my home to find a weapon but only got a survival camp dagger and a few unperishable foods.

Along with some other stuff with my backpack.

The key to this is using my knowledge and when to use it but first things first it's time to get this done with. Since it told me to be specific on what I want then I know just the thing I need for this.

But first, though I want to test something if it's possible if it works even better for me if not then I'm fucked. No risk no gain as they say now…

[Travel: [RWBY]

Destination: In the Vale Kingdom inside Roman Torchwick penthouse with him completely drunk and agreeable to anything.

Time: During chapter 7 Trivia burns down her house.]

Like that, I was gone…

~Third POV~

Roman is greatly pleased with himself for choosing Vale as he looks for a penthouse to rent.

Taking one with a clear view of Beacon, he plays the role of a tourist to learn information about the city, with the plan to hold the First Bank of Vale hostage. On the day of his first planned heist Roman pickpockets random passersby on his way to the bank, replacing victim's wallets with signed calling cards.

Later, at the First Bank of Vale, Roman finds himself struggling to intimidate the bank teller, Fred, who is at best confused by the crook's antics.

A baffled Torchwick finally gets his due attention when he pulls his gun and fires into the air, capturing the attention of police and two Huntsmen, Kandi Floss and Roch Szalt. Through subterfuge and outmaneuvering, Roman humiliates the two Huntsmen, who ultimately cause more property damage than he does.

The robbery runs smoothly, and Roman returns home.

There, he watches the Vale News Network as Lisa Lavender reports on his crime and interviews Zhu, one of Roman's pickpocket victims.

With his name known to the public and the two Huntsmen under fire for their recklessness, Roman is pleased and oddly grateful for Lisa's report, making a mental note to send her flowers.

However, he nearly chokes on his drink when Professor Ozpin appears on-screen, talking of how he wishes the Huntsmen would learn from their mistake, and addressing the criminal himself: warning Torchwick that the Huntsmen would be watching him.

When the report cuts to news on the Vanille Estate, Torchwick flips off the TV.

In the midst of basking in his victory, Roman finds himself missing the friends he'd made in Spider but sets those feelings aside to look forward to repeating everything he did at the bank the very next day.

Celebrating to this he took one too many drinks of alcohol as his vision and his reasoning is dumbed down as he glances around to see a teenager as he spoke drunk, "Hiccup! Man, I must-t be seeing-g things-s that you Chameleon-e? Hiccup?"

Glancing at the teen he began to speak as if he was a part of the imagination of his loneliness of missing his Spider Friends, "No. I'm just part of your imagination Roman? How about you give your old pal Chameleon an upgrade with some aura ain't ya buddy?"

Roman being too drunk to care with his reasoning flawed to see something up happily agreed as he began to place his hand over the teen's chest as he spoke quite drunk, "Sureeeee buddy… Hiccup! For it is in passing that we achieve immortality. Through this, we become a paragon of virtue and glory to rise above all, infinite in distance and unbound by death. I release your soul and by my shoulder protect thee."

Like that a strange golden light enveloped Zack as Roman suddenly felt that he was drained of his aura suddenly getting his wits again even if drunk, "Wait a second I –"

*Swoosh*

*SPLAT*

Before replying he was suddenly hit by a dagger into the eye socket entering into his head as shock soon filled Zack's face as he breaths heavily quickly pushing his back to the wall seeing Roman die like that as he replied to himself, "Huff… huff… no need to worry… but taking a life wasn't as scary or easy… but very hard to handle… huff…"

Feeling his heartbeat raise up inside him Zack began to observe a Roman collection of trinkets and a bunch of stolen Lien lying there for the taking as Zack then comes across a certain item on the desk as he observes it, "Well… this is certainly something. Remembering about the Roman weapon the Melodic Cudgel. Have to admit at least Roman modified it the best he could. Sad to say it's in better hands of use now."

Melodic Cudgel was Roman Torchwick's signature weapon.

Melodic Cudgel initially appears to be a normal cane; however, when used for combat, the base of the cane raises a reticle for aiming, while also uncovering the muzzle. It fires an unstable flare or discharge of what is possibly Dust, which creates a distinct whistling sound when airborne and explodes on impact.

Melodic Cudgel is shown to be capable of firing at least two types of projectiles: one with a red flare, and one with a white flare.

Its explosive capabilities are enough to detonate Dust crystals, as seen when Roman fires a shot at a red crystal during the episode "Ruby Rose". The weapon is also capable of blowing large holes in the pavement, as shown in "Black and White".

Melodic Cudgel is also capable of firing multiple shots in quick succession, as seen in "Black and White", displaying a high capacity for ammunition.

The cane also seems capable of fending off both bladed weapons and the projectiles fired from ranged weapons, such as Sun Wukong's personal weapons, Ruyi Bang and Jingu Bang. Its handle can also be used to grapple opponents, disarm them, or lower their defenses, as seen when Blake Belladonna tries to launch an offensive on Roman.

The handle is also attached to a tether and can be fired over long distances to reel in a fleeing target. The body of Melodic Cudgel is also very flexible, as seen in "No Brakes", when Roman bends it to a significant degree, but it returns to normal.

Roman was proficient with Melodic Cudgel in close quarters combat. The handle of Melodic Cudgel is also capable of hooking its own flares, which Roman then throws at enemies.

As shown in RWBY: Roman Holiday, a major design flaw in the weapon is its lack of a safety lock. When she was 13-years old, Melanie Malachite nearly blew her head off when playing with the cane.

Taking the cane into the literal palms of his hands and taking Roman Scroll searching his body Zack calmly thinks to himself as he devises a plan, "Ok… so far killing Roman was easy. The hard part is actually finding a way to live in this world. Now then… meta knowledge doesn't fail me now."

Like that he took a nap inside the penthouse but not before disposing of the body.
