79 Mountain Destruction Technique!!

"Crap, she escaped!" Lan Xiang clicked his tongue.

"She can't be that far ahead of us. She must be somewhere inside the building!"

Xie Jian jumped into the hole, and Lan Xiang followed after her without hesitation.

Their feet landed on the damp floor of the hallway. It was... darker than before.

As soon as he landed, Lan Xiang activated his All-seeing Eye and changed it to only detect qi. He saw a trace coming from the other side of the hallway. "She's over there. Follow me."

The pair traversed the dark hallways of the school once more.

The ceiling cried as beads of water trickled onto the floor. Lan Xiang avoided stepping on the small puddles of water, not making a single sound.

"The Spirit... should be right around this corner!"

Lan Xiang turned the corner, only to see nothing but a staircase downwards. "Tsk, let's hurry."

On the lower floor, the floor was not that wet anymore. However, the eerieness of the atmosphere elevated up to 11. The absence of any noise told Xie Jian red flags.

"She... The spider spirit must've consumed all of the other ghosts!" Xie Jian trembled as she thought of it. What kind of power did she gain after consuming all of those negative emotions?

Lan Xiang hurriedly scanned the entire floor for the spider spirit but found nothing. When he looked down through the lower floors, he saw a silhouette that felt vaguely similar. "That, it must be her!"

Xie Jian nodded and followed him as he ran down the stairway as quickly as possible. The two found themselves smack dab in the heart of the school -- Class D, the classroom that Lan Xiang attended. In other words, it was the place where the Yang necklace exploded.

"Ah, you two are finally here..." The Spider Queen grinned as she slowly turned around.

Lan Xiang widened his eyes. The spider spirit looked much different than before.

Her overall size had diminished. She looked more like a ghost, with a paler skin tone than earlier. Streaks of black spiraled around both her arms. Her spider half had more fur surrounding it, and her legs became smaller.

Most importantly... her boobs had gotten even bigger!

"Oppai loli spider!" Lan Xiang couldn't help but scan her whole body once more.

Seeing Lan Xiang enraptured by the Spider Queen's body made Xie Jian grit her teeth. "Seductress!"

The Spider Queen furrowed her brows and pointed at Xie Jian. "I am the Spider Queen, not the Spider Seductress!! Stop calling me a seductress, human!"

She suddenly lunged towards Xie Jian, catching her off-guard!

Xie Jian reacted in the nick of time, barely conjuring a shield of ice in front of herself to block the Spider Queen's attack. Right after, the Spider Queen launched a chain of attacks, locking Xie Jian into a defensive state.

'This seductress... she's more agile than before! Is it because of her smaller stature?' Xie Jian quickly observed the new and improved Spider Queen. 'In any case, she's not someone I can handle any longer!'

The Spider Queen struck Xie Jian blow after blow, leaving the latter no space to breath, especially when she had just used up a ludicrous amount of her qi a few minutes ago. Soon enough, Xie Jian panted heavily.

Lan Xiang saw the desperate state that Xie Jian was in and hurriedly charged up his Touch of Life.

"...!" He started sweating bullets. "I don't have enough qi for the Touch of Life!"

Because of his lack of training with this particular technique, his qi consumption throughout the entire day had been extremely inefficient. As such, he had run out of qi faster than he anticipated.

'How about teleportation?' Lan Xiang tried to rip open a rift near Xie Jian, which he did so successfully, albeit in a small way. 'It's not large enough to fit both of us out at once. Jian'er should jump in first, then I'll follow. Ah, but what about what Xifa said? My portals are still unstable... whatever, we have no other options right now!'

"Jian'er! Jump into the portal, quickly! I'll go after you!"

Xie Jian turned her gaze and saw a black portal on the floor, barely big enough for her to jump inside. With no time to think, she froze the Spider Queen for half a second.

"Ah!" The Spider Queen felt like her body couldn't move. When she came to, her target had already disappeared from her sight and ran away.

Right before she could capture Xie Jian, the latter fell through a black hole on the floor. She observed the hole for a split second.

'Shit, I can't risk the Spirit getting outside through my portal. But... I can't make another one, I'm out of qi!' Lan Xiang carefully breathed before making his decision.

The Spider Queen decided to follow after Xie Jian and jumped, just as Lan Xiang closed the hole. She ended up smashing herself onto the floor.

Lan Xiang widened his eyes as he felt the Spider Queen shift her focus away from the disappearing hole and onto him. "Never mind her, I'll farm you instead! Hee hee!"

The Spider Queen planned to capture a human and regularly scare them, giving herself a negative emotion farm. Once the human ran out of fear, she would get rid of them by sucking out all of their qi for herself.

Biting his lip, Lan Xiang quickly ran out of the room.

"You can't escape! Haha!" The Spider Queen's voice became playful, as opposed to the aggressive tone she used with Xie Jian. It was evident that she didn't take Lan Xiang seriously anymore.

'She's treating me like a toy now that I ran out of qi... I need to at least hide for some time so I can regain qi. For now, I can only reservedly use Dragon Fist and Wizard Powers.'

As Lan Xiang arrived at the stairway, he stopped running and turned around, facing towards the Spider Queen who was quickly approaching him. He charged up his fist... and!

Bam!

The Spider Queen, who thought that Lan Xiang ran out of qi and was now a helpless human, was sent flying back through the long hallway, with a burning sensation on her stomach. 'Fwaah! That hurts... Grr, that damned human, how dare he deceive me? He's on his last legs!'

She sprinted through the hallway again.

Seeing that the Spider Queen was a significant distance away from him, Lan Xiang jumped down the stairs and ran through the lower floor. He went inside a room and walked around, leaving traces of his qi behind. After that, he ran out and turned the lock on the knob before closing it from the outside.

He twisted the knob to test the lock of the door. It was tightly shut, locked from the inside. Nodding to himself, he headed towards the restroom and hid inside one of the stalls.

Sitting down on the closed toilet seat, he started recuperating his qi.

Meanwhile, the Spider Queen made it down the stairs. She closed her eyes as she searched for traces of qi across the floor.

"Aha! There you are! Think you can hide from me?" The Spider Queen crawled with her six legs towards a door. She grabbed the knob and turned it. "Ah, it's locked."

She stared at the knob.

"Pfft, ahahaha!" A loud guffaw came out of the Spider Queen's mouth. "What a stupid human! Do you think a mere lock of a door can prevent me from getting inside?? How idiotic! How moronic! Ahahahaha!"

The Spider Queen wiped the tears off her eyes as she stopped laughing.

Bam!

The door burst into pieces as the Spider Queen flexed her leg effortlessly. "Now, where are you hiding...?"

After a single glance inside the room, she went outside. "That damned human! How dare he deceive me again?"

She scanned the room for qi once more, and this time, she found traces of qi inside the restroom.

"This time for sure, I know you're here!" The Spider Queen approached the restroom slowly but surely.

She reached for the handle.

Bam! The door was busted open as Lan Xiang popped out of the restroom. The shards of wood were enough to distract the Spider Queen long enough for him to run out of her reach.

"Ah! Come back here!" After brushing off all the wood on her face, the Spider Queen chased after Lan Xiang.

The Spider Queen furrowed her brows. She pointed her lower end towards Lan Xiang and shot a web net.

While Lan Xiang was running, he was thinking of his next plan on the lower floor, when he suddenly tripped, his feet stuck on the floor. '...Sh*t! A web net? I didn't think of this!'

The Spider Queen used the time while he was down to close the distance between them immediately. She spewed a bunch more webs, completely trapping his legs under a thick network of webs.

"Haha, there's no way you can get away from me now!"

She hovered close to Lan Xiang's face, making him feel uncomfortable.

"I don't how you regain qi so quickly, but you just used it up to burst open that door, right? What was your plan, exactly? Hmm?" A playful smile emerged from the Spider Queen. "Well, no matter. We'll have PLENTY of time to talk later, hee hee."

Lan Xiang closed his eyes, resigning himself to this fate. 'Well, at least I got caught by an oppai loli spider with mountains on her chest... Wait...'

He recalled one technique of his that he didn't even bother using. Its qi usage was so low, it was even lower than Dragon Fist and Wizard Powers.

"It would be utterly pointless," he thought.

But when he opened his eyes and looked at her chest once more, he changed his mind. "There is a point... two points at that, resting at the top of two, mountainous peaks."

And so, he charged up this technique, the one which he never thought he'd use.

"Hmm? You're actually trying to do something?" The Spider Queen opened herself up to his attacks. 'No matter what he does, it can't be powerful. The amount of qi left inside him is minuscule.'

With a smirk, Lan Xiang threw his fist as he shouted, "Mountain Destruction Technique!"

His fist hit the Spider Queen's chest!!
