18 No One Dare Hurt Her

At the Torres mansion.

Mina was listening to music with her headphone when Chad suddenly flung the door opened and stormed into the living room. "Where is Mina?" that was the first question he asked. His voice was cold. This was the first time Chad will get angry like this. The maids could not even look into his eyes. "Where is Mina?" he asked again.

The maids did not dare to keep their mouth shut this time as they pointed at Mina and said, "She is there sir chad" Mina, who was still listening to music did not know that Chad was already around. Chad turned to her and looked at her with cold eyes and walked to her. He grabbed her phone from her hand and threw it against the wall, blinded by rage and the phone fell on the ground and it broke. She lifted her head and saw Chad staring at her with angry eyes. She stood up and asked, "Chad, what is wrong with you?"

He snapped and grabbed Mina by her arm forcefully and stared at her with cold eyes. She did not understand why he was acting like this.

"Chad, what is wrong with you? Let go of my arm, it hurts" she cried in pain.

"Why did you hurt her?"

Confused, she asked, "Her? Who is her? I did not hurt anybody"

"Why did you hurt my Rachel?" there was no more tenderness in his eyes as they became cold.

She now understood the reason why Chad was mad at her, it was because of Rachel.

"I went to the farm today to see Rachel. I just wanted to see who she is. She is just a poor girl, a farm worker. I don't know what you saw in that girl. She is low class, she stinks and she is also so disgusting"

Chad eyes became darker and his voice became colder. "How dare you?"

"Chad, I am the only person that loves you, not Rachel, not anybody" she said even though she was feeling pains.

He tightened his grip around her arms. "What do you know about love? Huh? Do you think I will fall in love with someone like you? Let me tell you this, Rachel is better than you in everything"

Seeing terror in his eyes, Mina was scared. She had never seen this side of Chad. "Chad, please just allow me in your heart"

"Have you absolutely lost your mind?" he demanded angrily.

"Chad, you are hurting me. Let go of my arm" she cried out loud.

"Chad, what are you doing? Let go of her" That came from Mrs Torres who was on top of the stairs. Chad forcefully turned her around and she fell. Mrs Torres ran down the stairs and helped Mina to the chair. She looked at Mina's arm which were already red. She turned and looked at Chad with anger in her eyes and asked, "Why did you hurt Mina?"

"No one dare hurt her and will go in peace" he said angrily.

"Who?"

"Aunt, it's Rachel. Chad is hurting me because of Rachel" Mina immediately said before Chad could talk.

"Rachel? How is Rachel the reason why Chad is hurting you?" she was confused.

"Chad found out that I went to the farm today to see Rachel" she said and began to cry.

Mrs Torres pitied Mina. She never expected that her son would be this aggressive because of Rachel.

"I knew that girl will be a bad influence on my son. She is a witch" Mrs Torres spatted angrily.

She had hated Rachel for coming into her son's life. Now she hated her the more for making her son aggressive.

"It hurt, right?" she murmured and pitied Mina. "Get me ice" she ordered and the ice was brought to her by the maids. She collected it from the maid and placed it gently on Mina's arm.

"Ouch"

"I can never believe that my son will be like this. He now hurt women"

"No, you are wrong mom. I hurt only those that hurt the person I love" he said as he gave Mina a death glare. She turned her head away as she was scared to look into Chad's eyes.

Mrs Torres stood up and walked to Chad. "If you think you will end up with Rachel then you are dead wrong because as long as I am alive, I will never allow you to marry that good for nothing bitch"

"Mom, watch what you say. She is my girlfriend so you have to respect her" he shouted.

Mina's heart sank when she heard him say 'my girlfriend.' She clenched her fist slowly to stop her from trembling. Ever since she came back to the Philippines, Chad had never had her time. All he cared about was Rachel.

"Respect her? Do you expect me to take that girl as my daughter in law" she sneered.

"Mom, if you love me then you will have to love the girl I love"

"No way, I won't allow that girl in my house" she screamed.

"That's your problem not mine" he said and turned to leave then he remembered something and stopped in his tracks. He turned to Mina and said, "This should be the last time you will hurt Rachel" his voice was colder. After saying that, he turned and left.

Mrs Torres was very angry that her son had fallen in love with a wrong person. She believed that Mina was the only right person for him. Mina began to cry out loud and Mrs Torres ran to her almost immediately.

"Don't cry Mina"

"Aunt, did you hear what Chad said? That he will always love Rachel and that means he doesn't care about me"

"That's not true" Mrs Torres tried to console Mina.

"It is always Rachel. Rachel there, Rachel here"

"You will soon get Chad"

"But when?" Mina was already tired of hearing Mrs Torres promises. She wanted Chad for herself.

"Soon, my child" she said and Mina placed her head on Mrs Torres shoulder.

Next morning at napsan, palawan.

Rachel and Johanna were ready for school. They pack their bags and they headed outside then they heard the honking of a car.

"Isn't that Chad?" Johanna turned to Rachel and asked.

"I don't think so" she moved closer to the car then immediately stopped dead in her tracks. Johanna walked up to her.

"Ma'am Torres? What is she doing here?" Johanna was surprised.

"I don't know" Rachel was surprised that Mrs Torres would come to their house. "Mrs Torres, how may I help you?" smiling, she asked politely.

Mrs Torres stepped forward and slapped Rachel on the face and her face immediately turned red. Johanna was flabbergasted.

"Mrs Torres" Rachel said and she touched her cheeks and she could feel her cheek was hot.

"You...how dare you" she pointed her index finger at Rachel.

"Ma'am, I have not done anything to disrespect you"

"Really?" she turned and called Mina out of the car. Mina got down and walked to them. Mrs Torres held Mina's arm and showed the bruises to Rachel. "This, this is what you have done"

Rachel was confused. She did not hurt Mina so how did Mina get this brusies and why was Mrs Torres blaming her for Mina's brusies.

"I did not do this to Mina"

"Chad did this to Mina and it's all because of you" she yelled.

Rachel's eyes widened in surprise. Did Chad really did this? If he really did that then why did he do that? And why was Mrs Torres blaming it on her?
