2 Selecting a Starter Trap

Eutang didn't even know what the game is about, but he found that his three roommates were wholeheartedly immerse into their mobile phones, so he proceeded to the next step.

"Hello I'm Alice, nice to meet you, what's your name?" A young lady wearing a reddish mage outfit with long blonde hair and elvish ears popped up onto the screen and said.

Eutang Lee saw that he can type in an answer, and decided on making his name, Shadow Gloves.

This was because of his partial due to his new-founded boxing background, and mostly due to his bad naming senses.

"You had chosen, 'Shadow Gloves' as your name... Are you sure? Yes/No"

"Ok, hello Shadow Gloves, what is your gender and date of birth?" Alice said.

"Eutang, make up a fake age, but it has to be at least 18 years old, if enter your real age, the game will kick you out as you are only 17 years old" Freddy Smith said.

"Ah, ok" Eutang said wryly.

'Does this count as breaking the law? Well everyone fakes their age in these types of things, so there shouldn't be any harm in me doing so, right?' He thought carefully.

Eutang proceeded ahead and chose 'Male' with a dob '23rd/January/2003' after he saw the other three fake their ages too, and once Alice said 'are you sure?' He typed in yes, before the screen changed.

"Please select one of these six traps" Alice Said.

Eutang was dumbfounded as he saw the six beings before him on his screen.

"Thi...This, so it was this kind of trap?"

"Haha, look at his face, he just realized it now" Freddy Smith said with a bright mischievous smile.

Eutang saw a total of six characters that he could choose from, each one with different attributes specialty.

The first one was a beautiful fair skinned man with long lushious blonde hair, he wore a rich golden princessly attire and held a long sparkling silver sword.

Eutang hovered over him and saw his profile.

Sir Arthur, a young prince of Camleot, but had secretly long since he wanted to be a princess, but due to this thought, he was abandoned cold-heatedly by his people even after pulling out the fated sword 'Excalibur' from a stone slab.

Sir Arthur then vowed to travel the world and decided to spread love and kindness, everywhere he went.

Sir Arthur is a balanced type trap, will you choose this trap? Yes/No?

Eutang had a funny expression on his face, like he couldn't comprehend what he had just saw.

"Hehe, are you intrigued? Don't back out now, we are all brothers in arm and we must press forward together, haha! No one is allowed to back out now!" Freddy Smith said joyously with his hands rising into the air into a tight fist.

"Although this games content it slightly unique, you should by no means, underestimate this game. It is the next big thing! I guarantee that everyone will be on their phones, downloading this app right this minute!" Freddy raved on and on, he also talked about the history of the company that made this came, Cicada Valley, and so on.

But Eutang was uninterested, and maintained a forced smile while listening to his red-headed roommate who was still trying to convince him with many reasons as to why he should play.

Finally, one of the reasons did actually convince Eutang to actually consider playing, which was, 'you can make real money by selling in-game coins and materials to people'

Eutangs life in Australia was by no mean, easy, he had to adjust his body to the outrageously hot temperature.

But, still, he had attracted the jealousy of others due to being funded by the government, which gave him a free room over his head, meals, clothing's, schooling necessities, and a weekly allowance of $100 AUD.

A few people of Australia were outrage due to this program costing a few couple hundreds of thousands of dollars, but soon shut their mouths after a year has past due to positive benefits rolling in.

China and Australia's ties never been so closer then before, with smooth transaction and positive negotiations.

China was very happy with the results of the five students first year abroad, and so was Australia.

Australia were happy to host these five extremely gifted students, that will clearly be the ones to pave ways in the future, perhaps Australia could poach one of these students, but that would probably threaten the peaceful and harmonious atmosphere between the two countries.

If it will raise the future pillars of the country, the youths of the nation to become more smarter, driven and motivated, then why not just burn half a million dollars at a program that'll do just that.

This was a person with long silver hair, unending deep blue eyes that sparkled like a paradises beach sea, a navy blue cotton robe, a scruffy gray beard, and wielded a wooden staff with an onyx purple gem embedded at the tip.

He hovered over this characters profile.

Merlin, a great beautiful sorceress, unfortunately, due to being sexually harrassed multiple times while randomly wandering the streets of Camelot, she donned a fake beard and pronounced herself a male.

She vowed to assist woman in need of help everywhere she goes, though she once helped a woman named Arthur on her journey, she now is ready go on her own.

Merlin is a Power type trap, will you choose this trap? Yes/No?

Just as Eutang was about to look through the other four champions, he heard a loud fantasical musical instrumental from across the room.

"Wahhhhh awesome! I finish choosing a trap! You three hurry up so we can all play together!" Freddy yelled excitedly, fidgeting up and down and around the room, ready to run outdoor, to start the game.
