2 Chapter 2 - First fight

A plush doll regrettably ends up being abandoned by its owner, and a spirit of hatred ends up finding it and possessing it, thus generating a spiteful pokemon that seeks revenge against its former owner.

This is the story of the pokemon that saved me, or at least it is his creppypasta I saw on youtube clickbait videos.

Banette, a pokemon that looks like a macabre doll with a dark color that resembles the night, red feline eyes with black pupils and a golden zipper in place of the mouth in addition to having a yellow brush-like tail and long, flat arms with three fingers . I'm sure this monster is not from Kanto, finding one in this region is really difficult, it must be like finding a pikachu in Unova.

But this is hardly the strangest thing here.

'Ba-Nette Ba-Nette' The ghost guy was hugging me while rubbing his cheeks against my stomach, smiling sadistically. It seems he likes me a lot and I have no idea why? Maybe he is attracted to my negative feelings or something cliché like that.

"So Banette ... Would you like to be my starting pokemon?"

The ghost types are some of the ones I like the most, falling behind only the dragon types for being OPs and the fairy types for being cute.

What? Why would cute be a criterion too? What's so funny about having strong Pokémon if you can't have one that is cute too? it is extremely necessary to have something with which you can distribute headpats and hugs in a team. That's why I had Astolfo at my Fate GO party.

'Ba-Nette' He nods smiling, it looks like I finally got lucky in this situation, it would be kind of impossible to get worse after all.

'Butteeerr'

Huh? A Butterfree is throwing its head back like it's getting ready for something, oh no my big mouth, I just activated Murphy's law, didn't I ?!

'Freee' A Multicolored Beam comes out of your head next to your high-pitched voice and going in a zigzag pattern targeting my fragile body, in the meantime I could only think about why this is happening?

---------- ---------

(Butterfree's POV) A few minutes ago ...

"I HATE HUMANS"

This was probably the hundredth time I said that, but I can't stop, these bastards never get tired.

At first when I was a caterpie I thought they were cool, I even had a trainer that helped me evolve into a Metapod, only that was when the masks started to fall.

Like a Metapod could only use Harden until it evolved, my trainer simply threw me into a random bush and broke my pokeball, saying I was useless for losing a battle in a gym. I felt terrible, all my confidence was broken into pieces. I had to get by in the forest running from Spearows for a few days until I finally evolved.

Staying in this forest, I started looking for fruits to eat, they started to become extremely scarce because certain humans simply picked them up in the mountains without caring about anything, when I followed one of them I found that they didn't even eat them but exchanged them with others humans through strange leaves.

Because of this scarcity, many other pokemons had to leave their home in search of food, but I kept on waiting for the flock of migrating butterfrees that pass through this place once a year.

My wait was worth it and I got a partner and a child in less than six months, my husband unfortunately ended up being caught by a human who liked to wear black, but I couldn't let myself be shaken and I should remain firm for my son, caterpie hoping it evolves so that we can migrate together to islands away from humans.

However the worst ended up happening, days ago my son ended up being captured by one of those humans, according to the description of my Bedrills friends he had a Pikachu and therefore they could not try to fight without endangering his family. I couldn't blame them, they had to defend their children just like me.

The humans managed to take everything from me, my trust, my love and my son. I HATED THEM.

And look at my surprise, when I'm doing my glide routine and find out that my Bedrills friends had their son threatened by a human.

Before they knew it I was on my way to the reported location, I got to see the human stranger and his pokemon servant, they seemed happy to hurt the feelings of others, let's see if they like THIS.

"Butteeerr (PSYQUIC)" it seems like he finally noticed me, it's a shame it is TOO LATE.

"Freee (RAY)" The human's eyes widen, realizing the consequences of his actions have finally arrived ...

---------- ---------

(Rick POV)

My vision is obscured by what I believe to be Banette throwing herself in front of the psychic ray, her body collides with the beam throwing it at me that was leaning against a tree, her body is now full of light burns seen by the small darkened parts in certain parts of your body.

I was furious, how this giant radioactive butterfly dares to hurt my pokemon, and for nothing yet.

"Ba hahahahahahahahaha" The Cursed Pokemon gets up laughing, it is sinister the way he does it by opening the zipper.

"So partner, I think it's time for our first battle together"

"Nette Ba-Nette" He nods out of my body and stands a little in front of me, it looks like he's in a battle pose, now just needs a song to follow.

*Playing 'Burning Battlefield Pokemon Song'*

A battle song starts playing out of nowhere, I try to focus on the source of the sound but I can't find it, None of the other Pokémon seem to be listening to this either.

Better try to figure that out later now it's time for the fight. Wait how I forgot that.

"Banette, what are your moves?"

"Ba-Nette Ba Ba-Nette" Now I feel like an idiot for waiting for him to answer me in an understandable way.

"Butteeerr-Freeee" Another multicolored beam coming.

"Banette dodges to the right and then starts running in a zigzag pattern getting closer to Butterfree"

My pokemon jumps to the right narrowly dodging the attack and starts running from side to side advancing on the opponent making it difficult for Butterfree to precisely target his attack and leaving her a little confused.

"Very well, now attack like you did with the Bedrills"

He stops and begins to condense dark energy through his body, energy rises over his head and becomes a sinister eye that later opens and faces the Butterfree, From the spasm it looks like it was effective.

So effective that it distracted you.

"Use Tackle"

"Baa-Nette" The attack hits straight and Butterfree is pushed a little further into the air, it seems that this fight will not be that difficult. The drug activated Murphy's law again.

"Buuuu-Tterfreeee" A whitish powder comes out of its wings going straight to my pokemon, damn it's sleep powder, one of the most appealing moves in the anime because it's almost impossible to deflect.

"Get out, don't breathe it"

"Ba-Nette?" Yes, he was hit in the face by white powder.

...

Wait, he's fine, wasn't he supposed to be yawning or sleeping now?

"Are not you tired?"

"Nette" He shakes his head and jumps showing that he still wants to fight.

"Okay then ... End this with that eye attack"

"Baaaa" It starts to add dark energy to your body.

"Butteeer" Damn it's going to attack too, not even in turn like in games.

"Nette" Banette was faster, and the hideous eye appears over his head and faces the enemy pokemon, along with that the Butterfree starts to swing in the air.

"Free" He falls with his spiraling eyes showing he's knocked out.

The music also stopped playing at some point, it seems that we won, a feeling of achievement and happiness contracts in my mind.

Pokémon battles are much more difficult than I thought, making strategies in real time and still controlling your pokemon at the same time is stressful, it's like playing a ranked game of a game only more stressful considering that you don't control the pokemon as you do your character in the game.

"Congratulations Banette, we won this one thanks to you"

"Baaa-Nette" From his smile, I imagine we're both happy to win this fight. Or maybe he's that kind of character who smiles all the time, like a certain skeleton joke.

"I think it's time for me to capture you, remember?"

"Ba-Nette Ba-Nette" He nods several times and then bangs his head on the button in the middle of the pokeball that I had forgotten was in my hand.

After that it becomes some kind of red energy and enters the pokeball, then it closes and starts to swing.

*1*

*2*

*3*

*Click* A high-pitched sound will stop shaking notifying you of the success of the capture.

I face the pokeball realizing all the implications that this action had, I became a pokemon trainer, or better saying a pokemon enslaver taking them away from their families and using them in battles after battles, being used as tools until they were abandoned as old toys .

Okay for me, in the end I can blame the God who threw me here or the crazy logic of this world that treats the use of rational beings to fight as normal. I imagine many even want this in this world, after all even though the pokemons are rational they do not have civilizations and follow the law of the strongest.

At least I will only accept to take a pokemon that really wants to be trained, it will be the minimum of ethics that I can follow until I leave this 'experiment'.

I start walking along a random path hoping to be on my way to the city of Pallet, look back making sure the Butterfree is still knocked out and will not attack by surprise.

The sun starts to rise, looks like it will be a long way

---------- ---------

(6 hours later)

My legs, my heart is racing next to my body totally dark and hot. I don't think I've ever walked this long until today, but everything is worth it, you can see the principles here, that is, I finally arrived in the city of Pallet.

Finally, taking the first steps in the city, I watch people walking towards the mountains, it seems that here is more busy than I thought, I even see some pokemons together as people.

I see several different stores, from restaurants to a Pokemon Center. It seems that you tested and saw if you can offer free food and housing, as in the anime, in addition to healing my pokemon that fought and is a little hurt.

Arriving in front of the local meeting, some people inside and outside the Center and then I freeze.

Why? Ah well, let's say I read the sign 'CENTRO POKEMON DE VIRIDIANA'.

I'm in the wrong city ... This floor is so beautiful now, imagine what happens if I hit my face in it ... Why not try this new experience?

I fall flat on my face and everything goes dark.

"ARE YOU ALRIGHT ?! HEY ?! someone calls me a doctor!"
