73 Chapter 70

Ekko sat right at the end of the runway on the first row so he would be up close to the models and have one of the best views.

{The show will begin in one minute...}The announcer said through the speakers.

Ekko's heart pumped in excitement, as he couldn't wait to see Rangiku come out...

And once sixty seconds had passed, the lights slowly dimmed and Funky electro music started to play in the background.

The whispers all around the hall started to dimmer.

The show had finally Begun...

The lights on the stage were set and everyone in the audience was excited to see the dresses that would be shown.

Finally, the first model walked out from backstage and strutted forward in an uncomfortable-looking posture.

His back was straight, his core tight and his shoulders were back and down.

The audience lightly clapped for the first model before, stopping. The models that were walking right now were the males so the females would be after them unless they decide to go in female after male order.

The show continued for another twenty minutes before it was finally the women's time to walk.

Ekko and Cana looked on in boredom, not really finding any of it interesting while Eris and Masane were taking detailed notes of the dresses.

Eris was taking notes for her research on human culture and Masane was taking notes because she had gained some inspiration for what type of clothes she wanted to implement in her new story.

As Ekko was laying back on his chair, he suddenly paused and perked up. That was because he had heard a familiar set of steps coming forward to the stage.

And just as the last female model turned around, Rangiku finally appeared in one of Ruben's main dresses of the night.

A lot of men couldn't help but gulp while other women and celebs couldn't help but have stars in their eyes.

They had no idea whether it was the model complementing the dress or if the dress was just making the model look even more beautiful than she already was.

Rangiku walked along the walkway with confidence and pride.

Eris was so excited she just wanted to jump up and cheer Rangiku on, but she couldn't as Sasha had taught her that she couldn't do that in this sort of event, only at the end when the show was finished.

Rangiku made it to the front and struck a pose while looking into the audience, though she was specifically looking at Ekko.

The two made eye contact and Ekko knew exactly what she wanted to say without saying anything." I did it."

'You did, congratulations.' Ekko smiled and Rangiku did her best not to break her persona and jump down the stage to hug Ekko.

She turned around and as she did, she never noticed a small pebble in the middle of the runway where she was walking.

It had fallen off the other models' dress before Rangiku. Though Ekko noticed it and with a flick of his fingers the pebble disappeared.

Ekko looked calm but on the inside he was pissed. That was because the one that had dropped it was one of the models that had bullied kirio just a week ago.

Though Ekko didn't do anything as he didn't want there to be any accidents, whenever Rangiku walked on stage he would always make sure that nothing in the area was wrong.

He even received a system task about a crazed fan that was obsessed with one of the models but because they were getting married the fan had decided since he couldn't have her no one could and was going to stab her while she was walking on stage.

Not wanting to get up from his seat Ekko just teleported the guy to a random country while Erasing his memories of the model with his time powers.

After almost an hour and 30 minutes, the show was coming to a close and once the final model disappeared from the stage, a standing ovation was given as everyone clapped and cheered.

Ruben the designer finally appeared and bowed before giving a small speech about his creations and inspiration.

And to also thank everyone who had helped him.

"...But it wasn't just me who had made this dream a reality, so I would like to thank all the models tonight, they've all done such an amazing job haven't they."

Ruben clapped followed by the audience as the models slowly made their way onto the large stage, they bowed to the audience before thanking Ruben.

And just like that, the first night of Japan's biggest fashion show of the year had came to a close.

"Rangiku you were amazing, you were so cool up there-nya," Eris said as she gave Rangiku a big hug. Rangiku smiled and hugged Eris back thanking her, Cana also gave her congratulations and gifted her an expensive bottle of cherry blossom sake.

Masane and Ekko got her flowers which she appreciated. Rangiku then gave Ekko a look and In front of everyone jumped on him and gave him a really passionate kiss.

Cana smirked while Eris looked thoughtful, meanwhile Masane blushed. After around 30 seconds Rangiku was the first to separate.

Their kiss created a bridge of saliva that broke off once she was far enough.

Ekko then put her down and the girls decided that they wanted to celebrate so they would be hitting the bars of Tokyo.

Ekko decided to let the girls have their fun, not too worried about their safety as Cana was there but also because Rangiku wasn't so weak anymore, her body has been growing in strength since a few weeks ago and it hasn't stopped yet.

And if anything does happen he would be alerted by the space seal he had placed on Rangiku.

Sasha had also been invited but she was reluctant to go, it was only after Ruben had told her to have some fun that she relented.

Of Course, Ekko was going to keep his promise to Ruben so the two decided to hit some well-reviewed restaurants in the area.

What Ekko didn't know however was that one of the biggest bar brawls in history would be started by those girls tonight.

{1 hour later: In a Random restaurant}

"Cheers, to an amazing show and a great future."Ekko and Ruben clicked their glasses together and then downed their drinks.

The two friends started to get caught up with whatever they had been doing over the last couple of weeks.

They even face timed shelly so she could join in on the convo, she was supposed to come to Ruben's show tonight but she fell i'll so she couldn't make it.

As they talked the night away Ruben couldn't help but ask Ekko.

" So how are you feeling about starting school? Have you toured around yet, or met any of the teachers." Ruben asked as he bite into his linguine.

" To be honest I had completely forgotten that I was going to school in a week's time, though I don't feel anything, school is school.

As for the teachers, I haven't met any of themyet, though ill be heading to the school a day earlier to get my uniform."

" Mhh!! is that so, though if I were you, I'd enjoy my youth as much as possible, you only ever get one chance at high school after all."

Ekko wanted to refute that statement, because he literally got a second chance, but decided to keep his mouth shut.

" Oh right, you still have that date with Rangiku don't you, I've already prepared some clothes for you, Sasha will deliver them to you tomorrow."

" Thanks Ruben you're a lifesaver, oh and about those two girls."

" Don't worry they'll be dealt with accordingly." Ruben replied and Ekko nodded before the two once again clicked their drinks together.

{Meanwhile on the girl's side.}

"HAHAHAHA, I TAKE IT BACK...BEST.NIGHT. EVER." Akali shouted as she jumped up and kicked two gangsters in the face with a split kick.

Kai'sa, Ahri, and Sasha were hiding under a table while watching all the pandemonium taking place.

Cana was happily waving a giant table around hitting anyone unfortunate to be in its path.

Rangiku was having a casual conversation with Evelyn by the bar. They completely ignored the body that flew right in between them and continued to talk about Ruben's show.

Meanwhile, a very drunk Eris was swinging from the raptures and cheering the girls on." Nyahahaha!!!!"

Masane on the other hand was taking the whole scene in and writing furiously on her notepad.

And lastly, there was another lady with bright blood-red hair and a pirate eyepatch over her right eye.

She wore a Japanese samurai getup and right now she had a bottle of whisky in her left hand while a very real and very sharp katana was in her right hand.

She and Cana were having a friendly competition on who could take out more people.

Well, it seems the girls were having fun and that's all that mattered.

But one can't help to wonder...how the hell did this fight even start.
