61 Chapter 61: 2nd Year Class Beta

While walking down along the aisle, both Shun and Sephiria were once again taken note of something

Shun however was the most occupied one as not only was he talking with Sephiria, he sometimes could be seen occupied reading books which entitled "to do and not to do in a fantasy world"

"Hey! Have you memorized your quotes?" Teased Sephiria

"Quotes? What quotes?" Asked Shun

"Your intro!"

"Ah! Intro right yes yes!" Said Shun as he nodded

"....."

"So can you clarify something?" Asked Shun

"Sure why?"

As they conversed they suddenly turned left and turned to another corner as Sephiria was the one leading Shun to his classroom

Due to the rumors of Sephiria floating around the academy and due to the fact that they remember her as a defect, everyone was in turn surprised when they saw her conversing with someone happily

Plus they were also surprised that someone actually befriended her

"So my class is Class 2B(2nd yr Beta)? Together with another commoner? And your class count only touched ten so if you included the two new students then class 2B will consist of 12 students!" Stated Shun

"Well basically yeah! Class 2B even though it's Beta class which is inferior to alpha class or class 2A, it is still one of the most grand section along with Class 2C" said Sephiria

"I see and even though of your previous condition on magic, your father has a huge reputation as a Duke so I think that made considerations for you... . . What's more they had putted you at class 2B too" said Shun

"Well yeah!"

"But isn't the prince that you so admire and the girl that he chooses is in class 2A?" Asked Shun

After hearing that Sephiria somehow showed a reaction from hearing that as she slightly averted her eyes

When he saw Sephiria like that, somehow Shun managed to get an idea of her feelings

"I see... . . I'm sorry" apologized Shun

"No! There's nothing you should be sorry!" Said Sephiria

"Really? Well that's good to know!" Said Shun as he suddenly got over it and clapped his hands

Seeing her adrupt mood change, even Sephiria was somehow shocked

"What the!?!?"

Seeing her pouting her cheeks, Shun couldn't help but let out a laugh a little

"Hahahaha! Sorry about that princess, well anyway this is the name of the students which balanced well on both sides 6 boys, 6 girls"

With that the class is at is

Girls:

- Layla

- Celes

"So based on this list the bottom ones are the new students and the new student is me and this commoner girl named Aria" said Shun

"You talk as if your not a commoner" stated Sephiria

"Im an exception!"

It didn't take long as both Sephiria and Shun were occupied, they didn't even notice that during they're talk they somehow managed to arrive at their destination

From there the professor or proctor was talking to another commoner girl who's appearance was the same as other student but her hair which is colored pink and is braided down to her back, followed that she also covered up her forehead with bangs that  somehow suites her

Upon seeing another student of the class entering the room, when somehow instinctively bowed to greet her

Of course Shun was surprised which also made Sephiria surprised from the development as she entered the room together with the female Professor

With that Shun was left together with the commoner girl

Of course unable to hold the silence Shun immediately said

"So your the other commoner... . . Aria right?"

"Huh? Ah! Yes! I'm Aria and based on why your here then I suppose your the other new commoner student that joined the mid year school year?" Asked Aria

"Well I have my circumstances, well by the way I'm Shun"

"Nice to meet you Shun" greeted Aria

"Same!"

"But I'm quite surprised, your actually already acquaintaned with a noble" exclaimed Aria as her eyes suddenly sparkled in curiousness

When Shun saw those eyes full of curiousness, he somehow felt deja Vu all of the sudden

"Well as I said I have my circumstances!"

Not long afterwards the female Professor after she talked with everyone in class, she I turn called out towards both Shun and Aria to come in

Slowly but naturally both of them entered the room

When they entered Shun was so surprised to see a room so wide and huge with lights illuminating everywhere

Flowed that the seats was somehow like a theater style seats or the American auditorium style seats

Of course Shun somehow saw the current situation inside the classroom as he saw Sephiria all alone on the corner at the top of the row

When she saw Shun she couldn't help but be happy that that she atleast know someone in her class

"Kuh! I think im feeling guilty for teasing her sometimes... . . "

But when he thought of the days when she made fun of him and of course always reasoning with cutesy act, he suddenly lost all pity for Sephiria

"On the other hand... . . I don't feel guilty at all" he said flatly

Other than that he also noticed that the student has formed groups of their own simply the 4 girls are all grouped together, while 2 boys are acquaintaned with each other while the other 3 boys seemed like friends

With that the professor urge them to introduce themselves which of course made Aria to start introducing herself with Shun's instigation of saying ladies first when convenient

"My name is Aria! Nice to meet you! And please take care of me!!!"

Next up was Shun as he stepped forward and acted cold to make a cool first day impression

"My name Shun... . ."

As he only introduced his first name, the other students simply looked at him but with less reaction

Upon seeing the unattended result he somehow felt pained from it

"Kuh! Expectation vs reality! Reality hurts!"

Of course out of all of them, Sephiria was somehow able to seduce what Shun was trying to do, but when she saw it failed she couldn't help but try to hold her laugh

Seeing that a bulging vein suddenly popped up on Shun's forehead which showed his irritation

"Right! She is so dead!"

After that the professor urge them to take a seat anywhere

Of course Shun naturally bypassed everyone, which made them open wide their eyes in surprise when Shun naturally sits beside Sephiria and smiled at her

What's more they were even more surprised to see Sephiria was actually happy too as she talked to Shun as if they were friends way long before

But the most distressing of all that Shun and Sephiria failed to notice was that for some reason at the other side of Shun Aria could be seen sitting beside him

This in turn turned the atmosphere around them into complete silence

"...."

"....."

"Hmm?" Reacted Aria

"Umm Aria?" Called out Shun

"Yes?"

"Why are you sitter beside me?" Asked Shun

"Well first is that I don't know anyone else here, second is that commoners should always stick together, and last is that your comedic atmosphere is much more comfortable than their sharp gazes" she answered

"Sharp gazes?"

When he heard that he quickly turned his head to the other student only to see them hurriedly averting their eyes

"Oh boy!" He thought to himself

After that the professor once again introduced herself for the new students

"My name is professor Lith, so if you two has any further questions then feel free to ask me"

With that both Aria and Shun nodded at the same time

Taking this opportunity to build up a relationship with Aria, Sephiria pushed Shun's face backwards that was getting I'm between them and introduced herself

"My name is Sephiria, Sephiria Maelstrom"

When Sephiria Said her full name, Shun suddenly came into realization that somehow he actually didn't notice but he forgot her last name

"Ah yes I'm Aria" replied Aria

"So... . . Will you be my friend?" Asked Sephiria

"Eh?"

"....."

Seeing Sephiria's eager eyes Aria was somehow unable to reject her

"Um! Yes... . . "

Hearing that Sephiria was suddenly elated as she made her very first girl friend

"As much as I like to rejoice your happy moments, but I still need to remind you that what you did was rude" retorted Shun

"Yeah! Yeah! Now duck!"

"Huh?!?!"

Unexpectedly Sephiria pushed Shun downwards as she placed her arms on his back as she talked to her

Due to that Shun immediately snapped at her as he pushed her arms away and pinched her cheeks which made her go

"Owowowowow!!!"

"You damn... . . Don't use me as a table!!!"

"My bad! My bad!" Apologized Sephiria while teary eyed

Of course Aria somehow laughed at their predicament which also caught the other students attention and was surprised that Sephiria actually made friends

Some of them even speculated that her parents must have hired the two to become her made up friends

With a cough professor Lith started her class as she reviewed the whole class about their last topic of fundamentals and hidden functions of a magic circle

Of course Aria was diligent as she started to take notes of the class, while as for Sephiria she somehow started recording the lesson through the crystal

"Your getting lazy by the day" commented Shun

"Teehee!!!"

"Don't go teehee on me!!!" He retorted

It took about two full hours for the first class to reach their end, when Aria satisfyingly closed her notes and seemed to have learned a lot during those times

"That was satisfying!!! Right Shun?" She exclaimed

But when she turned her head towards him she could see Shun staring blankly towards the board without closing his eyes and while supporting his head with his right arm

"Shun?" She called out

When she did that Sephiria couldn't even held it in as she giggled a little from seeing Shun's condition and explained

"Hahaha! Well actually he's asleep"

"Asleep!?!?" Exclaimed Aria

"Yeah! He's accustomed to sleep while his eyes were open so it's a perfect alibi if the professor kept talking and talking after all" she explained

"Wow! I didn't know there was such a skill!"

"Hahahaha... . ."

Instead of correcting her, Sephiria in turn just laughed wryly on how much Aria was viewing the world as a peaceful place

Moments later Shun finally snapped out of his daze as he stood up and intended to follow Sephiria as they finally got a 1 hour break before the next class

While they were taking a break, they're group of three was somehow getting the attention of students as they saw Sephiria having a talk with two students with her

Since Sephiria was known as a defect, they actually didn't know that somehow if compared to experience, Sephiria was way above them as she experienced a real life threatening battle

Soon after the whole students attention immediately shifted from them towards to the other group of students

When the three of them Shun, Sephiria and Aria took a glance that caught everyone's attention

Sephiria was the one out of all of them felt mortified as she saw the prince of the kingdom that she somehow yearned for

Seeing her like that Shun somehow stayed indifferent as he reads the mood and thought up of cheering her up later after school

What's more when he returned his attention at the group, he suddenly noticed something unusual

The group consist of 5 handsome boys and one cheerful and adorable girl

When he deduced that, his eyes suddenly went wide from realizing something

"This another Duke's daughter is aiming for a reverse harem!!! I can't believe that such situation is real"

What's more the boys hairs was somehow colorful which often recognized as a male lead to the story while the girl act cutely towards them

The girl was somehow quite adorable for a fact that she has grey long hair, followed by her blue clear eyes and her calm atmosphere that felt an adults behavior

For a moment that girl that was surrounded by handsome group of boys suddenly came into eye to eye contact with Shun

What's more surprising was the girls reaction as her eyes suddenly went wide open as she saw Shun together with Sephiria

Seeing that reaction shun somehow even praised himself

"Ah! You sinful man! Look what you did! You even seduced another woman that is acquaintaned with many handsome men... . . Is my handsomeness even a curse to begin with?" He thought of this to himself

Of course he didn't out any meaning of her being surprised of seeing him together with Sephiria since she may only be shocked to see a guy actually befriended a defect

But in the end that was all a false hit

When Shun went to the toilet alone and made both Sephiria and Aria advance ahead towards a cafeteria, he was suddenly pulled by a beautiful female student which he easily recognized as the other Duke's daughter cause of her blue eyes and grey hair

Before he could even talk back, the girl actually pressed him against the wall which really made it awkward for him since the role was reversed

When he tried to retort however, what he heard next completely stunned him as the grey haired girl spoke to him with a tone as if examining something

"You... . . You! How can this be? Is there such a function?"

"?!?!"

After that she pulled his face to concentrate towards her and only her

"Tell me? Are you a hidden target for that Otome game? I can't believe I found a hidden target even though no one even found such character... . . No your looks and status as a commoner looks worthwhile... . . Yup I'm sure your a hidden target too, you have a passing look too... . . Alright your my next one to conquer!!!"

After all she said that only one word that made Shun flinch as if he misheard it

"Otome game!?!?"
