Chapter 271: Brave Heart

With overwhelming mana surrounding her body that surges out of her like a waterfall, all the students spectating who were sensitive with mana, were then shocked and speechless at this amount of mana that a simple knight is releasing. It was completely jaw breaking as this was their first time to see a knight having a huge amount of mana inside its body. On the other hand instead of shock, Shun felt goosebumps all over his body, as his eyes became fully focused and his wariness increases.

The moment Selene entered into a stance, she then suddenly zoomed towards Shun in just a single step, while entering a swinging position which shocked many spectators on the side. It was simply too fast, her movement was too fast for their eyes to follow.

When Shun saw this swinging stance, he then quickly ducked down to avoid the horizontal slash coming from Selene, as he gripped his spear and thrusted it towards Selene's face in a quick counter. In response to this Selene suddenly disappeared right in front of him, only leaving after images, as she appeared on the side and made a slash which forced Shun to retract his thrust just in time to block the quick attack.

However the moment he blocked the attack, he had actually miscalculated the force that Selene had putted into the attack, causing him to be blasted off his feet and crash at the battlegrounds wall.

"What the! Shun just got blown away" commented by Aria

"I saw that" replied by Sephiria

"But its impossible for anyone to blown Shun away just like that, what is happening?" asked by Aria

"I think its because of her previous skill she had used, by activating that, she somewhat overpowered Shun, causing her to be a tad above Shun in terms of overall stats" answered by Sephiria

"That's possible? What kind of spell is that?"

As both Sephiria and Aria entered into a commentator mode, Shun on the other hand felt the shock spreading to his arms, when he blocked the attack. Due to that he was initially shock, as he saw Selene making another move by suddenly blinking in front of him in a swing position. Upon seeing that quick attack, Shun then q1uickly used his own skill to fight such a demons

"Flash!!!"

Using the spell flash to blinked himself away from harm, he then not only distance himself away from the enemy, but he was also shocked to see Selene slashing his previous location with multiple slashes in quick succession.

But the moment Shun has his distance away from Selene, the person in question then suddenly dashed before Kaido, as she swung her sword and once more forced Shun to be blown off his feet and unto the air for about 45 ft.

Once Shun is in midair, Selene then compressed the mana unto her sword, as she sent sword waves one after another towards Shun with an expectation top shoot him down from the air. Unfortunately Shun kept his cool, as he dematerialized his water spear, and opened up his inventory to pull out a weapon that he bought in the earlier days of fighting enemy.

"Stormrazor"

Pulling that out while upside down, Shun then twisted his  body, as he slashed Selene's attack with a single Skill.

"Wind Wall"

Using that skill to raise a curtain of air which blocked Selene's sword wave, Shun then quickly flipped over, as  he landed on the ground and prepared himself to take the momentum in this fight. However the moment he landed squarely on the ground while in a position to charge forward, Selene dashed in front of him once more, as she slashed her sword once more towards Shun.

However this time, Shun chose not to confront the attack, as he used "Shunpo" to blink himself away from harm and appeared before Katarina's blind spot. Once he is in her blind spot, he then used another skill(Taste their fear)  coming from Kha'zix, as she  sharpened the blade and made it into even more  fatal than before.

But the moment Shun attacked her blind spot, Selene's senses quickly warned her of danger, as she dodged the ambush attack of Shun and even countered it with her own slash. In response to this, Shun quickly retracted his arms, as he made his follow up attack, just in time to clash against Selene's sword once more.

After clashing swords one time, they clashed once more for about five times, before Shun suddenly used "flash" in order to  blinked behind her and made the attack on her own. But just as he thought that he would be able to hit her, a hand suddenly blocked the attack, as Selene literally condensed her mana into solid form and form a glove like mana substance in her hands.

Once Selene blocked that attack, she then made a heavy impact slash towards Shun, forcing Shun to block the attack from above and have the very ground he is standing on to be destroyed and form a crater from this kind of attack. for the first time since a while, Shun grits his teeth as his knee bend, and his whole body going under pressure from that simple attack alone.

"Kuh!!! Aaaaaahhhhhh!!!!"

Screaming at the top of his lungs while pushing away Selene's sword, Shun then forcefully pushed away the sword pressuring him in one force of strength, as he quickly dematerialized Stormrazor and changed it into Shiv and I.E. Dual wield ding two blades, Shun strikes at Selene in six different direction up front as he tried to chip away at the mana armor she had made to protect her whole body from his attack.

Once he saw that his strikes were ineffective, he then quickly brandished his weapons, causing a shockwave to erupt and slightly paralyzing Selene to a small degree. After that Shun quickly spun around as he held his shiv and tried to back spin stab Selene on her sides, in an  attempt to put her down. Unfortunately her mana armor also blocked that attack, causing Shun to click his tongue in annoyance by that pure chance.    

No matter what, he needed to find an opening in between Selene's defenses.
