Chapter 118: Overpowered Characters II

[Mountainous Area]

As the battle deep below the dark canyon ensue, both Frederick and Rosalyn then went towards the opposite direction of the battle as they take a detour route towards Lorius teammates

While that was happening Akito made a huge step as he swipe his sword horizontally infront of him, before taking a huge crouch as he rolled away

On the other hand Lorius was happily blocking all attacks from Akito even though he himself is being targeted by other opponents such as champions, clones, and Shun himself

After dodging Akito's strike, he then twisted his arm to block Zed and Shun  sneak attack, before repelling them using his own force

At the same time from afar Ahri has been casting nonstop "Fox-fire" towards him, since such range attack was a type of homing projectile

Due to that he had to suffer some minor burn, but such damage was negligible since such attack wasn't  enough to burn his soul essence

After taking some further distance from the crowd, that was when Reksai's arm emerge from beneath him as it tried to grab its ankles, luckily he reacted in time as he summersaulted in the air and stepped unto some few rocks to change his predicted landing spot

But as he landed further away both Rengar and Kha'zix came out from their invisibility as they brandished their own killer weapon

As Rengar lounged towards him with its dagger, he then ducked forward as he took a low spin to repel Kha'zix blades

Seeing that unimaginable reflexes happen before their eyes, everyone present became even more tensed as they realized just how battle prone is their opponent that is still able to hold on despite fighting multiple enemies

With a grit Rengar plunged his claws unto the ground as he spun his body forcefully and threw an attack

"Bola strike!!!"

Due to its low visibility point in their current place and such an attack wasn't a living lifeform, the Bola strike from Rengar successfully hits Lorius ankles causing him to stumble down to the ground

Seeing the restraints  that was put unto him, Lorius couldn't help but applaud at Rengar for successfully capturing him

"Good aim!"

But instead of replying towards such compliment, Rengar then took the chance to jump ahead of Lorius as he thrust his dagger aiming for it's head

Unfortunately  Lorius  used slight of his mana to cut away the string of restraints as he dodged Rengar's thrust by a hair's thread

After that both renagr and Lorius begyn fighting at close combat as they struggled to kill or defeat eat other

Of course Kha'zix  came out from the darkness together with zed as they lounged towards the fray

Sensing more presence coming towards his direction, Lorius  then took a full distance between him and Rengar as he started casting a complicated magic circle which engulfed the whole wall beside him

"Espacio Cristollum!!!"

Using his own magic all the space around him started to turn into diamond which completely surpassed the current magic that the mages had in this era

Of course not only on his side but such magic ranges throughout  the whole canyon, thus such effect was also seen by Shun and Akito who were just on their way towards the fray

After that without waiting for anything to happen in between, Lorius  then snapped his fingers as he instantly shattered such crystallized wall, thus turning it into pure crystal shards suspended in mid air and has no intentions to actually fall, as if gravity to it was non-existent

Of course such phenomenon also astounded Shun and Akito as they felt a looming threat towards such shards

At the same time Lorius finally gathered light particle towards his palm as he raised it towards the air and casted

"Arclight parabellum!!!"

With just one cast the light particle instantly scattered to all its surroundings, but due to the crystal shard scattered in midair, such light started to get reflected to different directions, while some split in multiple ways causing really lethal wide area attack

In that instant all champions was instantly shot through despite them taking shelter behind some rocks

For such an attack any obstacles were like non-existent as they can pass through almost everything, the only way to counter such spell was by negating it or nullifying the magic

As this happened Shun was naturally one of the guys who took the biggest hit as even the windfall wasn't able to block such an attack and easily penetrated his shoulder, causing him to slump down and grit his teeth

As for akito he simply dodged nimbly as every attack that the light particle made has a slight gap for him to pass through, such whenever he used such route, he would always come out unscathed

"Shun! Are you okay?" Asks Akito

"Do I look like I'm okay?" Asked back Shun  with an irritated tone

"Well you can still talk, then that means your still ok" concluded Akito

"...."

But before Akito could even talk to Shun, various projectile then headed his way as it numbered about a couple of dozen

Seeing this akito took a step forward and enveloped his own katana before he started parrying such projectile or hacking them down into two

After awhile after he hacked down the last projectile, another isolated projectile came out from his blindspot which caused Akito to suddenly grit his  teeth in preparation to take on such a hit

Luckily Shun took out the updated Botrk and slashed the last projectile into oblivion

Of course seeing such a huge blade caused Akito to admire it even for a second, but contrary to him Lorius seemed even more interested on the aura that the sword was exuding

Such unique aura was almost comparable to the aura of the dead

"Such unique aura... is it possible for me to observe it?" Asks Lorius from afar

"You can try, if you can take it from me" taunted Shun

Hearing that Lorius  chuckled as he arc up into a smile as he said

"Your really suggesting that? I'm a battle junkie,  I love fighting... but not a crazed one okay... but since you suggested such an approach then I wouldn't  disappoint you"

Hearing that Shun then became alerted as he asked akito who was at the side, while healing his shoulder wound

"I raised a flag didn't I?"

"Yup you raised one"

"Crap!"

Casting from high above Lorius  than started shifting the environment  once more as his mana then started to conjure atleast thousands of sword floating in mid air

"Sword sanctuary!!!"

Seeing all these swords emitting so much killing intent, Shun by then alerted Akito as he felt really really bad in such situation

"This is bad... really bad"

"I can see that, you don't have to tell me"

Under one command thousand swords then flowed out like a flood and headed straight  towards the both of them, causing both Shun and akito to take such situation even more serious than before

Splitting up to lessen the pressure they felt, Shun  then kept adding more barrier unto himself while blocking and parrying such swords using his Botrk

Luckily his strength  was already enough for him to easily swing the huge Botrk around as if it was a toy to begin with

As for Akito he then begun swinging his sword in a very fast momentum as he repelled everything that comes towards him, as if he was a machine

He completely  predicted the aim of already hundreds  of blades near his range, thus easing up his burden to block all of them, the only thing he needed now was the speed to cope up with all the projectiles

Die to that he begun using his own body to do his accord and move around as he move his own arm to swing his sword, with it not only would he be able to collect enough momentum to negate almost thousands of such attacks, but he will also be able have enough momentum to overpower the strength of Lorius

Seeing such relentless enemy lorius then conjured two doppelganger to act as a mediator for the automatic control of the sword  projectile, conjuring his own sword he then dived down towards the fray and attacked Shun first

Seeing this Shun  then reacted quickly as he spun around to repel the projectile  sword while taking out rapid fire cannon and aim it straight towards Lorius

With a click a cannon like shot then reverbrated out the canyon as it destroyed the vicinity infront of him

Unfortunately Lorius blinked at that very same moment he fired and appeared above him ready to strike the enemy from above

Sensing danger shun 6hen used katarina's ability to dodge the incoming attack

"Shunpo!!!"

Appearing behind lorius in midair, shun then swung his Botrk towards lorius, only to miss it once more as the latter blinked again and kicked him from behind

Taking the whole pressure with him, he then charged towards shun as he attacked him using his own swordsmanship  and tried to suppress him the most, unfortunately shun managed to hd out for a bit as he tried to counter every attack that Lorius sent his way

Shifting his position with a shadow, he then saw Lorius among his palm towards his predicted location

"Cerolinica!!!"

Shooting out a huge laser blast out his palm, Shun then hid his Botrk and took out his stormrazor as he used Yasuo's ability

"Wind wall!!!"

Successfully blocking the attack from Lorius, hebthen suddenly felt another danger behind him as he immediately  used an item to completely turn him as invincible being for a few seconds

"Zhonya's!!!"

Turning himself completely gold, he then successfully survived Lorius attack, thus giving Akito time to catch up near his location

"Tomura's Second Tactical  Sword Form Sakura no odori (Dance of the cherry blossom)"

Rapidly attacking Lorius  in any possible way, Akito then successfully  locked unto him and drag him away from Shun

Of course blocking such an attack from Akito wasn't easy as such simple tactic actually managed to deal such numerous cuts on Lorius body

With that Lorius immediately shifted his attention towards Akito as he slashed his sword towards him

"Sword art Thousand thrust!!!"

Countering this Akito then engaged towards Lorius attacks

"Tomura's Fourth offensive sword form 23-Pon no hakai no ken (23 swords of destruction)"

With swords clashed against each other for multiple times, of course such viewers became even more intensified as they watched the fight to their full extent as if expecting something good might happen

Even Cedric and the others were on the edge of their seats totally speechless as they saw this intensified 2v1 battle

The most amazing hibg about such battle was that both akito and Shun  was actually able to suppress Lorius so much that it made him focus all his attention towards its two opponent, thus giving leeway for Frederick and Rosalyn to head over to lprius allies and deal with them

On the other hand as the battle on the Mountainous Area became even more intensified, both Frederick and Rosalyn were already on their way towards the Desolate area  when suddenly a huge explosion erupted right infront of them

Of course with no other choice both of them then headed over to that explosion and saw such a huge battle going on down below

But as the fight goes on, more and more of the other side was getting beaten to a pulp to the point that they lost thus, ensuring the winners

"No way... this is impossible" reacted Rosalyn

"If this is the result then jow the heck will we win against this?" Asks Frederick

In fact lay on the battlefield many bodies were laying on the floor completely unconscious
