The trio, Hawks – Maya – Billy, all got {Class-S} in their result during evaluation before signing for registration.
"Woah, nice! We all got Class S in our results. I bet we gonna whoop some ass in the tournament." Billy confidently expressed his delight for getting the highest grade for the evaluation.
But Hawks was still worried.
When Shams was lost in the forbidden forest before, Hawks felt responsible for not being responsible enough.
There were even numerous times that Shams got away from his grasp which made him call Shams as 'the little monster'.
"We better check them down stairs." Hawks said to Billy and Maya.
"Okay, if you are that worried. Let's go and check on them." Maya tried to appease the worry of Hawks.
Hawks and the rest went ahead to check on Rankuza and Shams.
Before reaching the restroom, a group of participants approached Hawks.
"Hey, you! Are you Hawks?" a bald participant asked Hawks while blocking the way.
A group of 5 led by the bald dude who looks older than Hawks, Maya and Billy.
Billy and Maya looked at each other due to a concern that this may become an unnecessary trouble.
"Yes … I am Hawks! Any problems that I may know of?" Hawks stated.
At the same time Thor growled.
"How did you know he is Hawks?" Maya curiously asked.
The bald participant chuckled at the sight of Maya having the confidence to even ask them.
"Of course he is the only one here around with a tamed rare wolf beast tagged along. Don't you know that we are {Senior-Ranked} disciples? So learn to correct your tone when you are speaking to us." Demanded by the bald participant.
"As if I would care. We have more important matter to attend to. So if you mind, do not be a bother!" Casually implied by Hawks.
Hawks went straight ahead ignoring the group of the bald participant.
This annoyed the bald participant and his companions.
"You rude brat!" Right before the bald participant could even get a hold on Hawks' shoulder,
Thor jumped on him and growled threatening to bite his head off.
The other disciples wanted to use some of their powerful techniques on Thor but Maya reminded them.
"If I were you, I will not do that. Have you forgotten that we are all in one of the official building of Golden Dragon Sect. One of their biggest rule is no violence within the premises of the building or else you will be jailed." Maya pointed out an important rule.
"You call yourselves … Senior-Ranked? You cannot even sense the approaching attack of my tamed beast. If you want to live, do not be a bother and waste our time again." Hawks threatened the bald participant who could sense the dangerous presence of the trio.
Hawks, Maya and Billy released their deadly aura to show that if someone even try to attack them, they would not hesitate to retaliate back with tremendous force.
Moments after …
Hawks and the rest got to the restroom.
Billy went inside first to check on Rankuza and Shams.
He checked each cubicle and by the end he saw Rankuza tied, gagged, and passed out.
"Hawks! Hawks! Get inside, I need you here!" Immediately Billy called for Hawks and untied Rankuza.
Hearing Billy's call, Rankuza went inside. Maya even disregarded the fact that it was a male's restroom and followed Hawks.
"What's wrong?" Hawks asked.
"It's Rankuza. He is unconscious. But Ryoku is not around!" Billy informed his fellow disciples.
They see Rankuza laying down on Billy's arms.
"Then … Where could Ryoku be? Don't tell me someone bullied them and got hurt by other participants like those guys we encountered a while ago." Maya got worried out of a sudden with Rankuza passed out and Ryoku missing.
"Damn it!" Hawks cussed at the turn of events.
Then Rankuza started to wake up.
"Rankuza!" Maya exclaimed at the sight of Rankuza waking up.
"Ugh … My head is spinning …" Rankuza still a little bit disoriented.
"What happened?" Billy asked.
"I can't fully remember. I was just taking a piss and then everything went black out." Rankuza trying to recall what happened.
"Where is Ryoku?" Hawks asked this time around.
"I really do not know." Rankuza replied.
Something flashed in Hawks' mind … the reminder of Master Wushu!
'Make sure you will be responsible this time around, Hawks! Do not disappoint me!' Master Wushu uttered.
The others could see Hawks clenched his fist and get angry because the thought of disappointing Master Wushu would be the last thing he wanted to happen.
"Hawks … This is not your fault!" Maya trying to comfort Hawks.
"One bad deed can ruin all good deeds. It is the same with disappointment. Master Wushu getting disappointed will ruin all the impressive things I have done." Hawks aired out his concern.
No one could even follow up the things he said.
"Get up, you take the evaluation and sign up for registration while we look for that little monster!" Hawks instructed Rankuza.
"Hawks! You don't know what happened. For all we know, Ryoku may have been abducted or got taken by someone." Maya explained to Hawks.
"I doubt that, Maya! I have a gut feeling he has done something again. And this time, it can be worse than all of those he have done." Hawks told Maya.
"Let's go already and look for Ryoku." Billy cleared the air between Maya and Hawks.
All of them went out from the male restroom.
Some of the girls coming out from the female restroom saw Maya coming out from the male restroom with Hawks and the rest.
"Oh my God! Shameless!"
"Harlot!"
"Ew!"
Comments were thrown at Maya before the other female participants left.
Maya looked around and realized what those female participants meant.
"I will kill those bitches! How could they conclude so easily?" Maya angrily wanted to chase on the judgmental female participants.
Billy grabbed Maya, "We have a bigger problem to solve! So kindly just ignore their nonsense. Your conscience should be clear and not act like guilty."
Maya tried her best to calm down.
Out of a sudden, one of the companions of the previous guys approached Hawks and the rest.
"I am sorry the way our leader acted. Some little boy said that Hawks was talking trash and disrespecting our master that is why we wanted to confront you about it. We did not mean to come across like bullies to you. Hope you forgive our leader with the way he acted." A long haired boy apologized in behalf of his leader.
"No … I did not do such a thing! Tell him I would not do that. Lead us to the boy that told you this." Hawks explained himself and requested to the other participant.
Seconds after …
"Guys … my identity tag is missing!" Rankuza uttered.
Some participants passed by talking about something familiar …
"Could you believe it, a young boy could destroy that boulder in the first floor …"
Hawks heard it and pieced everything together.
"That damn ... LITTLE . MONSTER!" Hawks got infuriated at the thought of Shams could have tricked them.
