39 Blue Wind Imperial City
"Are you serious about what you mentioned in front of my father? How is it possible for me to grow so strong in such a short time?!" Tie Hengjun asked once both he and Meng left the main hall. Even he was unable to keep calm at Meng's unreasonable demands.
"9 months...It's much more than I expected. You will have access to all pills that my master gifted to our clan. With their help, and you sharpening your spear skills, you will be able to reach True Profound Realm without a problem. I still need to buy some stuff at Black Moon Merchant Guild, we will discuss everything once I return, alright?" Meng said while heading to the exit out of the clan's grounds.
"*sigh* Fine, I will trust brother Su. I will be training meanwhile you will be gone, you will be able to find me at the training grounds." Tie Hengjun just sighed and replied with a faint smile before parting ways with Meng.

Meng made his way towards Black Moon Merchant Guild and met the same elder he previously traded with, he was obviously wearing his mask once again, making the elder easily remember him.
"What will it be today, esteemed guest?" The elder shoved the receptionist who was supposed to greet Meng away and instead he greeted Meng by himself with a friendly smile.
"Hello...I am glad that we have reached an agreement upon not invading each other's privacy. I am here to buy all these herbs, the more the better, money isn't a problem and in the worst case, I will be paying with the valuables." Meng gave him the list of herbs he wanted to buy and the elder's eyes widened.
'Why does he need so many herbs?! And most of them are at most the lowest medium rarity...We don't have such a stock of herbs as not many people usually buy them...' The elder started sweating a bit since he heard that Meng was willing to even pay with valuables and last time he brought perfect quality pellets that the elder himself has never seen in his life.
"So...?" Meng inquired what is taking so long for the elder to say anything.
"Umm...That is...We can't provide this many herbs, we can sell you half of our stock but maybe it would be better for the guest to travel to a bigger city where our branch is much bigger and capable of fulfilling the guest's demands" The elder said with a forced smile and closed eyes as beads of sweat were going down his temple.
"Oh, well, I expected such a situation already on my way here. Where should I go, do you have any recommendations?" Meng asked without any change in his mood.
"Blue Wind Imperial City would certainly have the biggest stock out of all cities with our branches." The elder said with a polite smile.
"I see, thank you and sorry for wasting your time for nothing." Meng lightly bowed before he left their building.
Meng went back to Iron Spear Clan and informed Tie Hengjun about his planned journey to the Blue Wind Imperial City. He also instructed him what he should focus on for now and that was raising his profound strength instead of practicing his profound techniques. Before Meng felt the New Moon City, he went to visit Wan Xiu, Lin An, and Ren He, the guys who practically showed him the Iron Spear Clan. He discovered that all of them already stepped into Nascent Profound Realm with the help of his pills. He exchanged a few words with them before he gave them a few more pills he held in reserve, telling them that he needs to leave once again.
All of them felt quite guilty as Meng was giving them priceless pills that could raise one's cultivation speed while they were doing nothing for him. They couldn't even spend some time with him to show that they appreciate their friendship, however, they understood that Meng has some business he needs to attend to.
Meng was planning to leave for the Blue Wind Imperial City the same day he returned from his training but before that, he waited for the moon to take over the sun's duty. He went to the south part of the city, specifically South Moon Mountain where the branch of Xiao Sect was residing.
When he was near enough, he stopped and closed his eyes, trying to blend with the darkness as his body was enveloped by a light blue-gray glow.
'Let's test you for the first time in action'

Meng's body sank into the ground or more specifically into the shadows and he was free moving around inside them. He easily infiltrated the branch of Xiao Sect without anyone noticing but after looking around for a bit, Meng noticed that a few stronger people of Spirit Profound Realm and higher always stopped for a moment when he passed by them inside the shadows. They were able to feel as if someone was nearby but they always dropped the matter once they looked around them and saw nothing.
After the whole 3 hours of looking around, Meng arrived in front of a large reinforced gate.
'Looks like a good place for treasury...' Meng thought with a nasty smile, hiding inside the shadows. He traveled through the shadows and bypassed the large gate by a miniature gap between the ground and the gate...He met a few more gates and he did the same process with them until he finally arrived at the large chamber filled with items releasing rich aroma or light.
'Not bad, I will take a few things as a warning.' Meng started storing rare herbs that would be hard to find even at Black Moon Merchant Guild while leaving things that he wasn't interested in such as a profound weapon he found there.
'And for the final part...a few notes here and there so they can't miss it' Meng thought with closed eyes and a bright smile.
[Let this be a warning to you who have targeted my disciple. Sending the elder of no matter how much feeble strength to kill him, how shameless can you become? This is my first and last warning, the next time you try something similar, I will sneak into your rooms and quietly slit your throats in your sleep. Meng replied even though he was sure that Vista was aware of most of his reasons.
The next morning, the branch of Xiao Sect will find something nice inside their treasury but by that time, Meng will be already gone out of the city.

When he was thinking about using The Void Shattering Step at the 2nd level that was capable of covering slightly more than 250 steps, he felt a good amount of Yin energy around him. When he looked to his right he saw a veiled woman walking the same way as him. Although her face was covered by the veil, revealing only her icy cold eyes, it was too obvious that she is top tier beauty. The air around her was completely cold, not letting anyone approach her.
'Her clothes look similar to Chu Yueli's...she must be from Frozen Cloud Asgard but such a rich amount of Yin energy inside her body...This can't be her normal state of the body, this is too much for the human body to handle, cold Yin energy is practically eating her from inside. Thanks to her frozen arts, she can suppress it slightly but she will die if she won't do anything and in the end, her frozen arts will even become her demise once that abrupt amount of Yin energy gets out of control in her already ice-cold body.' Meng thought while observing the woman from the corner of his right eye. He was thinking whether he should stop her and try to help due to the promise he gave to Chu Yueli but he also had no idea about her relationship with this woman. Still, he knew that it would be bad not to at least try...
The woman also noticed Meng observing her so she looked at him with her ice-cold eyes to make him stop staring but he kept staring into her eyes without a change in his blank expression which slightly surprised her.
'...Why does he seem a bit familiar? Strange clothes...that hairstyle...I can't really remember, in that case, I must have never met him before and only heard of him.' The woman in snowy white attire thought while also observing Meng.
All of this happened just within the span of 3 seconds before both of them transferred their sight in front of them.
"Can you please stop for a moment?" Meng continued walking but he closed his distance with that woman a bit and asked without even looking at her.
"Why?" What he got back was an icy cold response without the slightest of intention to stop to talk to him as if she was just detesting his genre. She released a bit of her cold aura to make Meng retreat some distance away from her.
"Do you know Fairy Chu Yueli?" Hearing her response, Meng no longer intended to beat around the bush and simply get this over with so he asked with the same icy voice and moved slightly to her.
The woman finally stopped walking in shock for numerous reasons. One of them being Meng's similar icy tone as hers and another him moving even closer to her despite her extremely uncomfortable cold aura.
"What do you want with my younger sister?" She turned at him and asked with a calm tone.
"Eh? Younger sister? I guess I made a good decision by stopping you..." Meng muttered with a slightly surprised tone which slightly puzzled the woman in front of him.
