You Are Really Naive.

Yang Meiyi woke up with an headache and the first thing she heard was her mother voice saying "You are grounded."

Meiyi sat upright and looked at her mother who was already looking at her strictly. She sighed and said "I didn't drink that much and you can't ground me."

"You are seventeen and about to write your college exams but yet you were busy drinking alcohol in a place where those wealthy snob were gathered. Do you even have any idea what would have happened if Fu Mingze haven't found you, what if you were video, then your chances of going to Suwei university would be gone. What is even wrong with you?"

"I'm sorry. I just got emotional when I saw Yang Jia talking to Fu Mingze. Everyone likes Yang Jia, so seeing them together made me wondered if he would still end up liking her."

Sang Xiu expression soften when she heard that and said "So what? Just focus on building yourself. And for the waiter who gave you alcohol, he is definitely going to be fired."

"Mom, don't be angry, I ask him to. Infact I force him and it's not like my age is written on my forehead."

"He should have ask for your ID card before giving alcohol and you may have even threatened him at gun point for all i care but that waiter will no longer work at Meg hotel and that is final."

"But it isn't even your hotel, how can you fire him?"

"Watch me, its either he gets fired or my name isn't Sang Xiu." Sang Xiu said in anger and left the room.

Yang Meiyi sighed, she felt bad for making someone lose their job, it made her to remember Fu Mingze words, he was right when he called her spoilt.

As Yang Meiyi lay back on her bed, she immediately sat upright again and suddenly smiled, it was obvious she just thought of an idea. She got up from her bed and ran downstairs when she saw her mother instructing the maid and called out sweetly "Mom."

Sang Xiu turned and saw her daughter giving her a sweet smile, she scoffed and asked "What do you want?"

"I know you said I'm grounded but can I visit the Fu Mansion today?" Yang Meiyi asked with pouted lips.

"No." Sang Xiu said with no hesitation.

"But why?"

"Because being grounded means you are not allowed to go out and besides you should focus more on your studies, the college exams are fast approaching and even though I know you won't score the highest, can you at least not do poorly?"

"I can focus more if I'm with him."

"Yang Meiyi."

"If I don't get the highest score in the college exam after all these then I promise you not to speak about Fu Mingze again, not even his name will I mention from my lips, Mom please."

"Is that a promise?" Sang Xiu asked with narrowed eyes.

Yang Meiyi was silent for a few seconds before saying"Yes, it is a promise."

"Then fine, go. Do whatever you want but if you don't score the highest in these exams then you must break all ties with the Fu family."

Yang Meiyi nodded and said "I agree."

Sang Xiu took one more glance at her daughter and walked away. The girl was becoming even harder to control, what bother her the most was that her little girl was going to suffer from heartbreak.

Fu Mansion

As Yang Meiyi entered the Fu Mansion, she could hear old master Fu shout from his study, she wondered if she came at a bad time, nevertheless, she still walked to the study's and knock on the door.

"Come in."

After receiving permission to enter, Meiyi pushed the door opened and saw as Old master Fu passed his tablet to Butler Xia and said "Tell them to stop contacting me, there is nothing I can do about it."

Butler Xia nodded and said "Yes sir."

He smiled gently to Yang Meiyi before walking out.

Yang Meiyi walked gently to old master Fu and started massaging his shoulder and asked with a sweet voice "Who is responsible for making my grandpa so angry?"

"Who else but that foolish grandson of mine, he just became the CEO and has started sacking everyone."

"But isn't that good, he is cleaning the place by removing the incompetent and greedy people. Fu Mingze is very smart, I'm sure he has his reasons."

"You always support him, tell me, why are you here? I'm sure you didn't come to see me this time."

Yang Meiyi stopped massaging his shoulder and stood in front of him as she said "I will like to spend more time with Fu Minze but I need your help grandpa."

"Why should I help you, if you can't capture his heart on your own then that's your problem." Old master Fu said firmly.

"But grandpa I just need you to help me get inside the Fu group, you know the security there is tight and I can't get him without the access card, please grandpa."

Fu Shen looked at Yang Meiyi who was giving him the baby eyes and sighed in his heart and said "Fine, I will get you a access card that will allow you to go in and out of Fu group whenever you want."

Yang Meiyi eyes lit up as she hugged old master Fu and kissed him in the cheek "My grandpa Fu is the best."

Fu Shen chuckled and said "Yang Meiyi, can promise me something?"

Yang Meiyi nodded and said "Yes."

"You haven't even heard what I wanted to ask but you are already agreeing." Fu Shen scolded.

"I know grandpa wouldn't ask me to do anything bad." Yang Meiyi replied innocently.

"You are really naive." Fu Shen scolded and held her hands and said "Can you promise me to never give up on him? He has never had it easy since he was born, my daughter ran away from home when she was nineteen, she fell in love with a commoner, a man who deceived her and ten years later, she came back with a five years old boy who didn't smile and you know why? Because that kid knew his mother was about to leave him all alone with an old man he didn't know. A year later, she died and Fu Mingze didn't say a word for a month, after receiving therapy he became better but I still feel that there is a scar in him that haven't healed with time."

"I promise. No matter what, i will never give up on Fu Mingze." Yang Meiyi said with determination in her eyes.

Fu Shen smiled and said "Thank you."
