Chapter 83: Orc Lord and the General
The next day,
Lu Xie needs to return to compete in the promotion, the day before yesterday. Hillian naturally came with her and her child, and the four of them all went back to the mansion.
Hillian was protected by an illusion of her lover's magic, so she looked like a normal human being. When they reached the kingdom she was amazed at the place it was colorful and very lively.
Unlike their world, it's depressing and there is nothing but dead lands. It is the reason why they want to conquer this place to live here.
She didn't understand at first why we need to fight when we can just talk but she knew that orcs are very arrogant they believed in strength than using their mind. She can only sigh at her kind.
"Dear, we're here now" Lu Xie held her hand
Hillian nodded she was carrying their baby in her arms securely, and Ellie was sleeping peacefully. Lu Xie also put an illusion on her ears so others won't notice.
"Give me Ellie dear, I'm sure you're tired too," Lu Xie said softly
Hillian carefully passes their sleeping daughter to her lover, Lu Xie carefully placed her daughter in one arm and then held her hand. As the carriage door opened.
Lu Huan went put first then Lu Xie and Hillian held her hand.
"Welcome home, master, young miss, and madam" a group of maids that lined up at the entrance all greeted
Lu Huan nodded, then walked inside followed by Lu Xie and Hillian when their backs disappear.
The maids all look.
"Who is that pretty lady, with our young miss? She looks so beautiful" a maid whispered
"Yeah and did you see the sleeping child in the young miss arms"
"Yes, she was so cute"
"Is she the young miss hidden lover"
"Shh, be quiet let's go"
The maids all disperse.
Lu Xie lead her lover and child.to her room, for them to rest tomorrow she'll practice more then get ready for the competition the next day.
"Dear, lay on the bed and rest for a while your body just recovered," Lu Xie said softly
Hillian smiled kissed her cheek then lay on the bed with their daughter on her side.
"Sleep tight dear and my cute baby" Lu Xie kissed their foreheads

Lu Xie went to her father's office to discuss the following plan when she will go to war.

"Next" Lu Xie shouted
Right now she is in the training ground once again having a spar (beaten) with the soldiers. Poor soldiers kept getting beaten up on the ground.
Hillian was watching her lover from a distance, and she was sure she was very capable and strong if she were born like her an orc then she would surely be an orc lord. She smiled warily at that thought
She was holding their daughter while looking at her beating the soldiers up and she won't stop speaking.
"Gah~" Ellie smiled
Hillian looked at her daughter and kissed her forehead "Do you like seeing your mother beat up bad guys" she chuckled
"Gue~" Ellie giggled
"Such a mischief kid you are" Hillian poked her cheeks lightly
"Miss, the young miss finished training" a maid bowed politely at her
Hillian nodded, earlier it was announced that she is the lover of Lu Xie and the child was theirs, of course, they are not surprised because the kingdom developed medicine for any gender to give birth to their blood. So the maids were all respectful of her.
Lu Xie took the towel handed by the maid and then walked toward her lover "Are you not bored, dear just sitting here" she said softly
Hillian shook her head, she'd rather watch her train than stay in her room missing her "It's and besides your daughter had been laughing seeing you beat them up" she sighed
Lu Xie chuckled then looked at her daughter then kissed her on the forehead.
"Boo, you liar why are you kissing her not me" Hillian pouted
Lu Xie was amused by her and then giggled she kissed her lips for a minute "My dear, you know I spoil every night right" She whispered in her ear
Hillian blushed and bit her lower lip shyly, Lu Xie was satisfied with her reaction and took her child in her arms and held her hand.
"Let's go dear, It's time for lunch" Lu Xie kissed her cheek
Hillian nodded and followed her with their hands intertwined.

Meanwhile,
In the orc world city, the elders were all gathered at a round table with a serious look on their faces.
"There had been no news about the lord for a few days now," an orc said dispersing the silence
"The last news that we got is that she's going to see what the humans are doing," another orc with a beard said
"She might get captured but it's unlikely, she had enchantments all over her"
"But she has been missing for a few days and we need to act if ever she's captured"
"Let's not act hastily let's wait for 2 more days, if she won't return then we can only take matters into our hands."
"Fine, Luxe come here"
A man orc named Luxe got near, he is tall, handsome for being green, and had large boar-like teeth sticking out his mouth.
"What is it elder," he asked politely
"Wait at the entrance of the portal for Hillian to return and if she did not return you will command the army"
"Understood" Lu Xe nodded but no one can see the murderous glint in his eyes
He bowed respectfully and then stepped out of the meeting hall made of animal skin and wood.
Luxe was a son of a general way before the war started when he first saw the other world on the dimensional he was intrigued by the beautiful view and the things the humans there called magic.
For the first time in his life, he saw something beautiful, unlike his home that is barren and had no source to get food. So he trained harder than anyone to become the orc lord and capture that world.
But sadly fate was not on his side after the previous orc lord died on the battlefield, his friend Hillian became the orc lord. At first, he accepted it but he can't capture the world if he had no strength of the orc lord and the skills that it possess.
He had been trying to find ways to kill her without anyone seeing or suspecting him, he had told Hillian all about his dream to conquer the world and his ambition to control the two realms.
Hillian was happy for him and she said to help him but Luxe wanted the power she had with the orc lord title when given the title.
The orc will gain its powers like insatiable power and the power to connect with his kin then inflict them with his hunger for battle and blood.
Luxe walked toward the entrance of the portal and waited patiently when she comes back it was his only chance to take her. His eyes glowed murderously in a minute before returning to being indifferent.

Back to the palace,
Hillian was eating happily when she felt a familiar sensation in her mind and then looked above the sky.
'Damn it this war' she cursed
Then looked at her lover who is having fun with their baby, the child laugh every time her mother tickled or the way he speak with her.
Hillian smiled warmly, she wished to keep this memory forever in her heart. She knew that for them to have a happy and peaceful life they need to end this war once and for all.
That night,
Hillian woke up, then got out of bed, and changed her clothes before she could leave she looked at her lover and child sleeping peacefully on the bed.
Tears flow out of her eyes, then kissed their foreheads lovingly before she opened the window and left without looking back.
Lu Xie opened her eyes, then look out the window she saw her lover running through the forest and she sighed.
"Don't worry dear, I'll see you soon" She whispered
Hillian suddenly felt a tingle in her ear, when she was a bit far from the mansion. She smiled a little and wiped her tears then returned to the house her Axie built to put on her original clothes when they met.
"I'll miss this" Hillian whispered then look at her body on a tall mirror she can still see the ambigious mark on her neck and chest
She blushed and she smiled happily she had no intention of removing it, she just had to lie.
Hillian took a deep breath then took her large axe hidden, she run through the dark forest until she reached the dimensional crack between this two realms. It was a very large crack with anonymous black like portal as if sucking an object.
She stepped inside the crack and disappeared in this world.
