65 Return Back To The Village

Tsunade and Jiraya both digested rhe information and Tsunade hit the table Increated and broke it. Then she said "We must punish him. He shouldn't be let to live". Jiraya nodded, but I said "No we can't. He has connections with the Akatsuki. We are not strong enough to face the Akatsuki if they make a move now. He also has many sharingans implanted in his right arm under the bandages curtousy of Orochimaru and he can use a jutsu called 'Izanami'. When activated, the caster removes the boundaries between reality and illusion within their personal space and return back to life if killed sacrificing one of the sharingan".

"I don't know how many he has so he will come baxk to life if killed again and again. But the most dangerous is the sharingan in his left eye which he stole from Shisui Uchiha. It has a genjutsu called 'Kotomatsukami' which can control other people without them knowing they are controlled. So taking him down is not going to be easy. Just give me some time. After I'm ready, I'll let you know and we'll take him down. Don't do anything stupid now and risk the safety of the village. Danzo is a loose cannon and knows many secrets. If he joins the Akatsuki and leaves the village, it will be the end to the village".

Jiraya nodded and said "You're right. we have to deal with this situation carefully. But Danzo will cone to know that you stole these evidences and it'll be a problem." I said "No Jiraya san. He'll not doubt me. He'll think that Orochimaru stole them during the attack. And after he hears that Orochimaru is dead, he'll relax. Don't act hastily till me and Naruto are ready." Both of them thought for a while and nodded. They knew what I was telling is right. They already saw what I'm capable of and decided to trust me.

Then Tsunade asked "This didn't explain how you can use wood release." I nodded and said "I was coming to that. After my clan was killed, Itachi put me in a Genjutsu showing the deaths of all the Uchihas. After that I activated the mongekyou sharingan in the hospital. At that time, I had an headache and fainted. Then I was transported somewhere. I thought it was a genjutsu, but there I met the first Hokage and he said that I'm the chosen one to continue his legacy and touched my forehead and a light got into me. After that incident, I'm able to use wood release."

They both thought for a moment not understanding what I said, but eventually nodded. I thought 'I can only lie regarding it. I cannot tell them that I'm a reincarnated person and am in Sasuke's body. And I got the wood release through a wish. This will only increase their doubts. I know that they don't believe what I said, but I couldn't come up with something more believable even after a lot of contemplating'. I then said "As we have finished everything we need to do here, how about we return back to the village?"

Naruto said "Right, I miss Ramen". Everyone laughed and Jiraya said "Fine lets go back". We then got out of the house and dispelled all the clones and the house and I used Kamui to teleport all of us to the village entrance. At the village entrance, Kotetsu and Izumo, the eternal guards greeted us. We walked into the village and saw many people welcoming us with smiles and cheers for Tsunade. Many villagers also smiled seeing Naruto and me as well. Finally, we made our way into the Hokage's office.

Inside the offices, The two advisors presented Tsunade with the Hokage hat. Tsunade received the hat and we went to the roof and Tsunade gave her speech to the crowd gathered below and wore the hat. After this, Jiraya came up and made another announcement "During the attack of our village, Orochimaru managed to escape after killing the third hokage, but while we were returning to the village, we found him and he is now dead, thanks to the efforts of two young shinobi 'Uchiha Sasuke & Namikaze Naruto'. The attack on our village also ended up in failure thanks to the efforts of both of them as you know. So I declare them the heroes of the leaf".

I was surprised that Jiraya declared Naruto's heritage publically. The crowd cheered and some started questioning "Namikaze, isn't that the name of the fourth Hokage?" Listening to the people, Tsunade declared "Thats right. Naruto Namikaze is the son of the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze & Kushina Uzumaki." The crowd went silent for a moment. Many people felt that they have wronged Naruto by blaming the son of their saviour, who turned out to be their saviour as well and hung their heads down.

Then a person shouted a cheer. Then it was continued and everyone started to cheer Naruto on. The advisors were angry and asked Tsunade "Tsunade, why would you anounce something like this without consulting us?" She shrugged and said "I'm the Hokage now. I'm capable of deciding to announce the heritage of a shinobi in the village without consulting anyone. So don't start arguing with me about this matter". The advisors frowned but said nothing. Danzo who was watching everything had an angry expression. Now he knew that he cannot try to control Naruto anymore because he has now gained the support of the people.

Then we made our way to the hospital to treat Kakashi. While on the way, I thought 'In the anime, Tsunade went straight to the hospital. Might be because of Naruto. This time Gai didn't meet us and tell us the situation as I was gone with jiraya and he didn't have to follow me. My presence is changing everything. Anyway, I'm strong enough to take care of myself now. It doesnt matter unless the Otsutsuki clan shows up'.
