Ch.1: New Body

[Day 1]

"Huh? Where's...where's my computer..? Grass? Blood? Where the hell am I?!" I was panicking as I observed my surroundings. Just a second ago I was streaming on Tritch and now I'm lying in a puddle of warm blood.

Moving around, I noticed the limited range of my arms and more importantly the size of them. They were the size of a child's.

"What happened to my arms? Why are they so small?!" I hesitantly looked down at my legs only to find them in a terrible state. They belonged to a 5-year-old's body but we're terribly battered.

When I tried to move them, a sharp pain assaulted my lower half, preventing me from even moving an inch. Who would do this to a child?!

"I transferred bodies? Why?" I was just in my room a second ago, maybe something happened to me? Maybe I drank too much Blue Bull? It was clear as day that I was definitely not in my own body.

I could feel myself hyperventilating but a mysterious voice appeared out of nowhere and calmed me down. The voice also sounded familiar.

[Detected 1 year has passed, spawned 'Book of Creation']

"What? There's not right..." It was my yearly magic book subscription! Somehow it crossed worlds along with me? It was an exploit I purchased for the VRMMO Daybreak Online. It caused me a ton of money but it was worth it as every year I would receive an overpowered magic book.

"Status Panel" I was sure that the commands for the exploit would still work, and they did.

'Just as I thought I tried not to pay attention to my current condition and focus more on the screen in front of me. I stared at the name of the magic book until another screen appeared.

"Yes! Book of Creation!" I wasted no time and called out the book of creation, which appeared shortly after. As it appeared, the air around done rippled for a split second.

The book had a golden yellow cover that had strange engravings on it. The engravings glowed every few seconds and gave off a mysterious air.

After hovering in the air for a few seconds, the book opened by itself and turned to a blank page, although all of them were blank from what I could see.

As the book hovered closer to me, I could feel a peculiar energy around it that seemed to have awakened something in my body. A surge of warmth spread across my whole body within seconds that also made the pain I was feeling in my legs lessen.

"Is this magical energy?" I wondered as I stared at my hand, I could feel the same peculiar energy from the book inside every inch of my body as if it's been there the entire time. I quickly closed my eyes and concentrated on trying to control the energy in my body.

I felt an almost unnoticeable pain in my mind as I did this. After concentrating for almost 5 minutes, I managed to guide a considerable amount of energy out of my body through my fingers. I opened my eyes in surprise to see my right hand glowing a bright white color that made me close my eyes again.

'Magic?' I thought to myself in excitement as the energy in my fingers quickly dissipated. Although I could control some of the energy in my body, it definitely wasn't enough to use the Book of Creation.
