'so Ming Jie, did you have fun?'

Ming Lan asked with a very visible smirk.

His face rapidly began heating up, you could say he invented a new shade of red on his face.

Father Ming eyes cunningly narrowed, 'jie'er, what were you and Que Li laughing so hard about, huh'

'n-n-nothing father, it was just u-uh a-ah'

'I'm teasing you child!' he began heartily laughing.

Ming jie was done and his cute tsundere face came out

'w-what about sister? I saw you talking to that stupid guard, all happy!, humpfh!'

the family continued bantering, while Kim Nari thought about her next plans

hours after dinner, it was now soon midnight.

Ming Lan was reading a book on her bed while sipping some honey tea, she was so immensely into the book that she wasn't mentally ready to hear a loud knock on the balcony doors, out of fright she dropped the cup of tea, the china shattered loudly on the marble floor.

She sighed, hoping no one heard her, she grabbed a towel and threw it on top of the spilt tea and the broken china.

She then went to the balcony doors, and slowly opened them, big enough for her to stick her head

out. It was still midnight, and cold outside, why should she freeze herself to death?

A handsome figure was visible, facing the other he hadn't seen her, he had come without his mask, was this man stupid?

Without waiting for the man to turn around she asked,

'are you stupid?'

He turned around to meet his gaze, and said

'it's cold'

'yes, it is, back to my question, are you stupid?'

He kept looking back into her room from the balcony, she imagined seeing puppy ears on his head, he tilted his head, to give him more appeal and to seem more charming.

She couldn't handle the moe

He was to cute

He was going to kill her at this rate

His eccentric eyes….

She couldn't handle this, she looked down to her small pink toes

'aughhgh, fine, fine… come in.

Stupid'

he chuckled at her cute antics and gracefully jumped up to her balcony.

Their bodies were now very close, he didn't attempt to move away and just continued to stick closely to her, he was so close to her she could feel his hot breath on her skin, her face began reddening, she turned around quickly, but only to realise that was also a mistake, they looked into each other's eyes so intently, she held her breath, and slowly started leaning in, he closed his eyes and also started bopping his head down.

They were about a centimetre away from paradise,

A loud knock came from her bedroom door, they quickly moved away from each other.
