4 Meeting And Saving King

Random Civilian: "Run!" He shouted as everyone in the area turned their attention towards the person, but not before seeing a big monster that was behind him

"Monster!" "AHHH!" Suddenly, all of the people started to shout and panic like crazy. The only thing that they could do to save themselves is run, and they did as everyone started to dip away from the monster. Except for one man, and that man was a young, King (Don't get confused) as he confronted the monster head-on, who surprises the monster a little bit. But seconds later he started to run as well, unfortunately for him, he tripped and fell to the ground and the Octopus-like monster took advantage of it and launched one of its sharp tentacles as it scratched King's left face. Making his face bleed as he can't take the pain and started to cry.

"Run! Don't go near that area, There's a monster there!" A random person said towards the other people as they also started to hide and run away from the place where the monster was

When I heard that there was a monster on the loose, I immediately went to its residents. And since the first time I have fought a monster, this shouldn't be too bad unless it's a Dragon or above type of monster, then I'll have some trouble, maybe even get myself killed

As I made it to the place, I saw a big pink Octopus and I immediately widened my eyes. And I thought only one thing that was happening right now 'King' I thought as I hurriedly went to see if King was still there. To my relief, he was okay but really hurt as he held his face in pain and agony. Presumably, he has already gotten his scars. Suddenly, the Octopus sent one of its tentacles towards him for an expected final blow to King, but not before I kicked the monster away. Making the monster fly back towards a building, but he got back up and now it focused on me

The monster sent all of its tentacles towards me. When they were nearing my body, I parried all of them. Destroying each one with every single counter as it exploded in blood, but I was caught off guard by another one of the tentacles of the monster as it managed to hit my face, making me fly way back as my face started to bleed everywhere. Covering my face with my own blood

Camden: "Shit! That hurt" I groaned out, feeling the pain that was present in the Octopuses tentacles. I decided that I have to end this quickly, I never thought this monster would be dangerous as the tentacle that hit me rushed at me again. Right In time, I grabbed it right before he was about to hit me in the face again. Seeing the monster was a few feet away from me, I pulled him over by using the tentacle that I caught and delivered one of the strongest punches that I can deliver as the monster immediately exploded. Guts and organs were the only things left to be seen of the monster. I took my time holding my breath since this is the first time I have faced a monster who managed to hurt me this much. I couldn't help but grin in satisfaction 'So this is how Saitama felt...' I thought happily, I never knew this feeling existed, well it wouldn't if I was still in my world. I can't wait for more fights like this in the future, but I know this is my only chance to get some excitement

King: "W-what?" He said in a low tone. His face still hurting from the monster's sudden attack. He looked around for the monster that attacked him, but there was no sign of it, but he did see one handsome young man with black messy hair who wore a blue tracksuit covered in blood, Including his face 'Did this guy take out the monster?' Was the only thought that passed through King. From the looks of it, he was definitely the one who did it. There were no other people than the two of them present in the area

"Hey" The young man said towards King, making him break out of his thoughts as the man was walking towards him 'What does he want?' King thought a little scared. Even though he's the one who defeated the monster, there was still a chance that this guy is evil and he doesn't want to get beaten up anymore. He's just an otaku and a weeb

King: "W-what is it?" He stuttered out as I arrived in front of him with my grinning bloodied face still present, making King even more nervous about what was to come

Camden: "You okay? The monster is gone now so you should go now" I said to him, making him nod his head immediately as he grabbed the hat that fell off his head when the monster attacked him. And he left the area. I watched him running away in the opposite direction of my apartment. When he was out of sight, I also started to make my way back to my apartment

Camden: "I'll let things happen before interacting with him again, he'll be a helpful and important character after I finished beating Boros" I muttered as I made it back and immediately went to the shower after I took my tracksuit to the washer. I don't want the blood to get dry and stick to my skin and tracker suit

He asked the bearded man, expecting someone that can help and join the Hero Association because the heroes that they sent to defeat the monster hasn't arrived yet, and since it was killed by a different person, It could only mean one thing. Someone not from the Association must have killed the creature. And if that is the case, then he will try his best to recruit him as soon as possible since the Hero Association has been founded a year ago. A lot of people signed up and tried to be part of the Hero Association, but most of the people who signed up were gotten placed in C or B class, and sometimes we get some A-class candidates, And very rarely an S class worthy hero

Bearded Worker: "I think I might have an answer to that sir" He said as he pulled a photo on the screen that showed two men. The other was covered in blood and the other has only blood covering most of his face

Sitch: "Who do you think is the one who defeated the demon level threat monster between this two?" He asked seriously so that he can recruit them on the spot, maybe even promote them to a very high A-class hero or a low S class one. Either way, that is still very high in ranks (Yes, I decided to make the monster a Demon level threat)

Bearded Worker: "I believe the one with just some blood on his face killed the monster. Look at the other one covered in blood, I think the blonde man saved him before he was killed by the monster. Do you agree sir?" He said as he turned to face him. Sitch thought about it long and hard as he looked at the image that was on the screen

Sitch: "We'll recruit the blonde man. We will send some people to him and make him sign up in the Hero Association" He said as the bearded worker nodded, Sitch left the man back to his work as he was satisfied to have a new hero who is very strong. Defeating a demon level threat monster is a big deal, especially when the heroes that he sent didn't show up on time to see the man already killed it. He must be taken by the Hero Association.
