/Power -Ranking /

[ NOTE - Every major power level like tier one - two etsectra has 3 subdivision which like major divisions are low, mid and high. For example tier -1 Low (lower class level) , low (mid class level) and Low (high class). Though this subdivision doesn't include something like low (ultimate class) XD.]

{NOTE, First of all ranking according to wings in their respective factions will only be for Angels and fallen angels as all  devil's including reincarnated ones normally have only 1 pair of wings and only devil's with original bloodline have more then 1 pair of wings for example Vali (White dragon emperor).

And even for Angels and fallen angels no. Of wings will be to show their position more then their power. Their power ranking will be based on their number of wings , their physical strength and magical Power and abilities. As if a individual is lacking in any of these three respective fields he won't grow another pair of wings as a fixed( for example 5:5:10 or somthing like this) .  perfect ratio of equall proportions of all this is needed to advance to next tier. and a individual with any of these values at a high enough rate can defeat someone a rank or to above them. I think it makes more sense or else anyone in the same rank wouldn't be able to defeat others in the same rank}.

For devil's they measure it with magical power and abilities probably. Which means. higher the magical power and abilities , higher their ranking.

For Angels and fallen { Not including magical power  , physical  strength and abilities . And the list below shows power rank for a basic understanding not minding high power in a single respective field or high ability but a balanced and fixed value of all }.

Tier - 1~

1 pair of wings - low Class ( including lower, mid and high sublevels ).

Tier - 2 ~

2 pair of wings - mid Class ( including lower, middle and high sublevels ).

Tier - 3~

3 pair of wings - high Class ( including lower, mid and high sublevels ).

Tier - 4~

4 pair of wings ultimate Class ( including lower, mid and high sublevels ).

Tier - 5~

/More powerfull then Ultimate Class high sublevel/

It includes :-

Satan class, Cadre , Seraphs and 5 Dragon kings, Non combatant gods and Some other gods with Impressive power.

Tier - 6~

/Transcended Class /Major gods like Allfather Odin God of thunder and Sky Zeus God of Sea Posiden , God of Sun Ra

Or Beings Who Transcend their race's power limit ~

Example - Sirzechs , Ajuka , heavenly dragon duo , Crom crauch.

Tier - 7 ~

EX CLASS -

Great Red, Ophis , Trihexa, Trimurti , Top - 4 of DXD world's strongest beings.

Tier - ??

????? CLASS -

P.S I don't really Know what to do with Top 10 Strongest list as unlike DXD series, Different mythology's Show that their Gods are most Powerfull Or Strongest , So I decided to leave it like this for the Time being.
