59 Why Is She Carrying A Gun?

"My god... Xie Roulin is so much more attractive in person than in the photos I've seen of her. I'd be honored even if she steps on me." One of the rich second generation couldn't help but blurt out.

Compared to every other woman he has ever seen in his entire life, Xie Roulin looked like a fairy that had came out of a painting.

It's no wonder why she was widely famous for being beautiful.

"For real." The other rich second generation whispered.

"Haha you guys are going to be in for a surprise once you see what happens when she sees Ronald, right Ronald?" Gu Changsheng nudged at Ronald, who was staring off into the distance.

Although Gu Changsheng had continuously kept praising Ronald for being a god of picking up girls, he hasn't told his friends what kind of girls Ronald has been picking up in order to surprise them when they find out.

And now that Xie Roulin, one of Ronald's girlfriends have shown up, he can't wait to see the look on his friend's faces when they realize that Ronald was pretending to be a brainless idiot in order to pick up girls.

"Who knows, we'll see what she thinks about me after she sees me." Ronald couldn't help but cast a wicked smile just thinking about Xie Roulin's reaction when she finds out he was a playboy all along.

Even though it'll ruin his original personality as Luna's simp for a bit, he knew that he had to make some sacrifices if he wanted to make the heroines hate him again.

The only thing Ronald was slightly worried about however was if the system was going to consider the plots incomplete if he suddenly changed his original personality to be a playboy all of a sudden.

The system told him that he couldn't change his original personality after all.

But after careful consideration, Ronald decided that he had to change his personality a bit if he actually wanted the heroines to hate him, and he'll talk with the system about it later.

The two rich second generation at the booth couldn't help but both shake their heads when they saw the look on Ronald's face.

If Ronald was really as amazing as Gu Changsheng had made him out to be, then why hasn't Ronald made a move on Xie Roulin yet?

Ronald was suppose to be this 'great god of picking up girls' in Gu Changsheng's eyes, right?

Even though they wanted to expose Ronald, for the sake of him being Gu Chengsheng's friend, they decided to just leave the matter alone.

But what happened next completely made them change their opinion about Ronald in an instant.

The moment Xie Roulin saw where the booth where Ronald was sitting at, she quickly walked over to him.

"Hey Ronald... what brings you over here? If you notified me in advance that you were coming, I would've completely reserved this entire bar for you." Xie Roulin couldn't help but say so in a shyly manner.

Although she knew that Ronald was suppose to show up here tonight, she didn't want Ronald to think that she was stalking him or anything like that... although she technically was.

"..." Ronald couldn't help but nervously look at her.

Even though he was planning to act like a playboy infront of the entire bar and make Xie Roulin hate him, he got caught completely off guard after he detected what Xie Roulin was hiding underneath that black cheongsam skirt of hers.

It was a handgun.

More specifically, a Desert Eagle.

What Ronald was nervous about wasn't the fact that she was going to use it against him, since bullets can't even harm him anyways.

What he was mainly nervous about was why she brought it over to begin with.

Although Ronald's perception in his previous life at this time wasn't as great as it is now, he knew for a fact that Xie Roulin didn't carry any sort of weapon to this plot at all.

'So why did Xie Roulin decide to bring in a Desert Eagle this time around?'

'No way... is she going to shoot Ye Fan?'

Ronald couldn't help but slightly turn his head to the side, where he saw Ye Fan and Lucas also looking at him angrily.

Even though Ronald didn't care about Ye Fan, and would even be happy if he died, he knew that he couldn't just let the protagonist die just like that.

How was he going to finish all of his future plots without the protagonist being present?

Can this world even survive without the protagonist being around?

While Ronald was nervously looking at Xie Roulin and questioning what'll happen if she actually kills the protagonist of this world, Xie Roulin on the other hand couldn't help but feel regretful when she saw the way Ronald was looking at her.

She knew that Ronald was deeply terrified of her and absolutely hated her, after all, everything she had done to him before she regressed back to this life about three weeks ago undoubtedly scarred him for life.

The first time she had met Ronald was back when she was a senior at highschool while Ronald was just starting off as a freshman.

When she first saw Ronald acting like a complete simp towards Luna, both her and Luna were completely disgusted by the way Ronald was acting.

Although they both had a ton of pursuers and were always being confessed to about 10-20 times a day, the way that Ronald acted was so off putting to the both of them that they absolutely hated Ronald to the bones.

Naturally, that was also how their friendship with each other also started.

Even though Luna didn't do anything serious to Ronald besides not giving him any face and ruining his reputation, at least not until she met Ye Fan, Xie Roulin on the other hand used Ronald as a punching bag whenever she wanted to vent out either her or Luna's anger.

Despite the fact that Ronald was the son of one of the 10 major families residing in this city, she knew that his family was afraid of her family and that his family definitely wouldn't dare to retaliate back unless if she did something extremely serious to Ronald like bring him to the brink of death.

So she started face slapping and beating up Ronald about once every few days.

Of course, now that she actually loves Ronald dearly and even regards his life more important than hers, she won't face slap him anymore.

But the main problem was that everything she had done in the past couple of years before she had regressed back was still engraved into Ronald's bones.

Even though Xie Roulin doesn't know what regressed her or why some being decided to regress her and the other three girls Ronald has encountered so far, she knew that she had to quickly change Ronald's perception about her before Luna can even make a single move on him.

"It's fine... come sit down with us." Ronald tried to maintain a straight face but was extremely worried about what was to come and decided to not act like a playboy for this plot.

As for the reason why?

Well let's say that he did decide to act as a playboy and successfully make Xie Roulin mad, wouldn't she pull out the Desert Eagle and point it at him?

As mentioned before, he wasn't worried that the Desert Eagle was going to harm him, what he was mainly worried about was that he would accidentally reveal his strength to the heroines and the protagonist.

If even a single heroine, let alone the protagonist know about his strength, wouldn't that make every single one of his plot collapse?

After all, once a heroine from the protagonist's camp know about it, all of the other heroines will undoubtedly know about it sooner or later.

Even if Ronald knew for a fact that the heroines loved him and promises to him that they'll keep it a secret, it'll still get leaked out anyways.

That was the way this shitty world worked after all.

So after a long and thorough consideration, Ronald decided to completely drop his original plan as a playboy and decided to just deal with the heroine's doting attitude towards him.

'Alas, even though I'm still good friends with the villains, it seems like I've become the protagonist of this shitty novel world.'

'Ye Fan, you fucking suck at maintaining your shitty harem.'
