Hunt(1) (Volume 6 Chapter 1)

Death Lord-" So you attack people when they help you?

Melena - " What are you doing lady Keshelia?"

Keshelia-"Why do you know that name."

Death Lord-" Curious?"

Keshelia-" Don't play with me and answer my question."

That blood lust looks pretty real.

Death Lord-" Someone I know or to be precise someone I know knows her."

Kreshelia-" Where is she?"

Death Lord-" Why should I tell you?"

Kreshelia-" because you value your life."

Death Lord-" But It looks like you don't."

I burned the blue stabbed sword with me. skill [Blaze] which is an upgraded version of my

[Flame Aura] well I had been using it frequently so it was expected.

The wound on my purple arm also receivers quickly as my skill [Hyper Regeneration] kicks it.

Kreshelia-" To think an undead capable of using

the fire element and that of advance rank."

The elf looks impressed but she completely ignores my God like regeneration ability which is clearly cooler.

Death Lord- "your thinking doesn't matter but your action does so you are her personal guard who couldn't even be with her."

Kreshelia-" I had my circumstances, so tell me is she safe."

Death Lord -"She is safe but I can't tell someone who stabs me any more than that."

Kreshelia become dejected and her long ears also drop down a little

Death Lord-" Well if you follow my orders I can let you meet with Christina."

Her glow comes back as soon as she heard of my words meet with Christina but in the next moment she raises her guard and asks

Kreshelia-" What kind of orders?"

Then when I stare at her. she hides are almost none existent bosom and her cheeks and ears turns red.

Death Lord-" Well I can get girls lot better than you so I am not interested in your not so attractive body."

Melena- " I also thought the same."

Kreshelia-" What are you people saying."

And seeing Kreshelia refuting desperately forgetting our previous conduct and worries we started laughing but we also forgot something important.

"GRAAAAAAA"

The thing that we were escaping from a wyvern.

and that roar made us realized the direness of the situation.

We went to the outside to see the wyvern eating the innocent and weak villagers. It was a gruesome sight with people were running for their lives but we don't have the time to save them not because I was tired from the continuous use of my skills for two days also not because that I wanted to save enough energy to use my skill [ Super Sonic] to reach the capital

but the main reason for my concern was the reinforcements that the Duke mentioned.

Death Lord-" Where is the carriage, Melena?"

Melana-" Near the fields."

Death Lord-" That's quite a distance, we need to make a dash, Kreshelia the fighting part is on you."

Everyone nodded on my order and we started to dash through the village and on our way we saw a little girl crying and above her was a wyvern with an open mouth so he was going to eat her,

I can't fight with a wyvern with both of my hands occupied I would have love to help but some things just can't b helped and thinking it as her fate I said

Death Lord-" Shit, we need to make a detour so we will avoi-"

Kreshelia -"Heyyaaa"

Before I could even finish. Kreshelia charged at Wyvern with a blue great sword, how can she keep making new weapons from thin air but more than that the Wyvern has ignored her war cry.

She wouldn't reach in time as this rate I didn't want to use it if possible but she isn't the only one who can create weapons from thin air.

Death Lord-" Bind the soul of my enemies

Before the wyvern could eat her several chains appearing near my back binds his mouth.

Without wasting that opportunity Kreshelia secures the crying child and without minding about his escaped prey that Wyvern glare at us with vicious eyes.

Death Lord-" You don't like being chained then what about being hit by a great sword."

I yell so while smiling because I was attracting its attention and that was also my objective.

Death Lord-" Run away while you can or I while be roasting you alive."

I try to provoke the wyvern and it took the bait and started to charge towards us ignoring the now battle-ready Kreshelia behind him.

◇◇Kreshelia's POV◇◇

I had tried to save the child on my accord as being a knight I couldn't ignore the situations but when I charged I realized that I was too slow and the child would be eaten before I could even arrive that wyvern had ignored my battle cry.

I bit my lips in dissatisfaction but then I heard the words of the undead and several chains bonded the jaw of the wyvern. I knew that I couldn't waste this opportunity so by bending my body I slid under the wyvern and secured the crying child.

Lord was attracting the attention of the wyvern and in the meantime, after telling the child to escape I prepared my great sword for the hunt of the wyvern.

Kreshelia-" Spirits of water heed my call and give

your blessing to my blade"

A torrent of water covered the blade of my

great sword and noticing my incantation the wyvern turned towards me and roared

"GRRRRAAAAGGHH!!!"

"Shut up, you bastard. You tormented the weak villagers! I'll kill you!"

I held the greatsword up and ran. The wyvern beat its two wings to create a powerful gust of wind. But the wind from a wyvern would not do much…

"Ggg…Agh!"

 and that was something I believed but

Surprisingly, the wind cut at my fingers and cheek. my finger was still there but blood had stated to come from it and there was a shallow

wound on my cheek.

Death Lord -" You piece of shit you have some balls turning your back on me, EAT THIS"

The intimidating declaration of Lord stopped our duel and what happened next was the thing I could not even in my wildest dream.
